Went in to use the car wash only because a local hand car wash closed an hour early. I should have waited. While in the car wash I felt the car bump and heard a noise. I didn’t think much of it at the time but after when wiping down any excess water I saw the bumper was cracked. I went and had the manager come out who at first refused to even look at it. Eventually he came out and was making a joke of it and accused me of lying as if I’m some con artist. I have a 35k 2022 Kia EV and it’s immaculate. He told me the sensors were perfect and it must have happened elsewhere. As if I wouldn’t have noticed. I gave him my details and went to David Lloyd which is about a 2 min drive. When I open the boot I see it’s absolutely filthy on the back window so I go back. Not just to complain about the dirt left but to point out the sensors clearly wasn’t as good as he made out. He again accused me of lying and said I must have got the car dirty myself because it was nearly 2 hours since I got the car washed. I was in the gym in that time period and went back after. Oh and the rest of the car was clean so Clearly it wasn’t filthy again from doing a half mile drive. His attitude by that point led to an argument between me and him as I’d had enough of the insults and poor attitude. 5 days on and nobody has called me regarding the damage.

Filling up with fuel, I needed to pay with cash to get the money back from the firm I work for. I used the machine in the petrol station which charged £1.99 per withdrawal . When I paid, one of the notes had a corner missing, so the cashier refused to take it, even though the serial number was intact. He instructed me to take time out of my day to take the note to a bank. Funny, no problem with the shop along the road, bought the food I would have bought in the garage. P.S. imagine not having a spare tenner, and either paying another £1.99 to take it out, even going overdrawn because of a missing corner of a note.

I only visited this petrol station to use their car wash. I was served quickly and efficiently. The shop looked well stocked and organised. Outside looked clean and tidy. I only gave 3 stars because the automatic car wash was so slow. There were only 2 cars in front of me and I it still took me over an hour to get my car washed.

I went today in the morning to fill up my car and I needed some petrol for my motorbike because I ran out and I couldn't come to the station with motorbike so I ask the very bad attitude guy to fill a bottle 5 ltl and he responded very baddd way.I hope manager sees my review .never go anymore there

I come hear to have my car washed as the automatic washing service serves its purpose. Staff are polite, and helpful, but the shop is extremely dated and hasn’t kept up with the times. I don’t but fuel here as it’s always more expensive when compared to the likes of the supermarkets.

Reasonably priced garage. Car wash, air and water on site. Shop has the essentials and is a little on the small side. Costa coffee machine inside. Selection of food and drink as normal. Staff are always lovely. Self serve launderet also on site.

I usually like this petrol station. However, today I used the car was and it stuck on the back of my car. It had only just begun and got to the back and repeated over and over thrashing my back spoiler. I was finally able to see the number

Awful service. Used the garage to buy gas for BBQ. The bottle supplied had a faulty valve however they wouldn't offer a refund despite the bottle still being clearly full. Was then given a different sized replacement and told to come back

Good petrol station offering an automated car wash (which has a loyalty scheme), some self-service laundry washing machines, and a small convenience store. You can add points to a Tesco card by making purchases here.

My favourite petrol station, attendants are lovely. Have used the washing machine there too when mine broke, very handy. Takes card payments and it texts you when the cycle is nearly finished!

Petrol is fine. As a local we call it TheWorstShopInTheWorld. Runs out of basics all the time. Doesn't stock seemingly random stuff at random times. Till people also seem a little clueless.

phoned Esso today to ask for patrol price but the staff said we can't give prices over the phone what is wrong giving the prices over the phone if you agree with me say yes!!!

Just been renovated last year with more on offer in a small shop area. Got a pay as you go washing machine area and car wash. Really good size courtyard and helpful staff. MP

Friendly staff and the site is kept nice and clean. Not the biggest shop, and not the easiest petrol station to get out of (going in is OK) due to road layout.

As well as fuel it has parking spaces if you are using the cash machines or shopping in the Tesco shop which is good for a petrol station

Basic petrol station with a car wash. Polite friendly staff. Now charges £1:95 to use the cash machine, so I won't be going back.

Automatic car wash. Not compatible with roof rack. Attendant refused to answer my queries over the phone, including on pricing.

Friendly staff. I spent a couple of weeks playing my part in the rebuild and used the shop part daily. Can't fault them.

Great, really enjoyed the filling process. Nice nozzles too, clearly marked for diesel and petrol with no ambiguities.
