I'd score them 0 stars if i could. I was literally scammed! Unfortunately, my vehicle was rear ended last month, dealt with other person's insurance, refered me to this location while my vehicle was being repaired. Yes, they picked me up from collision center(less than two blocks away), which was convenient, except I was scammed and cost me an out of pocket $91.95. Rep. stands next to the vehicle with you while working on a tablet. Was told Id be charged a $50 deposit but would see it within a couple of days after vehicle was returned, I was okay with that. He rapidly read through random fees, services, and then asked if I wanted additional coverage that'd cover for any and every damage caused to the rental for only $19.99. After having dealt with a bad situation, of course I wanted the extra coverage. $19.99! Except he didnt say $19.99 a day!!! Luckily, I got my vehicle within 4 days. I say luckily because account withdraw could have been worse! I was sent an invoice for $91.95, money that had already been deducted out of my bank account, after rental was returned. I waited, waited, waited.....to see a credit on my statement, but didnt see anything after two weeks. I finally decided to call the 800 customer care. They made me feel like an idiot! I made then aware I needed a clarification as to why my credit had not appeared. I was told I purchased the additional insurance for $19.99, per day! I tried to explain was exactly i was told the day of, how I thought I'd only be a one time charge, so she proceeds to tell me, "Well you agreed and signed on it. You cant do nothing at this point." Enterprise definately knows exactly how to treat its customers. (Being sarcastic of course) This was the first time I've been in an accident and Enterprise definately took advantage of the situation. Im so disappointed. Never again will my family or I turn to this company for any future rentals. Shame on you! Personal advice......dont rush after an unfortunate event. They will attempt to scam you! GUARANTEED!

We requested a 8 passenger. When we got there over an hour later they didn’t have one. They requested one from another store when it came it wasn’t an 8 passenger. So we took it under the condition they would contact us when they found an 8 pass(this was Wednesday). Friday they were able to get us an 8 pass. Sunday the weather changed and it was hot, the AC didn’t work. I called and they put in a reservation for a request to get an 8 pass. The lady on the phone was very rude and when I asked if the location she was sending me to had 8 passengers there she would say she put in the request finally after asking her 3 times she said she could not see there inventory. I called the location she made a reservation for in the morning to ensure they had an 8 pass before I went there. They said they did. When I got there the lady checking me in after I told her our name said ow your here for the 8 pass right? I believe that’s what Ricky said. I agreed. Then she went to check for the car abs said they didn’t have any. I told her I called in the morning to make sure before I came out and they said they did indeed have one now you’re telling me you don’t. She apologized and said she wasn’t sure who I spoke with but they don’t have one. She then said let me see what I can do. Came back ten minutes later and said they had something. It worked out in the end but so much hassle and frustration to get the vehicle I requested and needed for our family of 8.

This review is neither a good or bad experience but rather convenient. Unplanned circumstance, I needed a car rental during spring break. There stock was so low that they had multiple people waiting for I guess is the most popular size; the midsize. When I got to the counter, I was offered a choice; wait in line for an unknown amount of time and ruin my evening plans or take the minivan all the others waiting passed on. I do not have kids so naturally it was not my 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th choice. But I did take it. I took it with the promise of being able to bring it back and easily trade it for another in a few days when their inventory replenishes. I knew my car repair will be a few weeks process, so I took the last car in the world I’d want as a rental. Rentals are usually an upgrade for me, almost like a vehicle fantasy. Drive something you’d don’t own, or something newer, cooler etc. well, I can tell you that it took less than 24hrs to love this minivan. Love the gadgets and tech on this Chrysler. It could have been better cleaned inside and out but I was interested in starting my night and less interested in complaining out small things. Anyways I’m so glad we kept the van, even with my friends and family’s giggles at me driving a minivan, I enjoy the van immensely. Staff was super fun and the checkout was practically seem less. It took like 2-3 mins.

