To start, the sign showing the price of gas is broken... Once I got onto the property I waited about 10 minutes for a spot to free up because of station construction half the pumps were closed. Once parked I went into the station to scan my points card and prepay. During my wait in line a woman came in saying that the attendant had forgotten to put some scratch card winnings as a credit on her gas receipt. After waiting I scanned my cards and I asked for 87 but when I went out to the pump it would only let me put the 89 option. I agreed to the 89 because I did not feel like going back in. At the end I tried to print a new receipt at the pump but the machine was out of paper so I had to go back inside the station to get the receipt... and it turns out a refund for what I did not pump into the vehicle? I mentioned that a lot of "mistakes" were being made, so I'll let other customers be the judge of my review... maybe it's just me but I felt something else was going on. Overall I did not have a great experience. The only reason I went to this particular Esso station was for a points promotion that was being offered for any fill up of 40 litres or more at an Esso station. If this promotion is offered again in the future I will probably not go to this particular Esso station.

Convenient place, but incompetent employee in the morning of Jan 30, don't know how to transfer ESSO card points to PC Point programme, then I am trying to use PC $20 for 2000 point coupon in my PC application, he said, I cannot scan my PC application and use my PC Mastercard to pay the gas at the same time, otherwise, I will get double points, what's a excuse for lack of training, unbelievable, if I don't use my PC mastercard and scan my PC application bar code, how can I obtain the bonus points, I didn't waste my time here and went to esso saint croix and get both things done in less than 1 minutes.

the only reason I go to this gas station because of esso point card, and the first time when I want to redeem it, the clerk told me that you can't redeem it, and the second time he told me you can only use on 87 octane gas, and the third time it was an another guy, he just let me redeem without any trouble, so what does it prove? bunch of LIAR and unprofessional staffs. NEVER GO BACK.

This gas station deserves less that a .5 of a star. The night workers are extremely racist, trashy and rude. THEY ARE WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC. They have no manners what so ever and the owners of this place should feel ashamed there’s been numerous of times where I’ve experienced the insults and incidents like the one I had experienced today. Total trash place. Get better employees

This is a review for the tim hortons that’s part of the esso, it’s the worst one I’ve been to, they make the orders without properly reading the screen so the order is never what you ask for, also never knew Ice cappucino’s could taste SOUR. The owner should just close it down and change careers completely‍♀️ …

I used a $2 off coupon for gas but he still charged me the original price, I went back and asked him , but he looks like doesn’t know how to use it , just gave me a estimate receipt then told me it’s ready I have no time to argue with him for just 2 dollars but just make me feel bad …

Need to hire somebody else at the tim Hortons. Elizabeta is too old and extremely rude. She threw a donut in my face the evening of June 19, 2017 around midnight because I asked her for another donut since she touched the first one with her hands without wearing gloves.

Easy to get gas I needed, what else do I really need to say? I guess the fact the squeegee had clean water should also be mentioned as well, but other than that there's no more as it was a good, functional gas station.

I went with $20 worth of Esso coupons just printed, I just got $1.99 rebate. Instead of trying to fix the issue, the manager tried to intimidate me while the line was growing up behind me. Where did the $18.01 go?

Good location, spotty service and offerings. Does not have a good customer experience profile. Changed hands in the last while so do not know if it has improved.

They do not know how to refund the unused money when you prepay at the cash withyour credit card. I had to file 2 disputes with mastercard because of this.

Pumps dont work w optimum points. Even with the phone number. You have to enter the store to scan optimum card. And staff cant answer when or why.

Place is clean and the store is well stock. Avoid mid afternoon because the place is pack with teenagers from. The nearby schools

Gas station only pumps for pre approved amount. Really a task when you are trying to fill up a rental car to return.

Good but one of the latest station in the area to reduce the price of the gaz but the first one to increase it

The pumps are ultra slow. It takes triple the time to fill your tank.
