If i could give this place a 0 i would....Renter Beware!if you can rent elsewhere do it, the associate that was supposed to assist me did NOT. He was very rude and combative, when i spoke to him on the phone he also failed to mention that i needed a 50 dollar deposit which left me stranded 09-30-20 the first day for i had just put my car in the shop for some minor collision damage. I returned 10-01-20 money on card ready to pick up my reservation, when the same associate apparently hes the only one that who runs the front office, oh and he mentioned he was thee only supervisor. This same employee gave me the run around about having my cps and phone bill being passed and needing to be current for him to rent a vehicle to me, i knew right away he was lying because as he spoke he had a cocky smrik on his face. Both days the employee did not reveal his name, i also did not see an id badge or name plate. Its really a shame when one takes adavantage or pleasure in the unfortunate times of another. I went immediately to another Enterprise location and was in a new vehicle within minutes, less than 10 to be exact.

I made a reservation last night. In that reservation, I selected the button for debit card. Upon arrival, I presented the same Netspend debit card I have used at Enterprise the last several years (at least 4 car rentals). Taylor (who I know is the branch manager because she smugly told be so) said my card was considered prepaid, so wouldn't be accepted. I told her that was the same card I'd used the last 4 times...after going back and forth several times, she finally says that each branch can make their own determination, and she has chosen not to. ... I paid 10.00 for an Uber to get there. I had to pay 10.00 for another Uber out of there. And because you have no wifi, and cell service wasn't sufficient, I had to carry my bags across the highway....THE HIGHWAY...to a fast food Restaurant to use their wifi to summon that Uber. If you are going to have different rules at different locations, you need to spell those out very clearly. This was completely unacceptable....I am a pastry chef, and will be late now to an event to which I am bringing the cake....

I did rent a car last year everything was super good , sorry now I cannot say the same , somebody hit my rear end and my vehicle needed couple repairs , so USAA which was athe other guy insurance , they rented me a car in this location because is the closest to my home . I was told that they will cover everything and no out of pocked needed . So they have me a Kia Soul very clean and nice , I spend marvelous days driving this car. But then when I went to return the car, I just dropped and went to my house and nobody told me anything . Next day I receive a 229.00 bill ... What!!!!! Yes . I did receive this senseless notification on my back account , of course they toke my card for the 19.00 dollars “Reimbolsable “ deposit . So I called and they have something that apparently I signed .. YOU BETTER WATCH WHAT YOU SIGN IN THIS LOCATION . I did a claim but so far no answer yet..

Due to a car accident, I've had to obtain a rental very quickly. Initially, I was in a Toyota Camry, which I did not care for. However, when speaking to a Staff Member at the 2230 NE Loop 410, San Antonio, TX Location about switching to a Nissan Altima (same class / same rental price), he made the experience a breeze and very easy. I've especially enjoyed my interaction with the Branch Manager; Alexandra! She not only ensured that I was happy with the car, but she also had very cheerfully followed-up to ask about my general experience. Alexandra, as all staff members at this location, was most courteous, incredibly professional as well as very personable!!! If Your in the San Antonio, TX area and in need for a rental, whether for business or pleasure, this is THE Location! THANKS Enterprise! My Experience was, on a 5-Star rating, a 6 or better! Not an enjoyable birthday seven day rental week it turned into a 2 day rental. i was issued a car with an expired registration sticker, almost received a ticket. I had to go out of my way on my time so they can replace sticker. At that time then they informed me they had to charge me insurance for 7 days when I told them I had full insurance coverage with rental so i had to change two day rental, couldn't afford their insurance. Two lights dashboard appeared wasn't safe low tire. Manager Travis was very excellent he kindly adjusted the insurance charges upon return. But still didn't want to extend the week rental after all this. my insurance never received a call from the rental after they told me they called. Confusing on their operation approach towards customers. I would still rent because of Mr. Travis kindness customer service because he showed he cared.

I had to get a rental car while my vehicle was in the shop for Hail Damage repair. The vehicle they gave me smelled like someone had been smoking in it for years. You could smell the deodorizer that they use, but the stale cigarette smell overpowered it. When I was taking my daughter to one of her dance classes she said "It stinks like cigarettes in here. I better not smell like this when I get out of the car." This is not the first car that I have rented from this location that smells of cigarettes. It's awful. And the windows are always filthy on the inside when I receive vehicle. This is my third vehicle over the last year, and every time the interior of the front windshield is really dirty.