As a first time renter, overall good. I gave 3 stars because I ended up paying well over 270 dollars for what I thought would be a 96 dollar rental. I did the weekend rental promotion which was a very good deal for my 3 day rental. Now as a first time renter I was paranoid about any damage to the car so i got the basic insurence deal. So my renatal came out to somewhere around 140. What i did not know, and what i wish they had re-iterated or at least explain when I received the car or something, that i had a mileage limit. So I went well over the limit and ended up paying 276 dollars. Now I read the fine print and maybe Its my fault for missing something, or maybe because I'm not 25 or over yrs of age, but I just can't remember anything about a mileage limit. I will go back and read the policy. Me, being military and working in the service industry for so long before, I always make sure I reiterate any details that may have some effect of any sort to anyone. I guess that's why I felt the workers could have or should've let me know I had a limit on mileage before I drove out of town for 3 days. Well I learned. Oh and there was only half a tank of gas.

The employees at this location are so courteous and helpful. I am unhappy with the vehicle I was first given yesterday and wanted to swap for a different make/model. I went to the Potranco/1604 and SA Airport locations and was dismissed immediately. They told me that they didn’t have anything available (which I understand) but we’re unwilling to call other locations or check stock online for me. They told me it wasn’t even possible to check. I happened to drive past the Bandera/410 location (January 15, 11:30 am) and thought I’d give it a shot. They didn’t have anything available, but at least took the time to understand why I wanted a swap and didn’t dismiss my concerns. The lady that helped me out checked online stock and called many other locations for me. The gentleman that was working with her offered me water while I waited. It was nice to be treated like they genuinely wanted to help me. I’ll definitely come back to this location exclusively. Thank you for great customer service!

9/5/2023. I was picked up from my location and brought to the store to process my 10:00 a.m. rental appointment. The place was packed. Sitting down watching 4 associates work their magic, it was like a well-oiled machine AND all with positive, happy, complimentary attitudes. All the customers were being tended to, associates offering different ways of helping the customer save money, with patience, waiting for responses from customer's insurance companies. I came in the week before and talked with Rich, asking for information (first time renter), who was very helpful, making it easy for me to pick this agency. Rich remembered me from that visit and finished the rental process with me, continually being kind and helpful. My experience with this location has been nothing but positive and I am very grateful for the kindness, treating everyone who came in with the utmost respect and patience. Thank you Enterprise.

Do not let your non English speaking parents go to Enterprise car rentals without you. A few weeks ago my father went in. A representative failed to fully explain to him that the document he was signing was for additional insurance coverage. My father was left with a $400 bill. I've tried calling numerous times to sort it out. They have the worst customer service ever. I spoke with the representative who arranged for my father's rental. He was rude and VERY condescending. He very arrogantly said I wasn't there, so I didn't know what happened. When I asked him if he spoke Spanish, his reply was "I know enough". He did not understand the contract, he trusted your agent. Unfair practice on their part. NEVER AGAIN! EDIT****Chris R, It's Mrs Medina, not Mr and sir, my father does not email. We've called numerous numbers and nobody returns calls.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! They will file a fraudulent claim against your car insurance company. I rented a vehicle from them from 6/16/23 to 6/22/23 after being rear ended and needing a vehicle while mine was being repaired. Not once while the car was in my possession did it hail or rain. Not one drop! I got an email on 7/14/23 stating the rental car was in a hail storm on 6/21/23 and they want my insurance to pay for the damages. How is that possible when I didn’t turn the car in until 6/22/23?! The claim was just filed TODAY 7/20/23 almost a month after I turned the rental car in and was told the car looked fine. It has not rained or hailed in San Antonio since June 8, 2023! AGAIN DONT RENT FROM HERE OR YOU WILL GET SCAMMED.

I initially reserved a vehile at a location down the street and had called to get into a different rental the same day because the vehicle available to me was having problems 30 min into driving it. I stopped by this location since it was the closest location to me and walked in to speak to a representative and was dismissed on the spot because they were extremely busy. A simple lookup in the system to see what locations had something available for me would have sufficed, instead i called the 1800 number and had to ask customer service to assist me. It is very unfortunate that this is not the 1st time ive had issues with this particular location. I gave this 1 star due to the customer service at this location.

