This gas station is always easy to use; no problems, there's an air station where you can fill up your own tires, a car wash at most locations, I don't think there's a pump attendant but the cashier is always more than helpful in walking you through the procedure, which in all is very simple. The only reason Esso gets 4 stars is their prices man. It's not extravagantly high, but you can fill up your tank at other gas stations for a fraction of the price. Too bad they don't price match, lol.

The worst customer service I have experienced in my life. The attendant Shareeq told us to our face to “hurry up it’s the end of my shift” in a very rude way at least 5 times. We were trying to pay for 2 bottles of water and a bag of chips and he was ringing up our order incorrectly. We were just trying to pay for our order. I don’t normally put reviews online and I had to for this guy because he was incredibly rude when all we were trying to do was pay for our water and chips.

Mohammed and his team really helped me out today. I live close to here and always use this gas station but today I have decided to leave a 5-star review :-). Good gas pricing and the only gas station around but more importantly again are the people that work here. Today, I was very worried about something that I lost nearly a month and a half ago but with the help of several people here at this gas station, I was able to find my missing item. Decent sized gas station in the middle of the city. There are many pumps here plus one diesel pump. You can pay inside or use the Speedpass+ app (very convenient). Last time I went, there was a lack of squeegees and windshield washing fluid for you to clean your windshield. With gas prices the way they are currently (202207), some are filling up many jerry cans as well. As a result, you could be waiting a while.

I'm aware that this particular Esso franchisee employs a lot of international students, that's a good thing; however, some of them are literally lacking in basic customer skills -- it's absolutely alright to have some fun times with their colleagues!! Does it ring any bells? Do I have to ask for the balance?? Forgetful or too busy in small talk?

This gas station has an incredibly unsafe vibe to it. I do not purchase gas, but sometimes will go in for snacks at night and every time I do I feel like there's going to be a fight between strangers that ended up there. Nobody is friendly, everybody seems on edge, and I feel bad for the employees who have to deal with all the customers. I don't feel comfortable going in on my own ever.

They have gas pumps that are sometimes out of service and they don’t even care to put a sign on them. I lost my time waiting and making the payment and at the end the pump was out of service. When I went to tell them they answered: yes it’s not working we know. If you know, put a sign! at least say sorry to your customers who lost their time because of your mistake.

This gas price is always $0.02 cents more than regular price from other station. Avoid this if you want to save $0.02 per liter. Everyone should give this esso station 1 star review so others can avoid it and take their business to another station. The staffs is no problem, just the price I am giving 1 star. 0 if I can.

I really don't understand why there are so many people without quality in a developed country. Can't you see the managers of this gas station that this toilet is going to become a garbage station? I was working there, night shifts, as attendant three years back. It was my first job in Canada. It was a life time experience for me. Grateful to owners Azam Bhai and Arshad Bhai. Now I'm back in India, running my own company but won't forget my learnings there.

Absolute nightmare of a gas station to use. Pay at pump wasn't working but there was nothing on the display to suggest it. Total zoo of people coming and going trying to get gas not able to figure out what's going on. Staff were complacent

The Whole place reeks of body odour. Staff is slow and distracted. Way too casual work ethic for a busy gas station at a busy intersection. Get you act together. Amateur hour. I visited this location several times before this review.

Bad service. Store says 24 hours. Doors were locked and employee would not let me by the oil car needed. So now I can’t get to work and im stuck at your gas station. Totally bad service. Why advertise 24 hrs if you aren’t?

Gas was a good price. Prepay, but that gave me time to quickly talk to the cashier(polite), use the facilities(messy, but useable), nice selection of snacks, other customers were polite. All round a good place.

Decent gas station and probably the only one on Lakeshore. This is just after Bathurst while going East on Lakeshore. It's. if enough for you to reverse or take a U-Turn so you can continue back on Lakeshore.

Great Gas Station if you need a quick fill up before jumping on the highway, store is very very small so don’t expect much if you are a snack connoisseur. Other than that no reason not to go here !

The gas is too expensive. They should allow cars to gas up in one direction only, to prevent unnecessary waiting time for people who don't have patience to wiggle out of the station.

Was getting gas this morning pump #1 started pumping gas looked down because i smelt gas and my shoe was wet hose was spitting out gas where rubber hose meets nozzle.

Most rude people work here, no ethics at all. You are working in a customer service industry you gotta show some respect to your customers who are paying your wages.

Has a diesel pump and enough clearance for large commercial vehicles. Enter eastbound and exit southbound. Fleet cards almost always work without needing to walk in.

Decent pricing but very tight space. Getting in an out not so easy. Not right off the express way. All these are expected to be from a place in downtown Toronto.

One of the better run Esso stations. Haven't yet been accosted by panhandlers at this location, which is a very good thing. They also have diesel fuel.

I remember this place mostly because of the slushy's. The best ice slush I had in a long time. I was treated kindly by the staff. The place was clean.

It is nearly impossible to get in here because of the way the space is designed. There are barriers and getting out is just as hard as getting in.

Washroom is out of service, another way of saying we won't bother cleaning them. Its a gas station, open it to your paying customers at least.

I dropped into the Iso gas station/store. It brought back memories. Before it was a store it was a garage and my dad was the machince.
