My first visit and last visit. I had gel dip powder on my nails that needed to be soaked off. I prefer to put my fingers in acetone to soak them off. They use cotton balls and aluminum squares, which is not as effective. After the nail tech wrapped each one, not even 5 minutes went by and she was taking one foil piece off. She started to drill the remaining gel off. I asked if she could just give it some more time, which she did. Once she checked again after maybe another 3 minutes, I asked could she just use an emery board to file the rest off, and she attempted to. She was in a rush and wanted to drill the old gel dip powder into my nails which is not good. After doing my nails, I asked for a hand / forearm massage for five minutes. She put cuticle oil rubbed a little on my hands, got a hot towel and said she was done. I asked for the massage and someone with better english came over. They spoke their language and the other person asked again and I said yes, I would like a hand massage. After they continued in their language, I said forget it. As I was getting up, the nail tech said quietly that she worked all day and was tired. I just said, got it. She wouldn't do a massage that I would be paying for because she was tired.The lack of customer service was very disappointing. My nails turned out nice but I will not be returning due to this first experience not being good. I won't be able to see if too much was drilled until I soak them off. As I was paying, I mentioned what happened to the manager, and she just said next time as if it was acceptable.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would! My daughter (who is a paralyzed senior in high school) came here with her caregiver to get her nails done for prom since our usual nail salon was too busy to fit her in. They quoted one price at the start of the visit but at the end an entirely different price was charged all together. I have never, NEVER seen a nail salon charge $180 for some nails...but this place sure the hell did. They practice predatory charging and took advantage of a child and overcharge her because they thought they could. One would think at nearly $200 later we would have perfect nails to show, but that just wasn't the case. She came home with glitter falling off everywhere since it wasn't sealed and frankly looks like mediocre work at best. Now they did fix (for free, as they should have) the glitter issue today. However, the explanation for the charges and refusal to provide a detailed receipt is on so many levels not ok. I will never use this place myself or allow her to use them again, and I will be sure to tell everyone I know about our experience. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your nails services where you will get better quality, fair pricing and where they don't take advantage of our communities disabled youth!!

The simple fact that I'm taking the time to write a review on a Friday evening should give you an idea about the salon. On two separate occasions I've had to go back to get my nails fixed due to the lack of attention and time dedicated by the technicians. To put it lightly, this salon is simply in the business to make money. The lack of customer service is evident. Two weeks ago I had gel nails done by Thomas; literally looked like a 5 year old did my nails. I thought to myself, everyone has an off day so I'll give them another try. WORST MISTAKE. Today I went with powder and again it looked like a 5 year old worked on my nails (Henry was the technician). I had to go back because the technician literally painted my nails, fingertips, and everything in between. Please refer to the pictures below... It's my own fault for giving them a second chance but clearly I've learned my lesson. The WORST part on both occasions is that the owner was present "overseeing" the mistake without any attempt to correct it, just overlooking the technicians shoulder as if that was consolation enough. If you even think about going here, turn around and go anywhere else or better yet just run!

Anne is amazing! Envy is a beautiful nail spa, I love the decor and everyone is very friendly. My mail tech Anne is awesome, I cannot say enough good things about her. I am not picky on the color or style of my nails but I am Very picky on the shape and thickness. She takes the time to make sure the shape of my nails are perfect and like me she hates thick nails. She also recognized that with the shape of my natural nails I cannot have regular dip nails. So while I can use the dip powder colors they have to be put on with a brush like acrylics. Since I found Anne and she started doing my nails this way I have had much less breakage and the shape is perfect. Anne has also been working to grow out my real nails and with this visit this is the first time I didn’t have to have tips! There were some nails that were of course not even and she was able to sculpt them into shape perfectly. I highly recommend Anne and Envy. (For those who remember Anne from Gem Nails, and have been looking for her, this is the same Anne. I followed her to Envy)

Fungus growing under nails, nails weren’t sealed properly. Went into establishment three days after my nails were done and they tried to fix. They couldn’t told me to come back they would give me full new set. Sunday is my only day off because I didn’t come back in immediately again after I was told they Would replace my nails with new set they declined to give me set. Woman contacted me after speaking with Nancy and looking at the pics I sent with obvious fungus and breakage on nails. She then again said they would fix she would call me back with time. Then again I got another call the next day saying Manager will repair for 25 I then informed them they have now lost s customer of two years and I’ll pay full price and go somewhere else. They also informed me the man who did my nails was fired because several people had the same thing happen. Point of the matter is this establishment will gladly take your money, but not take care of their customer for poor work done. I will definitely not be returning.

