since I had problem with printing my receipt at cross the station gas station which is shell now I have decided to go to this gas station , I have encountered the same problem , i had to go inside to collect my receipt even though I paid at the pump . Guess what this guy was an Arad he has no respect for client , they way he has greeted me was not appropriate " he said to what you want like I am a beggar that he will give me some money or free gas " I said I need my receipt than he said which pump meaning he did not pay attention to my car or me while I was pumping . Than i said pump 7 and I had to say that 3 times. now lets comes to wash room , it was very dirty , out of two one of them was out of order . I do not recommend this gas station . I rather go to some gas station where I can pay at the pump and get my receipt from the pump thats all .

Scams Alert Before few days ago, I went to this location and had a really bad experience. i filled up around 84$ gas and they charged me 100$ ( look it up attached receipt ) Even I asked the cashier that will i get back rest of the money he said YES. I’ve been calling them since 3 days and every time they answered that “ call tomorrow “you need to talk with manager. I Talked with manager and even the owner ( as per their answer ) they said you have to come back if you need your money back. I’M LIVING IN OTTAWA. BE ALERT , if you are not living around they will not give you money back ( i paid by credit card and they asked me to come and get cash )

Esso & Shell Diagonally opposite site . According to me, speciality of this station is that at a particular time they will drop the price some times up to 10 cents. When they do that, as you know, the pattern of Montreal gas price it will decrease gradually up to 12 cents trough out the week and it will increase in one shot next day up to 12 cents. That is the time they keep their price lower till mid night while the other gas station has already raised their price. Now you can image, to take advantage of this lower price, there is huge line up at his station.

This station does not train their staff properly, I have an esso speed pass that I use to collect esso points and redeem them for car washes. They never know how to use the points through speed pass and end up charging me $18.99 every time I want a car wash, first few times I let it go but now I ask to be credited. Once in a while when a manager is there they will know how to do it but the staff is not trained. I hope that someone is reading this and making the necessary changes. Really not the staff’s fault, management problem.

If I could give this gas station -3 stars I would. I went to fill up today after work. My card didn't work 1st time, so I needed to do it again, so I did. Then the nozzle didn't work. So after pushing the help button several times with NO answer, I went inside only to be told the pumps (plural) weren't working, which is ironic because there was a line FULL of people waiting to pay and people pumping gas. How much brains does it take to either put that you are OUT of service or ANSWER me when I pushed the help button

Always check your receipt, they don't apply points card member cash discounts. They then give attitude when you point it out to them. They also double charge when they think possible. Always cramped with stock boxes on the floor. No room to move about the store. Very limited convenience store choices. Bathroom disgusting even for a gas station. Very loud annoying music playing late night. Nothing positive to say about this place. If it wasn't in such a convenient location for me, I would avoid it like the plague.

Always an issue with the machines, always long lineups to wait for service when there is a problem, never any paper left to print receipts in machine, car wash is typically out of service, the wipers to wash windows are all broken/missing or without windshield liquid. Be prepared to spend at least 20min with all these inconveniences or waiting in line in the couche tard to fill up gas since the machine will have issues reading your card

I stood in the freezing cold trying to pay by my credit card and the machine wasnt working..tried 2 different machines to pay but not working..pressed the help button but nobody answered..went inside and told the guy with beard..he was like yeah its not working..atleast have some decency to answer when the help button is pressed many times..deserve zero star..Tabarnac!!!

Just a regular gas station. Day shift staffs are mostly rude and with no facial expression. Night staffs are more polite and offer better service. The pumps are always out of paper, so prepaying outside will still make you go inside. Other than these points, just a regular gas station like others. Only go there when gas is cheap.

They were out of gas. Was no indication at the pump. Even after I authorized the credit card I had to call inside to ask why the nozzle wasn't pumping. Rudely said no gas. Meanwhile there were many going through the same thing not aware of the situation. They should have blocked the pumps as soon as they knew

This review is about the car wash, come here ONLY if your car is already clean lol since it washes with water pressure your dirty car won’t look very nice after, I was really disappointed about the fact my car still looked dirty after paying even for the most expensive car wash service they offered.

Service is okay but poorly managed; came here 4 times and every time a huge line at the cash. Last time there was 4 employees behind the counter but only one working with a huge lineup and employees arguing with one that looked like a manager. In other words. Unhealthy environment!

Went at 4am on my way to work, asked for 80$ gas and when I got to the pump they put 60$.. could have been an accident but with the likeliness of alll the bad reviews I’m not too sure.. either way waste of time and the cashier didn’t care or apologize.. I’m not going back

Easy in, easy out. Right off the highway so you can keep your gas consumption down. I wish they had a tap function for credit cards. It's kinda annoying to slip in the card and have to enter your pin when it's -30 in the dead of winter. I'm such a princess.

I never find this place nice and clean . Management issue . The problem is the other gas station cross the street even worse . So if you live near by than you do not have much choice . I try to avoid both of them . No customer service at all

If I had a chance I would give this Essie zero star, worst experience, I asked for a case of water and they told me it’s 13 dollars, and the actual price was 6 dollars. They are just stealing our money. It so disgusting.

We asked for a case if water which was just 5 dollars and they sold it for 13 dollars, i pad 8 dollars extra for a case of water, theya re just looting us. This is not the way to treat the customers…

On Dec 25th 2021, 4:03pm: Banner showed price to be 147.9, but after filling up, I noticed that the price at the pump (which I was charged) was 148.9. Banner was still showing 147.9.

Nice easily accessible gas station just off the side of the 40. I always get my car washed here and the attendants are all nice. It also has a Tim's inside which is nice.

Very good emplacement of the gas station near the junction of highways 15 and 40. Also, car wash on the place, vacuum station, air pump! Moreover, a small Tim Hortons.
