This is a small hospital with adequate facilities for Gynecology, not sure about other department. I once saw a critical emergency patient shifted elsehwere due to lack of facilities. Gynecologist Dr. Usha is on call in this hospital and is extremely good. If not for her, i wouldn't go to this hospital. Cleanliness is ok. Good nursing staff. Administrative team is a pain in the neck. For a small hospital, their delivery charges are on par with any major corporate chain of hospitals, which is not something you would expect. Billing is a hassle as they charge 2% over and above the bill amount if you use a debit or credit card. You wouldn't get a receipt for the amount that you pay, but you'll get a receipt for the 2% lesser bill amount. This seems fishy for a hospital. They also push for cash / card settlement as they discourage cashless hospitalization. Seems like they would like to see the money in their accounts quicker. Insurance helpdesk is also not very helpful. Overall, go to this hospital only if you know any doctor well or have been referred to a doctor here. Otherwise you would be better off going to another major hospital in the vicinity of this one.

Hello I was positive for Dengue for which i got myself admitted in this hospital. The Doctors and nursing staff housekeeping are extremely good . Poor thing they deserve a 5 out of 5 rating I took a private room to get admitted The room is pretty decent Beds are extremely uncomfortable and the attenders bed is literally a bench width I couldn’t see how terribly uncomfortable my mom felt whilst she stayed Neither could i ask her to leave and rest at home because there are absolutely no call buttons to call the nurse There were so many times i had to hold my urge to urinate cos i had iv fluids running If my mom was out to get my food and i had no one i just had to wait Seriously regret coming here because of the inconvenience caused by infrastructure Please know that we come here cos we are sick All this said The Doctors and Nurses are very good and understanding But if u asked me please look for a hospital that at-least had a pantry attached This hospital is not worth it

I m writing this by my heart, my husband Shivu Hiremath got admitted in this hospital for covid treatment. Dr.Devendra Naik n Dr.Yathish both the Dr. were Very friendly n explained each n everything very well and very supportive. N one lady duty Doctor (don't know the name) keep us updating about him when she goes for rounds. N ward boy Arjun cared a lot, he helped my husband while having food, going washroom. After discharge Dr. Devendra Naik sir advised us to consult ENT Dr., he just want his patients to be fit n fine. We consulted Dr. Vishwas(ENT) in the same hospital, he s just a gem of a person. He also very supportive. More than a treatment, patients get well soon with the love and affection which was shown by Doctors. Best hospital, best staff n I can say Doctors are equal to God, I thank you All u people made my life to live....

I got my first shot of Covaxin today. We had been anticipating a vaccine since last year. Social distancing in India is not easy at all. Our living, working and social structures are not designed for it. It's difficult even for the rich and powerful. I got my slot on cowin within 4 days of registering. I was third in line, there was no rush. Ample space to sit and a freshly worshipped Gaņēśa in the lobby, to inspire confidence. We had to wait for ten people to collect, before they started. This is a part of the vaccine saving strategy. The system was streamlined. The nurse was smiling and kindly. It didn't hurt at that time, though I have a slight pain now. Covaxin is the preferred one in my area. And the one I preferred after reading up about all the options. I feel equal to the world today!

Worst hospital.... I had booked my slot for 2nd dose covishield... My selected slot was 5pm to 6pm... I went 15mins early as mentioned in the protocol... When I enquired in the reception they refused to give me vaccine.. they told I should call and come .. Then why the hell I had to book my slot on Cowin... I registered a complaint on Cowin help desk 1075... But I doubt any action would be taken... Ridiculous experience... Date : 18/08/2021 I have added my appointment slip so that people who read my review will understand it's genuine.. Plz think before going to this hospital.. Pathetic Hospital

If I had option i would have given -1 , it was very worst experience, this is second time experience same.two month back to show to my wife and yesterday i visited to show me both time we are unwell there is immediately respond simply they tell wait it's goes more than hour, doctor also very money minded instead of giving basic treatment first. He writes many tests to do, yes agree but we suffering fever and tide already waiting more than hour instead of basic treatment ,what is the they are treating , this is the way treatment .i never visit again and i tell my friends and family to to visit.

This review is from my first experience of the place today. The staff are helpful and pretty quick to respond. Dr. Santosh N Patil is awesome and the most important reason I would go back to this hospital. Not the most organised, but will attend to quarries instantly. A bit of patience from both ends do help move things along smoothly. Yes, like every reviewer, my experience with the pharmacy was annoying. They tried to give me alternate vaccine manufacturer from what was prescribed as they did not have stock. This crap only happens in India.

Worst exprience.....my father came to meet gastrologist. He was normal but they took admission. And done all tests which is not required also. Un necessarily for money purpose they do all these. RTPCR test they chared 1500/- My father was in empty stomach for 16 hours.....but endoscopy requires hardly 5 to 6 hrs empty stomach. Hospital said doctor comes at 4.30pm but doctor came at 10.30pm.i request all please dont visit this un caring hospital ever. I think its better we should large complaint on this hospital

Have vister for self, wife, brother n his wife and two kids all were affected with covid19. Only my brother was advised to admit rest are treated under doctors supervision at home isolation. Very experienced doctors, n they are very humble in nature they listen to you carefully n prescribe medication accordingly. Have been admitted for hernia surgery n it went really good without having much issues. All staffs n nurses were very humble n caring. Mr Devaraj hospital Admin was very helpful to us, he took care of insurance n he regularly visits all patients to understand if there are any issues in staying or any issues in taking care etc. Overall its good n one can visit with having any 2nd thought

Recent I joined my mother here. Treatment is very good. Price is reasonable for the treatment and they are not doing bill for unnecessary treatment and not giving unnecessary medicine. Hospital is very hygienic. Nurse are very friendly with patients and responding immediately whenever needed without hesitation. Treatment was given by well experienced doctors. One of the doctor named Sukesh shetty was very nice person and was given good treatment for my mother. Only need to improve front office help desk.

A blade hospital and very rude receptionist... They charge for nothing like just for simple drips (IV) they Charge Dr charges, Injection charges and observation charges as well .. I questioned what observation has been made .. The great receptionist who look like a Goonda answered me that his management has to give him salary so they have said him to charge so and so for just simple IV fluid connection... We admitted our grandmother when she slipped and got a minor fracture in her hip. Doctor tried to scare us and said she won’t be able to walk without the surgery and recommended an operation on 92 year old. We decided against the surgery after a 2nd opinion and our grandmother has started walking normally within 2 months. The doctor tried to manipulate us to get a surgery when it was not needed.

If asked for Copy of X-Ray report since the original one was given for Insurance . Hospital management asked to pay same amount how much it was charged for initial one. Never ever visit.

Very disappointing with the management and the reception, have been going here since a very long time, but off lately we are made to wait unnecessarily and told after 30 mins that the doctor has gone out and have to wait further without any intimation. Hospital has to understand patients come to get ailment looked into and would not be open to wait for a long time.

There was another patient in our ward who was just about 7 th standard they visited him only once so I just got discharged in one day itself my opinion for other patients is not to go to that hospital. Fully crowded not so well Managed vaccination center. Came here for Covaxin as it is available only in this hospital is near by Rajarajeshwarinagar. Fully crowded, no socila distancing. Worst reception. I had slot booked in Cowin portal but its of no use. We waited for an hour in such a crowdy place and got vaccinated. Come only if covaxin is required