William a business account holder and A Plus members Beholder and I have been treated very badly I was told by a salesperson at the Bandera location in Texas that I was to get out of the car after he would try to attack me and didn't the car that I was driving had so I had insurance on it from them they would have charged me they never did nothing to the guy he still has his job and never even called me back I rent weekly and when I do they treat me as if I'm a new customer every time billing me charging me late fees but I still try to stick with them throughout it and they still do not look out for me so if you can get another spot I would

Where is George and the rest of the crew??? I rent too many cars from enterprise to be unhappy when I walk in! Don't just try to put me in any car, after I tell you my preference! Know your regulars! Learn their names and likes! Why can't anyone remember names? Why must I repeat it every time. I've been renting from this location for years, for months at a time. I'm almost always in a rental... I'm in a rental now, since February! Please get to know people! Stop being robots! I HATE IT HERE NOW!!! Why the change? Just tried again and the same thing! This location is the worst! They don't accommodate the customers anymore here! Smh

I called Enterprise and went to the (San Antonio, TX) Bandera Rd store, where I realized that the store closer to my home would be better. I made a reservation and went to Starcrest to pick up my car. It turned out that the reservation had been registered incorrectly at an another (unfamilar) location. In the unnecessary hour long wait I met at least one olther person who had been incorrectly routed to Starcrest. The service at Starcrest was fine, but they were hampered with the bad administration corporate had placed them in. Other than that it was five star service across the board as usual.

I’ve been to 2 enterprises and so far this is the best one. I was calling all over San Antonio to different enterprises and Hertz and everyone over the phone didn’t seem like they wanted to help and was being rude. Finally, I called this location and Cheyenne answered her customer service is outstanding! Cheyenne took care of me when I arrived and she’s so sweet and professional. She also took the time to reserve me another rental because the one they initially gave me was too big and I’m used to smaller vehicles. Thank you again, Cheyenne! I’ll be coming back :))!

Rented a 15 passenger van. FOB did not work, would not lock or unlock the vehicle. Inside door lock did not lock the vehicle. Every time I got in, had to unlock the driver's door with a key, climb across multiple seats, pull the inside handle to open the passenger door, and manually unlike the sliding side door. VERY INCONVENIENT. This should have been checked BEFORE it was delivered to the customer. Vehicle had no radio antenna. Vehicle had 55K miles, should have been rotated out of the fleet long ago. Have had much better experiences with other rental agencies.

I’m so upset with enterprise I have been renting there for years and never had a issue. I rented a car it was great in my eyes the girl told me that the issues with the car was already noted so I said ok. Now I’m back and returning the car next thing I know they telling me something underneath the car is off. I did not hit or no one hit me the ride went smooth no drama. And now I’m trying to call and can’t get through. I feel like they just want my hard earned money at this point. If This what I get for being a loyal customer I don’t want it so unprofessional.

Unfortunately I had an accident, but the staff at enterprise was great. Enterprise gave me a larger vehicle after letting them know I have a family of 6 and geico authorized a van. This was slightly after Enterprise put me in an Outlander and I put my shades in the overhead storage. I had previously done this in OKC and those shades magically disappeared or grew legs those were Prada shade as well. Well I was pleasantly surprised when they opened the lost and found and my shades were there. Great staff and the new manager was super helpful with everything.

My mom recently rented a Chevy equinox, which the location tried to hand off to us filthy! The front end was covered in bugs, there was sand on the floors and back cargo area. The gas tank was below a quarter tank. The assistant manager at the 35 and starcrest location was minimally helpful. Received a call an hour before my pickup time to let me know the original location was closed and I had to pickup at a different location. Being that we are living in a pandemic, why would you try to pass that off so dirty?! Never renting from enterprise again.