Gave them the insurance information multiple times. They even called me twice while I had their rent a car asking when I was going to pick it up! Really? Now they say I have a balance what do I need to do drive over there and enter the information for them since I have already given it to them twice and they still can get it right! Very frustrating!!! And when I called before dropping my car off at the shop I asked if they had any cars available because I live over a hour away they lied and said yes. I wait for almost 2 hours for a vehicle to be dropped off so I could have it. If they would have been honest I would have dropped my car off another day so I didn’t have to spend it stuck there.

Rented a Jeep after my Audi was totaled had it for an extended period. I called 4 times during my rental period so to find out if the car was still being covered buy my claim and how much I had accumulated in expense and was told one amount. Then got the final bill for 3 times what 4 different people told me. During the time I had the vehicle no one ever reached out to me to renew the rental or to tell me I had to renew the rental even after I asked in all 4 of my calls what was their policy on long term rentals. When I questioned why and how the bill was so much I was told by the manger I quote “I just took over this location and it is a mess so I have no idea”.

I've rented from Enterprise a few times in the past and they've always took care for me quickly and courteously... but, each time I reserved a specific type of car they don't have it and I have to settle for a lesser type car. I just wish they would have available what they say they have available online and that a reservation on a specific type vehicle is just that, a reservation, which means "this vehicle is reserved, don't rent it out to the guy who walked in 5 minutes before your pickup time" I would give 5 stars easily if they could honor their reservations, but so far everytime I've gone to pick up a car I've ended up in something much less appealing.

Had a horrible experience trying to rent a car at Hertz down the street and when they couldn’t take the card I was using because they didn’t accept Chime credit cards they told me to walk down the street to Enterprise. When I got to Enterprise I was greeted by a wonderful man named Richard Moore. He was very sweet and understanding with the situation. He was able to rent me a car at a fair price even with it being a last minute rental with no reservation. I was out the door in less than 10 min. I will continue to keep going to Enterprise even if I have to pay a little more (I get a AAA discount at Hertz). Thank you Enterprise for taking care of me!

The experience of renting the vehicle and returning it, was excellent. The car was clean and nice to drive. My only spot of constructive criticism is that the registration sticker was out of date. The representative told me they were renewed, but the sticker takes some time to get matched up with the car, which, as a rental vehicle, is not always in the same location. That makes sense, but I wish there were some generic type document from Enterprise that could affirm that the registration has been renewed. The expired sticker prevents the vehicle from being taken onto a military installation, of which there are many in San Antonio alone.

They always place you on hold, for unreasonable amounts of time. Several times I have had reservations and went to the location and they didn't have a car for me. Then after you arrive and tell you they don't have a car for you they say they will call you when they get one. They don't call you when they get one, they give it out to someone else who was waiting at the location because they messed up their reservation as well. I find this very unprofessional. If you are renting a car for an important event or you need a guarantee, run from this place. Compared to the Fredericksburg Rd location which is wonderful, this place is a barn.

Of the 3 times I’ve rented from Enterprise (First time at this location), customer service has always been great, however I’ve never actually received the car I had reserved. The car either needed maintenance or they no longer had the car as it was given to someone else- so never understood their reserve system. Each time they put me in a bigger vehicle free of charge however that just results in more money spending for gas in my opinion. Customer service has always been nice and professional though. I think their job is just to get you into a decent car or something similar, not necessarily the one you reserved.

This was by far the most inconvenient experience I have ever had with them. Everything I have done during prior visits they told me they didnt know why but thats not correct information. From my credit card which i have always been told makes things easier to trying to get a ride back home when i drop car off. I was told i live to far and take car to different location because it was almost closing time. Then one worker said i will take her. We clocked the miles it was 3 miles and it didnt pass 5 miles he said just horrible experience. But prior to this i have had superb service.