Came in for the 1st time with my little daughter wanting to get our nails done (dip powder for me and just simple nail paint for my daughter, no manicure). Waited patiently for awhile (at least 30 mins)... finally got asked to sit thinking they were gonna start with our nails. Finally after another wait, one lady came over and started on my daughter's nails and didn't even know what I wanted done. Told her what I wanted and thought I'd be next. Well, here comes in a couple, they get seated right away, and the lady who did my daughter's nails goes over to them and starts on the guy's pedicure! Seriously?! I was with my dtr, so I didn't cause any commotion. I've waited long enough and saw how they treat certain customers. I walked up to the counter to pay for my dtr's nails. No one even apologized for the inconvenience but gave me a card for $5 off next visit! No, I will not be coming back. There's too many nail salons in the area to have to put up with this.. no wonder they have a 3.9 star review. Smh.

The worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon: was the day before a brides wedding where we set an appointment 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE we triple checked the morning of that they were ready for us and it legit took them 4 hours total to do the BRIDES nails and toes. I had to tell them multiple times that she was the bride and they needed to help her because she would have been late to her rehearsal. The best was when the bride was in the chair for 2 HOURS while her nail tech kept getting up and walking around every time she dipped her nails. She cut her so bad they were GUSHING blood and did not acknowledge or try to fix her mistakes. They made her pay for both sets TWICE because they forgot that her mom paid for it!! After the FOUR HOUR ordeal where the bride was late to her rehearsal dinner her toe nails FELL OFF THE NIGHT BEFORE HER WEDDING. We ended up having to go to a 24 hour nail salon the night before her wedding.

The first time I had been in I received a new set of dip nails from a woman. I loved them. They looked great, were strong, service was pretty good and they lasted 3+ weeks with no issues. The second time I went in, a young man had done them and the experience was awful. The next day my nails were crumbling! They were all shaped funky and breaking off. He had made them super thin. I hate to complain about anything but for $45 I was upset they looked this way! So I went to get them fixed and I had to sit through, while the entire salon was clearly talking about me and my nails (in their language) and giving looks like they didn't believe me. I even offered to show my bank statement charge. Unbelievable. Anyhow, I will not return!!! & not because of 1 poor employee but because of the uncomfortable, unfair experience I had when kindly asking them to be fixed. Beware

I came here for a manicure and pedicure. Overall they did well. I enjoyed the fact that my nail tech made sure I liked my nails down to the shape, color, and style; I am really picky and she worked well to make sure I was happy. The young man who did my pedicure was awesome as well. While this was really nice, there was no receptionist, so every time someone walked in, my nail tech who I believe was the manager on duty had to get up and help them. She got up at least 5-10 times in the middle of doing my nails. My appointment was at 11 am and I didn’t leave until 2.5 hrs later. I am super understanding of being understaffed but it was evident she was stressed and it was actually stressing me out, when this is one of my only times to relax. I wouldn’t count them out as they did really well on my nails, just make sure you’ve got plenty of time on your hands.

I will not be back. I got here just after they opened and before it got busy. We were about 10 mins into my service when people started coming in. The women doing my nails got up each time(5-7 times) to assist the new people. She also stopped midway through my nails to go do a spa service…. I think eye brows. And it wasn’t at a time where my nails needed to rest or dry- she literally stopped and got up after doing 1 hand. She lost her place in the process many times and completely left out a step. I expressed that I was disappointed and not happy. She said nothing to me but did say something to herself in another language. She then charged me full price. My nails are not even or properly cleaned up. Again- I will not be back. I am very happy this place is busy but it should not impact the quality of work or attention given to a guest.

