Absolutely clueless and rude staff member named Cannista lied to me on two consecutive days about my parcel not have been delivered to the drop point by Royal Mail. I had a proof it was. When I finally got my parcel out of her claws and was on my way out she shouted at me, never ever come back you are a trouble! When I asked her what she meant by that and that she had no right to talk to me like that she yelled, shut up and get out of here! Her behaviour was absolutely shocking! When I wanted to talk to the store manager she refused to call him or give me his contact number. I hope the manger goes through reviews written regarding customer experience in his store and will give his staff proper training on how to deal with deliveries and customer service!

Disgusting! Working in partnership with euro car parks . I received I ticket cause I was queuing for car wash. Received a ticket. Sent copy of my receipt to euro Car parks which they rejected still made me pay ! They are just looking to scam you there ! Why have a car wash if you only get 15 min . My dad also got a ticket even tho he told the guy working there his registration . They don’t even tell you you should give your registration when you pay for car wash! Avoid this place they will scam you with their euro car park partnership. Shame cause the car wash is decent! Avoid avoid!! You will get scammed!

Just a typical Petrol Station with moderately low fuel prices but. . . Wait Brilliant "Pay As You Wash" self service Jet wash that works with cash! TWO pounds minimum spend for hot soapy brush wash and super powerful jet spray rinse and wax and wax rinse if you like. Work fast and you can easily clean a medium sized car for TWO pounds or give yourself a little extra time to be safe. There's also a fully automated car wash if you prefer the big swirling brushes! The good thing is it's always relatively quiet not like some places where there are cars queing for 30 minutes or more. I recommend this place.

Useless staff, plus I think they don't understand English ether. I came into the Borough 6 month ago and the staff say to me that the label machine was not working. I came back today, because the locker was full and the printer still not working, plus i gave to him a parcel from Evri alredy whit the label attached, and the guys don't know what to do. I mean, if you don't want to do you job, just remove this service from you station, so people don't came there and lost them time!!!!!

Do not use this petrol station as there is 15 minute parking restriction managed by euro car parks. I used the car cleaning facilities on land and I am currently going through trying to argue a fine for hoovering and washing my car on the land having been there for 30 minutes and they are now fining me £100 for doing so.... STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS PETROL STATION

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I charged my EV at this garage and have received a £100 fine. I gave the cashier in the garage my registration and still ended up with a fine which they wont squash!!!! Stay well clear of this garage just a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never used this garage again.

We have been used this petrol station for so long to fill up our vans and give them a quick wash, I don't know when they start this restoration max 15 minutes more the that you will get penalty charge , this petrol station is unique in London we will never use this petrol station agent and esso, STAY WAY,

As others have pointed out, you'll receive a £100 fine if you stay for more than 15 minutes. Fine if you're getting petrol but barely enough time to use the jet wash and definitely not enough time if there's any kind of queue. I guess they don't want people using their facilities? ‍♂️

AVOID! PCN SCAM! Went there to clean my car. Vacuum cleaning and car wash, took 40 minutes. Received a £100 Parking Charge Notice, because of exceeding 15 minutes parking limit?! DISGUSTING! Obviously it's a scam by the manager. He will get it from life what he deserves! Pathetic swine.

Got SCAMMED I went in for a car wash which took 35min, i informed the staff there to input my car on the system, I was assured he did, and I am now dealing with a £100 fine, appeal was rejected as there is no evidence to support what I'm saying.

Me and my friend got assaulted by the manager with a baseball bat I have a picture of it is metal he hit my friend 3 times then police was called all we done was driving on bikes it is the manager who attacked me

At a time of fuel shortage, the staff were friendly and helpful when they had fuel. Genuinely needed fuel as did many others so the wait was long but the organised the flow of cars with efficiency.

As others have mentioned recently the car wash scam is disgusting. Who thinks to register their car when getting a car wash Had proof of car wash but still not enough to reverse ticket.

To avoid at all cost!They recently installed controlled parking stay. Max stay ridicously set to 15 minutes( no time to wash the car , not time to queu for pay the fuel etc).

I like the fact that the charging station can handle 2 cars at a time. But, it costs almost double compared to other rapid public chargers. Only to be used when desperate.

Great staffs but look out for the Eurocarpark stopping limits. I was issued a parking ticket for just queuing to go into the car wash which was busy on the day.

Good service, very convenient. There is car wash, air for tire, subway sandwich inside the shop. Restroom, petrol normally cheaper than other petrol station.

Very rude staff, asked to buy a car wash and she wouldn’t sell one. She was paranoid and said that I didn’t know how to use it and would damage it.

Stay away from this place, they give you PCN tickets while you're using the jet wash or tire pressure through euro car park. BUNCH OF THIEVES!

This garage is ok. I mean, you can top up your petrol, wash ur car, change tyre pressure, grab some shopping and its right by the main road.

Never use auto car wash in this place. It will only make your car dirty and will damage the side of your car. Worst and very unhelpful staff

Very good staff. Pump I chose had run out of fuel, but had no sign to say not to be used. Small thing, except I was towing a trailer. Eek!

It's become a lot better since the grumpy old man left. Staff here now seem friendlier. Decent location too just off the M1
