I'll never suggest this hospital Worst experience Diagnosed kidney stone by a clinic outside and referred to this hospital. As the pain was severe higher , they had put the patient for a one day without giving much attention. Next day evening they and done ultrasound and asked the patient to wait for 15 days. (As per them, the pain is common for 5 days -15 days) As the pain was increasing like anything and the patient could not able to tolerate the pain even after completing one week medicine. We had called the hospital and spoke to the main incharge lady doctor. She advised to come and admit today for a tomorrow evening checkup. As we explained the pain and other issue, she was not ready for any urgent treatment (As per her, an immediate treatment is not possible. Again we have to wait for 10-15 days for a second sitting of ultrasound.) Conclusion: No proper doctor (Only on-call doctors available) We need to wait for doctor availability/day/timing. Even ultrasound treatment equipment is also not available in hospital, They call the equipment vehicle from outside weekly twice. Becoz of these issues, patients time and money is getting wasted. Totally pathetic. Finally we decided to not to go with this hospital as there is no use. We went to another hospital , they asked to take an X-ray (As per X-ray, no changes in stones) and took medicine for 4 day. But in 2 days pain reduced and patient is completely ok in 4 days.

I'm not at all happy with their transperancy in billing. For 2 days of admission, the total amount of the bill went up to 29k and still I don't know if it really made sense, I was asked to get medicines worth 4500 which came in two bag full grocery standard bag and not sure where did so much of medicines finally go, (That's not all, despite bringing 2 full bags of medicine supplies, I again spent around 3k for medicines) and the other thing is that this is located in a remote place and because of this, accessibility to places like good restaurants is not so convenient, most of the times getting a cab is difficult too. If you are coming to this hospital, make sure you get enough food supplies. Yes, there is a small hospital Canteen, but their menu is very limited and not everyone would like it and not so great in taste. The road that takes you to this hospital is currently under construction/renovation(31/05/2019). There are a couple of grocery stores, ATM and few buses are available, Pharmacy inside hospital and a Pharmacy outside the hospital are available. Nurses and doctors are kind. Free drinking water is available, also I have uploaded the image, listing insurance companies that are tied up here and also the images that lists various types of treatments.

Eskay hospital is worst hospital. They only see money. There is no experience doctor or nurse staff. Even duty doctor dont know about increase or decrease the dosage insulin. They used to call and ask senior doctors. Till that time patient has wait for breakfast or dinner. My mother was hospitalized for two days reason sugar was higher with fever tiredness. They charges 18657/- insurance approval was 8000 change only There is no bed pan in the hospital. When there is requirement for bed pan. Staff keep seaching for bed pan. my mother aged 83 walked to toilet. Nurse staff in the wards are north indian they don't speak kannada except hindi. They dont even understand engish. I give zero rating to eskay hospital. I will never recommend this hospital to my friends and relatives. There is no ethics. They will loot us.

worst healthcare ever seen.... not fit for even to be called nursing home.. Took treatment for basis cold and cough also they will consel as if we are suffereing from big issue and advicse for addmission.. Till we are admitted there nurses dont reponse properly , janitor also not available on time. FOR EVERYTHING WE NEED TO GO ask on recepetion itself. Saying Spl Ward they provided small room only sufficent for one attender only. Unsatisfied . I visited this hospital with my friend He se suffering from stomach pain they quickly given appointment for appointment 120 and one visiting card that is 30 totall 150. After getting inside one nurses came and check the bp and then she went no one came for half an hour we waited there then one by one comming and checking not very late treatment When we remember them he is suffering severe stomach pain then only doctor came and check then they given prescription In the time of giving injection they are giving training to the nurses it's took much to it hurts him that's not good at all So the waiting time is to high they treat very late to the patients

Iam not suggesting this hospital for poor and middle class people, because they charge very high general ward bed , but facility not so good as per they charge and duty doctors are very poor experience . No senior doctors will be available at hospital only they will visit morning and evening. If u tell u got insurance , they will charge double times of regural price and for public transportation is aso not available. Iam requesting hospital management to reduce the prices because ur giving very nominal service and charging like a multi specailty hospital ,pls keep experience duty doctors. Facilities are there, but no good doctors. We had issues with children specialist: They say 'Child specialist comes at 8.30 pm as per the schedule' ,(which itself is too late for kids ), but actually the doctors appears after 10 pm.We went 2 3 days.. waited and came back as either doctor came at around 10 or he did not come at all. so I really dont recommend this hospital., especially for kids and emergencies. Also, the duty docs are not that great,1s the duty doc gave me 1000mg of paracetamol per dose. which i think is over dose for normal fever.