If you’re reading this DONT walk… RUN to this nail shop! It’s SO BEAUTIFUL AND NICE IN THE INSIDE. The nail techs here are amazing and they do such great job of achieving what you want PERIOD. When it comes to the TOES Ms. Ann IS THAT GIRL!!!!!!! She will turn some hideous feet to some pretty feet and THOSE ARE FACTS. Ms. Ann is the most sweetest purest soul you will ever run into. I wish I could give her the world sometimes because of how she takes care of me and my toes. I’ve been going to her for some time now and she deserves her flowers! Overall this shop is the one. Prices are super affordable and not EXPENSIVE AT ALL. Quality over Quantity Baby.

I came here on saturday 09/10 to get a manicure and dip powder on my nails. The man doing my nails removed my previous dip so fast that he cut me on 4 of my fingers as well as injured 1 nail by making a divet. Two of the cuts are pretty deep. Not only that but he didn't do the manicure but charged for it. I'm attaching pictures of what my nails look like on 09/12. The color is pretty but they didn't remove the excess dip around my nail and they just look sloppy. I paid $55. There were 3 other people in the salon. There wasn't a reason to rush. I told them about the cuts and they apologized and offered to discount. I would be cautious coming here.

I’m sorry but this place is a no for me. I tried twice. The first time I went my nails came out nothing like I imagined. They were bulky, thick and some of them were crooked. My pedicure polish was smudged the same day, after letting it dry for three hours. There were way too many coats applied. So .. I went back a few days later to get it fixed. I was given no discount and the owner appeared to be upset that I was asking for my nails to be fixed. I had a different mail tech this time who was a little better but still not great. 5 days later and my gel is completely coming off (see pictures below). I will not be returning.

Ifyou want a basic -- I do mean very basic gel polish pedicure they are great! Do not under any circumstance come to this business for dip or acrylic nails. Don't get your nails done here for events or a wedding. You will be disappointed. I knew as soon as they finished my nails weren't going to last he literally broke it while he was filing it down to "make it smooth" on top (still lumpy bumpy btw) and instead of redoing the nail HE PUT A Clear Coat over it! This is a spot for arnhem 60 and over who don't like fun colors or really basic one color. No dips no acrylics. Don't waste your money

The first time I went I liked it but the other times were a different story. I once got French tips with Crome and it looked so bad I had to go back to get them fixed. The last two times I got dip and they cracked within two weeks. I work at an office so I don’t put much stress on my nails. Never had this issue in any other salon. I tried to be optimistic and give them a chance but the reviews are what they are for a reason. Also, if you are too nervous/shy to speak up about work not being done right I would go somewhere else because you will need to speak up here.

After my mom had a good visit to this salon with my sister she brought me back so we could get our nails done. We did not have to wait long and the employees were nice. We both got dipped manicures and she also got a pedicure. My nails look great but hers are not nearly as good as they were last time, and the lady doing her nails accidentally cut her and made her bleed twice. The place is nice but how your nails turn out really depends on who you get, which is a little disappointing considering the cost. I had Christina and she did a great job.

Worst experience EVER with a nail salon. Started out with 2 different people who could not properly trim and cut toenails got up to leave and another person named Tony said he would fix my toes and do my nails. He did fix my toes my dip service on my nails was awful. He didn’t cover my entire nail and less than 24 hours later everyone is chipped or broken. $115.00 later they are getting redone after work. I left in tears so no pretty Mothers Day nails for me. Go somewhere else save your money

I was there as a bridesmaid for a bridal party. Not only did they make the bride pay for her nails twice and almost late to her rehearsal dinner, the quality has been terrible. Mine and another bridesmaid’s nails are completely see through using both gel and dip. The bride had a dip pedicure done and that evening the polish came off and we had to go to another nail salon to fix it. Just a few days later my gel started to peel off. They also made the bride cry multiple times. 0/10 recommend