I just recently had to call on Enterprise and was really impressed how this company honors and respects everyone. There was face mask, social distancing, hand sanitizer for all. Also seating outside for other customers as I was accommodated privately. The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. Thank you Enterprise a very professional, respectful and warm encounter. Including my encounter with the staff member who detailed the car. This shout out is for the San Antonio location and the Killeen Texas location. Great Job

Ashley is an absolutely amazing employee with the patience of a Saint. Yall need to give that girl a raise. She was very helpful when I picked up my rental even though I had just watched her get spoken down to by an angry customer. When I dropped my car off I accidentally left something in it and called 2 days later. The car was no longer at the same location and Ashley went out of her way to hunt down my items and return my call immediately. A great location with great employees!

I got a rental and before I could get home the tire pressure light was on. Every day they close before I can get there so I am having to buy air to fill up the tire... every... day. I am less than amused with the vehicle they provided. It's also hilarious when they emphasize no smoking in the car when it smells like smoke already. Not helpful for those of us with allergies to smoke. Very disappointing.

This is my 4th rental with enterprise on 10 and star crest in San Antonio Texas I gotta say the guys there are phenomenon they treat you like were family always smiling very helpful on the ball. Very good place to rent from, rented a Chrysler Van for the weekend, rates were good and the staff Carley Crow and Ashley, were extremely courteous, friendly and explained all the details of the vehicle and even saved us money on gas by our prepurchasing gas at $2.42 a gallon so it didn't have to be filled upon arrival. I have rented all my vehicles here and have never been disappointed!

I had the luxury of working with Ashley while getting my rental squared away. There are very few words that could truly describe how phenomenal she is. From start to finish she answered all of my questions, made sure I understood everything. She even called to check on me during my rental. 10/10 would recommend. I needed to rent a car with a debit card and Enterprise said they would let me. The staff picked me up at my house and took me to the office to get my rental. They were quick and professional. I was very pleased with the service. Make sure you know how much your deductible is on your insurance before you go. I had a great experience and I will be using their services again.

The attendant was very polite and helpful. It seems to be getting harder and harder to rent a car from Enterprise. When I did finally get a rental, I winded up getting a smaller car than what I reserved and didn't find out until after I arrived to pick it up. The car's performance was fine but I did not like being downgraded to such a small car for our long drive.

I really like this location , the only reason I'm giving it a 3 stars it's because of the wait . It is so understaffed its ridiculous. It doesn't matter the time of day or day of the week it's so UNDER STAFF. The staff is so friendly the take heat from the customers due to the wait. Management and the Head Office need to step up .

Awesome staff! Got great help from Kevin! My wife even left her glasses in the rental and he held on to them for us. Called us to let us know they were there. Also while I waited for the rental to be ready he engaged in conversation and didn't leave me sitting there like an ornament. Would rent from here again if I needed to.

Went to see if they had a car available. Had been calling for over 30 minutes. When I arrived the girl was rude. I understand she was the only person but she didn't have to be so rude. I asked her if she ever answered the phones and she said there's 4 lines and they ring all the time. She said they never answer them.

Of all Enterprise locations this one was by far the worst!!! Waited for an hour to be picked up and all that after making several calls to the location and customer service. Once I arrived at the location with very poor service of all.people the branch manager. This manager needs training on customer service.

I needed to rent a car at the last minute so I called Enterprise and booked by phone. I immediately ordered a Lyft and arrived at this Enterprise location in 10 minutes. I got a clean, nice car (brand new tires!) and was out the door in 5 minutes. I'll be renting here again and I definitely recommend.

Ashley was helpful and patient. Had an issue with the approval from the claims insurance company. Was able to get information so I could resolve while I waited. The only draw back is that I had called in the week before and didn't get a call from anyone that I needed to contact insurance.

If I could give negative stars I would. Trying to rent a car because my Mercedes Benz got hit at the hotel parking lot. Im not from San Antonio how the hell do they require to have two utility bills! ... Super disappointed. Go to Hertz instead great service and friendly.

I reserved a vehicle over the phone and online. The process was pretty easy both ways. The personal interaction I've had has been with friendly, helpful people. The pricing was also quite reasonable, just remember, you can't rent anything without a deposit nowadays.

Service at the Company location was excellent. The car they gave me was clean with a full tank. Only problem, the car had no tinted windows. Witth temperatures at 100 to 104 degrees, it was miserable driving this car.

Not a good company. They lie to your face and over charge you because they are closed on Sunday @ Starcrest I -410 San Antonio Texas 78217 location. There are more reputable car rentals in San Antonio.