I HAVE ALWAYS RENTED WITH ENTERPRIZE AND HAD NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE. THREE WEEKS AGO I RENTED A CAR WENT TO PICK IT UP THEY TOOK MY PAYMENT AND LEFT ME WAITING BY THE CASHIER FOR 45 MINUTES. THE LADY HELPING ME TOOK ANOTHER CLIENT GRABBED HIS KEYS THEN WENT TO DROP HIM OFF AT HIS LOCATION WHILE . NOT ONCE WAS I TOLD TO HAVE A SEAT OR EXPLAIN TO ME THAT IT WAS GONNA BE A WHILE. I WAS LATE TO MY DESTINATION BECAUSE AFTER WAITING FOR 45 MIN THE CAR WAS NOT READY FOR ME THEN I FINALLY GOT VEHICLE AFTER 2 HRS ANDD CAR WAS FILTHY FROM THE INSIDE. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

After the waking nightmare of having to deal with the insurance company (shoutout to Liberty Mutual-- y'all are the worst!) when the front of my parked car was torn off, it was a very pleasant surprise how helpful the folks at this Enterprise were. They helped me find something I liked that was covered and dealt with Liberty Mutual themselves when I had to keep the rental a day longer than expected due to delayed repairs. I sincerely hope I never need to rent a car in my own hometown again, but if I ever do, I feel better knowing I can come back here.

We will pick you up..not really. The website description says Enterprise will pick you up within 10 miles radius. I booked the rental car for weekend, Saturday to Sunday. There was another location which was close to my apartment but it was not open on Sunday. So I booked the car at this location. The location is 3.7 miles away from my apartment. When I called the front desk if this location, an employee ( don’t remember his name) said he cannot pick me up as I am out of their 3 mile radius. He was very rude.. I hung up and canceled the reservation.

Had a great experience at this location. Although busy, the team made sure to handle my pick-up/drop-off as quickly as possible. When all of the other Enterprise locations had 0 cars available, the manager went out of her way to make sure I got the next available on the lot that same day. Laura Tomerlin was so friendly & knowledgeable on the process. I was unhappy with my specific rental option & she also went out of her way to put me in something more comfortable/suited for me. She kept me informed the entire time & was very professional.

I would like to change and retract my review because a month after the rental I came to return the vehicle and found out that Nathaniel opened and closed the rental on the same day causing a whole ordeal. My problem with that is that I drove a stolen car for a month and no one notified me or the insurance covering the rental. I could have been arrested or who knows what else could have happened. I would have sued Enterprise and Integon Insurance for this careless and stupid mistake. So I do not recommend and a am very unsatisfied!

Had a great check in experience. I showed up to p/u my rental unfortunately they didn't have the vehicle I had reserved. Joshua was the staff member that helped us. He was extremely professional and proficient in getting our vehicle brought to the Bandera & 410 location. They prepped & cleaned it and had it ready immediately. Great job by entire staff and management. Highly recommend this location!! Roger Perez the manager helped us to check the car back in. Very professional. We'd highly recommend this location to everyone!!

As always the staff at Enterprise Rental located on Bandera and Loop 410 , SATX are the most accommodating and professional individuals. Answered all my questions regarding my trip and rental. Vehicle cleaned and spotless. I traveled out of state where the altitude and temperature was quite a change from Texas. Was concerned with the drop of tire air pressure, pulled into a Enterprise Rental and it was checked and explained what happened and was immediately back on the road, without concern. I had to use this Enterprise because my car had an unexpected problem and was at the garage across the highway. It was close to 6 (their closing time) when I called and said I needed to pick up a “car.” The male associate that picked me was clearly annoyed with having to get me, had a cold/irritated demeanor and presented me with my only choices: Giant Dodge Ram or Giant Dodge Ram. I don’t drive tanks. I’ve gone to your company for nearly 13 years now, this was my first uncomfortable experience.

