I dont often give places 1 star but this place wouldnt let me use their toilet and the assistant smiled as he told me it wasnt working and there wasnt an out if order sign on the door it was just locked, I told him i was desperate after a 2 hour journey to london and he replied i dont care! Minimal COVID MEASURES in place! The majority of clients and the employee behind the desk were not wearing masks or face coverings. When I questioned the employee he refused to comment. Esso need to wake up and start enforcing proper measures in all their branches. Unacceptable!

Was dying for a coffee, turns out the coffee machine only vended milk. Told the clerk who told me id need to buy another coffee. At £2.95 for a vending coffee that might just do the same, i thinks not... Judging by past reviews it seems these ppl are just out to swindle ppl.

Rubish service, they send me penalty charge, after i give them my reg nr, 3 times the same problem, they are looking to make money , and if u try to talk to them, no English, they don’t understand, speaks English properly, poor service... …

Terrible service, broken air pump and while they were happy to change my cash into pound coins to pay for the pump they refused to refund or fix the machine. Now my tires are flat as they were only able to empty them rather then top them up.

Horrible customer service. They said 24 hours and Indian guy said they closed 5 minutes because he is on break. Second time I went same guy close again, because he was cleaning outside and said he was closed because hw was cleaning.

The spaces in this petrol station are very tight. To get in and to get out is a nightmare especially when a car parking on the drive way out , if there is a bad driver , he could hit his car or others.

There are always queues for petrol and there is no separate cashier for the fuel which makes it complicated to pay and for the people waiting after you to put petrol is a lot of waiting.

Came here to drop a collect plus parcel but they refused to accept the package and were unaccommodating and rude. Not pleasant people to deal with and would recommend avoiding a visit

My manager sent me to get patrol, after filling up with almost £100 patrol I notice he had given an old card. The patrol station were really nice about it and very helpful.
