I’ve had my policy with the insurance line for many years. I just recently moved, changed my bank account. and started a new course, while working. I mucked up my direct debits and called to arrangements for payments. I was given a payment schedule and made my first payment as per the due date. Still endless phone calls & emails Made my 2nd payment 14 days earlier. Due 3/3/2022, paid 21/2/2022. As I was getting endless phone calls and emails. ENOUGH Call on 22/2/2022, I called to update my new address & bank account details. I pass on the payment amounts paid, asked if they required the receipt number and I was informed it wasn’t required. Then received an email, asking about the amount I paid. My concern is I’m re-looking at how insurance policies handle claims. If you can’t get a payment to arrangement correct, what hope do you have with an insurance claim? I don’t plan on dying soon but you want a concern is that your life and insurance policy will not be handled quickly without any drama for my children I do not feel any confidence in this company and will be researching companies for easy access t insurance for your loved ones
From my first call to this company until the benefit was paid, I was 100% impressed with Insuranceline's service. Not once did I have to speak to anyone from an overseas call centre who barely spoke English (rare these days), they took my calls quickly without a lengthy wait time and when the payment bounced back to their account (incorrect account number) they sorted it quickly and without any dramas. I also really liked the little touch of a delivery of flowers to my house (they were REALLY nice flowers, just saying). I know funeral insurance often gets a bad rap, but this company in my opinion, are doing funeral insurance well. Thanks Insuranceline for making a really sad time a little better.
I was off work on compo with an injury for 3 months. Received full clearance to return to work. A day later became ill and could not work. I had been paying into my income protection insurance for years. After 3 months, my payments were cancelled. When I asked why, was told it was because I could perform some home duties now, such as cooking and washing dishes. I was still unable to return to work, however, was told my capabiliites were judged on home duties not work capabilities. I asked for a review , but the outcome remained the same.
Watch out for elderly and challenged family members. This company goes out of its way to hit vulnerable people who do not understand. After assisting a challenged brother to cancel his policy they hit on him again and got him on a second funeral fund and a $200k accident policy. He is on a disability pension and can bearly live from day to day. Why would he want a $200k accident and disability policy. Time to take them to the Financial Ombudsmen.
This company was referred to me by word of mouth and what amazing covers and flexibility they offer to their clients. They were prompt and pre friendly. Very helpful. A friend of mine had a funeral and the funds were released to her without any delays. Many more services they offer as now I have become a member. I had only been with insuranceline less than a year. So grateful to have chosen them. Thanks Guys All the best.
Would not rate any stars. Have been with insuranceline for 18yrs now and have never heard a word from anyone at the company. Only thing you get is increase letters and when you email or call no return msgs at all! If we had of known this was how we were going to be treated as a long term policy holder we would have got out way earlier then now! Yes we are stupid for staying as long as we have, but enough is enough.
Why I'm staying with insuranceline. When my husband passed away they sent me flowers and had money in my account 24 hours after I made claim. Who does that my God it made me cry as no one looked after me in such a manner. Thank you for looking after me. Kim turner
Steer clear of these merchants, they happily take your money for years but when it comes to paying out they try their best in all means possible not to pay out. I would highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

Very easy to ID for your claim when the time comes. But have all the info correct.