I used to come here religiously a few years ago before moving, I was always happy with my dip. I was in the area and stopped by for dip today and... meh. Application around my cuticles is messy. A couple of the corners at the tips of my nails were missed, and the top coat wasn't applied evenly, so some portions of my nails look matte. And the final file work is also meh.. The perk of choosing a light pink is that the flaws aren't as noticeable... vs if I did something dark

I had a Luxury pedicure today and I enjoyed every bit of it. Tony was attentive to all the aspects of the services. I’m a nurse, on my feet for long periods of time, so this was refreshing in so many ways. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. I was served right away as a walk-in. It’s closeby to so many other enjoyable shops, including my favorite Great Harvest Bakery Cafe. I highly recommend this salon for a morning off and to refill your cup!

We got there @ 2 and was told to come back in 30 minutes. We went back @ 230 and still had to wait for 15 more minutes before our pedicure. Well they started my husband pedicure and I had to wait for 10 more minutes. I got a rushed pedicure and it wasn't relaxing. It's now 4 and they just started on my nails. Well my nails are uneven and I had to shape them myself. Envy Nail Spa is not for me....I will not waste my money or time there again....

I went to Envy Nails today with my 5 year old little sister for some bonding time. The ladies who did our nails were really nice and talkative with us. My only complaint is that for my little sister not even 2 hours later her nail polish was coming off already. Yes, she's a 5 year old and kids like to play. After we got our nails we went straight to the movies. So no play time at all. I'm not too happy with this and neither is she.

Pedicure was ok, didnt clip my nails real good in the corners, nails are rough as well. 4 hours later & the clear top coat appears to have shrunk & the color is messed up through no fault of my own. Sat at the salon for an additional 30 min for it to dry & had a couple errands. 4 hours later, finally sit down & there's fresh polish on the other toe....very disappointed for what I paid for.

This is my FAVORITE NAIL SALON EVER! I have been going here for the past 6 years! All of the staff are extremely friendly, and they are always down to chat with you! This is the best service I've ever received at a nail salon by far. Their prices are very reasonable and the quality is spectacular! :) 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone in the area! I am always impressed with the kindness and attention to detail that this salon gives me. Too often do I go into nail salons and feel unwelcome. These guys always make me feel welcome and comfortable. They listen to my issues and try to accommodate as best as they can. The owner is always checking to make sure I am comfortable and happy. We travel in and out town quite often. And when we’re in town, we always visit Envy Nails in Alliance. They always remember us and have such an inviting attitude and a welcoming spirit. She is soo great I’ve been going to a different nail salon for years but the lady i would go to left so today i tried Envy nails and i couldn’t be more happier with the service Ann has provided me I’m currently typing this review while getting my pedicure you all have gained another rerun customer !

Recently moved to the area and needed a new nail salon. This one is great! I will say it is very busy and I had to wait for a little bit (15-20 minutes) but once I was seated and she started working it was quick! They are very reasonably priced. Honestly, in my opinion on the cheaper side and she did a great job! Overall, 5 stars! :)

This is a No for me! Not a clean environment and the tech kept wanting specifics of where I got my nails done before and asked me three to four times so I finally said something. I did gel pedi my feet were rough and dry afterwards and my fingers looked like a toddler did them and they fell off in a week for gel !

NANCY is THE BEST I have been coming here a little over a year now and have never gone anywhere else ! They have the best price in this area and all are honest about what they can do. Nancy never fails to give me what I ask for and more! Pedicures are very nice as well as a huge variety of colors in dip powder!!

I love this nail salon. I am very indecisive when it comes to picking colors, and they had sooooo many colors. They also did not rush me at all when picking, and Ann even helped me out in choosing ! First time coming to Envy Nails Spa, and it won’t be my last. Everyone was so welcoming and attentive. I got a pedicure and dip nails. Linda did amazing with the shape of my nails and checked in every step of the way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted.