I could not have gotten better service anywhere else. The staff is amazing. For various reasons I needed to change vehicles. It was so easy and everyone was very accommodating. On returning the car, after 2 months, it was so easy too. 2 days before Thanksgiving I was told my car was ready for pick up. Mr. Ellis Jefferson made that whole process seem effortless. Very pleasant experience with them! The Insurance company reserved a car for me. The whole team under Manager Roger made the process so easy! Joshua is the one who helped me prepare the Toyota Corolla. He was so friendly and professional! Strongly recommend! Richard was nice to help me when I returned the car. The staff was extremely helpful and most knowledgeable. This was my husband and I first time renting a car. It was so convenient and hassle free. The worker Eddie was very professional and just so nice. He walked us thur the whole process and was patient with our questions. It was a quick in and out and returing the car was an easy too. The staff was great and friendly. The only issue was the rental car. It smelled like smoke and made me sick while driving it. The condition of the rental could have been better. I didnt have a choice but to take the rental because of an auto claim and i needed the car to get around. The gentleman didn't have another car to put me in which isnt his fault. Luckily i only had the car for 2 days. Other than that the experience was nice.

Jessica was very nice and explained everything. She did great. I used a car that had extensive damage to the driver door.so it would mke a loud pop noise when opened. She only offered it because that's all available..she did offer to put me in another vehicle but I just kept the car .less hassle. Ever year I rent with enterprise while visiting my family . But this year was a little more overwhelming for me. Ive been in a rental since June taking care of my mother who was hospitalized. Enterprise has always been my first choice , they have great customer service and you gain points to redeem towards your days. They will help and work with you at all times. I don't recommend enterprise, they're fraud. I returned car without a damage, next they called me and they said found minor dents and dings and they said they got claim for $3,000. Branch manager Mauro Rodriguez did nothing or any investigation to see if the damage was from previous client or not. Got threatening calls from the corporate multiple time how they would sue me or report me to debt collection. Stay away from enterprise

Emerald reward member here. Usually, I have a great experience, but the broken English customer service rep jacked up my reservation HARD. Took 2 locations, 2 hours, and rotated me in/out of 5 vehicles only to end up with a car (1/4 tank of gas) and not the SUV I reserved. Shout out to Jayden and team for keeping cool under pressure. Corporate being cheap makes ur jobs harder, but I appreciate you doing all you could. Thank you!

Had my reservation for a 7 passenger van for about 2 weeks now. Well when I arrived to enterprise to pick up the vehicle I was told I couldn't drive it off the lot due to it being damaged and the brake lights not working. Why would you even email me me saying its ready for pick up when it isn't? The service was ridiculous and it ended up making us late for our trip. Definitely not using their service again.

It was great! I was finishing up with the body shop on 5003 Wildflower @ Service King when right behind me was Enterprise to pick me up and take me to get my rental. Inside they were courteous and quick. I was in a car within 20 minutes and they let me pick the vehicle I wanted. This place is the . If you need a rental check this out you'll like I know I did. No problems no hassles.

Ellis, Rich, and the team at the Bandera location are amazing!!! They had a full lobby today, it was so busy, and they took care of everyone and made sure all the customers felt important! Way to go everyone! Even our driver (she’s in training) was so sweet and amazing, can’t believe I forgot her name! Even though insurance claims suck, their smiling faces and kindness made the day better!

My daughter was involved in a crash and her vehicle was totaled, I went to enterprise and talked to Roger and got my daughter into a toyota corolla for over a month. That staff was fantastic, friendly, understanding, great customer service and willing to work with me and the insurance company. I recommend anyone needing a rent a car go talked to Roger and his staff. Keep up the great work.

Do not rent from here !!!! They are big time scammers !!! They are charging me for hail damages !! When it never hailed here !!!! I rented an SUV in San Antonio for a cross country road trip. The staff there were truly great. Laura Tomerlin and David Vasquez resolved a several issues, and got me on the road. I was amazed at their multi-tasking during a very busy day. I usually rent from airports, but this location has made me want to use stand alone locations more often. Thank you Laura and David.

