It is rare you have an after the fact review so thought i would share my experience. I was already a client and bought another vehicle that I added to my poilcy, only had the car two weeks and we had an incident where there was a rock on the road that took out the underside. Nearly 30K worth of damage. Being an exotic I was a little worried, but from start to finsih the team from enthusiast / assett insure were nothing but wonderful. My choice of repairer, new genuine parts and 100% covered for all works. No issues whatsoever, if it needed doing, they authorised it to be done. Can't rate this company highly enough.

It has been nothing but a wonderful and fantastic experience with Enthusiast from the day I joined. The process with regards to updating my cars has been very straight forward and to date, I have dealt with very personable and friendly team members that make the insurance process less daunting – particularly with Lewis of whom I’ve shared most of my calls with. From the pricing of the vehicles to the claims process, I have not yet had a difficult time with Enthusiast. This is a fantastic group to be with for car lovers like myself - Very happy to have my vehicles insured with this group

I’d give a zero if I could!!!! Rang up to get a quote as I had heard Enthusiast was apparently good. Couldn’t be more disgusted in the service. Was looking at moving 1-3 cars over from my current insure. On answering the phone the female representative didn’t even hear what cars I had or my details, just gave me a lame excuse, took my number and said she’d call me back soon and ended the call. She hasn’t bother returning my call at all. Really disappointing service. Don’t bother

From their first Quotation, to issuing the Policy, and then to me unfortunately having to make a Claim, and on to the subsequent Outcome... the Service, Speed and Communication from Enthusiast Motor Insurance have been truly exceptional. It's bad enough wrecking a car you really like, thank goodness though the Enthusiasts Motor Insurance experience was completely painless.

Recently made a claim, although my parts took 4 months to arrive, Enthusiast keep contact to check in and provide updates. The claims process was seamless and very easy, our agent was friendly and well informed. My repairer also commented on the level of service saying it was one of the best experiences for them. Highly recommend using Enthusiast Motor insurance.

If you have a modified car, don’t waste your time. Gave a detailed list of modifications and photos. Been a loyal NRMA member for over 30 years, multiple policies, minimal claims. Nice over the phone, then declined to give me insurance. So much for loyalty! Got a quote from another company and immediately my took my business. Time to move on.

A well grounded realistic and productive phonecall to Enthusiast won my business - Lewis was very helpful, patient and engaging with my queries. Shannons didn't hit the spot for me for a few reasons, and AAMI consultant was comically unknowledgeable - but Enthusiast won my confidence and my business. Thank you.

Absolutely without Doubt THE Go to Underwriter for All Vintage -Classic-Modern Enthusiasts vehicles. I’ve been a life long Motoring Enthusiast with an Eclectic Collection of Transportation devices and I certainly rest easy Knowing Enthusiast Motor insurance has my Back .

Easy to deal with and I have found lower premiums and better agreed value and market value options. No language barrier when you call on the phone and don't have stupid menus to navigate through. Give them a call have a chat you may be very surprised.