I rented from here after having to take my truck to Service King for a two-week repair (someone had broken in through my driver’s side door). The staff was extremely friendly. The arrangement they have with Service King is awesome—they’ll come pick you up from there, and you can leave the rental car w/ SK when you’re done. Great experience with no surprises.

Review based on customer service. Still pending to get car. I tried calling before going into their offices for around 12 minutes and never got a response on the phone. When I arrived they told me that they had not availability until next Saturday, I visited on a Wednesday. I had my insurance email confirmation for my car but this was not good anyways.

Called twice got my appointment for a rental and they never showed up, i drove with the repair guy from callibar to find out they had no clue about my reservation. They had the car and gave it away...basically 45 minutes waiting for another vehicle. Late update but i went from giving 1 star to 4. They did great in accommodations for the inconvenience.

The staff was very helpful. The vehicles were dependable and were in an easy location to find. I needed a ride and they picked me up to get the rental. I was pleased with the staff but one of the employees placed an extra fee for insurance that I had already said I didn't want. They still charged me for half of it that was not needed or used.

Very helpful at this location on Bandera Rd in Sa Tx. Car was clean and ran good. Had issue with insurance company and body shop but the MGR sorry can’t remember the name but started with an “A” Alani ? I think? She listened to my problem and helped me get it resolved and made sure to keep me updated which I appreciate very much! Great job!

Although my card would not work, which was my problem, the staff were lovely enough to drop us back on their vehicle and we did not have to wait and get a taxi. I also left my credit card behind by mistake and a member of staff came by our hotel to give it back. I felt so bad I had caused them so much trouble, but they were the greatest.

It was almost closing time and the guy literally told me he was going to show me a car, walked me out the place and the other guy locked the door behind us and he went in the back door saying we are closed. I love renting with Enterprise. The ease of the online reservation is super convenient. Then the service from the staff when you pick up or drop off is always great and they strive to accommodate your needs. For the recent visit I have to give a big shout out to Ellis. He was super busy and yet had a very patient attitude.

The branch manager at this location went above and beyond to get me into a car this evening. It was after closing hours, she saw my need for a rental and took care of me. Meagan was absolutely wonderful and I would recommend this location to anyone who needs a rental. I'll be back to visit when I'm in need again!!!

Saw a lot of complaints about this place, but in person, they were only from the people without a reservation. How are you gonna get mad that they didn't have a car for you, when they didn't even know you were coming. Gave me a ride to and from where my car was being repaired too. No complaints from me.

Better check vehicle before you accept it - don't want to get billed for damages you didn't create DOCUMENT DOCUMENT DOCUMENT cause they sure will! If you travel often and have a busy schedule this is not the place for you. I’ve used enterprise many times in my travels and never had an issue with the process of picking up and dropping off. At this location the staff walks right by you without even acknowledging you. The cars are great over all.

Hands down worst customer service. They do not answer their phones and have the ringers muted. Also, I’m very thankful I called a day ahead because they lost my reservation and expected me to go 3 days without a car for a not-at-fault accident. Glad I no longer have to work with them.

My experience has always been exceptional at the Enterprise I always use on Bandera Rd. at Loop 410. They always have the car I wanted or upgrade me. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I don't know about many other outlets, but I highly recommend this one.

1st thing to address is that we chose an economy car to save on gas. They moved us to a larger sedan and promised a gas credit. Didn't recieve gas credit. It is what it is. It took 3 tries to get us into a car. The experience wasn't bad but wasn't the best.

Rented the car for a few hours returned it and the guy found a tiny scratch that we didn’t see when I picked up. Charged $286.58 for damages. They left saying I wouldnt have to pay for any damages then noticed they charged my credit card. Criminals.

Picking up the rental car took way too long, but the car was well worth the wait. The Hundai Venue ran smootly and had lots of safety features. Checking in went much more smoothly. Over all I would rate this a very favorable experience.
