U must know the owner or have never been there in the morning. The little silver haired #$%^ Has ZERO customer service he ignores me every time i go in there (which used to be everyday) Every time i want to pay for my coffee it takes at least a minute before he acknowledges me, then slowly will ring in my coffee. Any time i ask a question he completely ignores me. I vote this guy is the must useless gas station attendant on earth which is embarrassing as he has the easiest job on earth and he is TERRIBLE AT IT. It doesn't stop there the person who is the head manager and (owner i think) will also ignore you. Ive never seen a gas station that checks stock to the point of ignoring customers. There is only ONE person there i deal with regularly that is nice She is always Very Nice and also understands that u dont wait for the last cup of coffee to be served before u make the next pot. HEY SILVER HAIR ur a gas station your ment to serve the customers not be a F___ing prick to all of ur customers. Oh ya never go there if you want lottery thats right BCLC "the machine no work now" is the only phrase that silver haired fossil nows how to utter to me. I USED TO BUY ALL MY GAS AND COFFEE ETC FROM U. Never will i shop there again. too bad cause ill miss the nice lady that used too smile when she saw me or just fire that loser you call a employee ( have him come work with me for a day then he will no what real work is)

Hi I am a regular customer at this store, yesterday i have noticed the glass shield that was broken and taped To the bottom glass at of lottery that did not look safe to me for customer and staff as well But today there was no that glass shield at all as and the employee was standing behind the glass that was good but on other side some customers were just putting the money where there was no glass and they were talking from there too. I have no idea what manager is doing From 2 days its like that. I love customer service here but this time i am so disappointed as they are not caring about there employees.

Pretty fast in and out & overall staff are pretty familiar with all products from lottery, gas, snacks, etc. Can't really be in that much of a hurry anymore & if you are in a hurry you need to go to a gas bar with more pumps. Be calm, we're all doing the same thing; running errands, grabbing coffee or headed to work. Take a breath, it's one of fewer & fewer gas stations. They even had fresh made coffee in the middle of the windstorm. I had no power from 4:30 - 11 pm & 2 - 4 am so making coffee to 'get through' was impossible, thankfully these guys were open & enough staff on board.

Disgusted by the smell of urine coming from the washroom. The employee came to the back saw me waiting my turn for the washroom. When the other customer came out he warned me that the washroom was in disrepair. I went in to find the toilet seat broken in half with only one half remaining. Working on the road and counting on the company who we have fuel cards with for a restroom I wasn't just disappointed but absolutely disgusted with the condition of this store and the lack of regard by it's employees.

It's a HUGE inconvenience when the receipt tape runs out at the pumps the attendants don't take the effort to come out and change it. Rather the reverse where every customer at the pump has to go inside to collect their receipt.. What an inconvenience for Pay at the Pump convenience, rather inconvenience due to a lazy employee who can't bother to step outside and perform a 2 minute task..

Never any paper towel in the dispensers or paper for pay at the pump. Why pay at the pump if I have to now walk in and wait in line? When I advised the attendants, they could not care less and went back to doing nothing.

Here at least once a day. Never a dull moment. Staff is fantastic. Not too busy for fuel or food. Location is perfect, but the gas prices can be on the higher side being dead center in Vancouver. Overall a good spot.

Great area. Store is very small and it's hard to follow social distancing when the store can get full quickly. Sometimes they have only have one cashier that it takes a lot of time to serve the next costumer.

Access is important and always has my needed long drive snacks After months of stopping after visiting gf strong It's great knowing I can grab my favorite drinks and snacks and gas to get home

The people here are okay the service is ok but quite often the bathroom is out of service. Of course I have seen far worse in service and conditions but this is not my favorite Esso to go to

It has a self serve Timmy's and after the acquisition of the Esso gas station convenience store by 7-Eleven, they are now selling 7-Eleven fare: slurpees, sandwiches, donuts and taquitos.

Staff doesn't know how to redeem my points , no options inside neither on pumps. System have to give me 10 cents or 100 points per liter but give me 10 times less 10 times

Good service, only that there is usually a long line of cars, it is a very busy gas station, the bathroom of the store I recommend it only in emergency.

Pay at the pump was not working. Had to go inside. Then a few minutes and kilometres away, gas at a chevron station was five cents cheaper per litre

March 20, 2021- gas, fast pumps, all staff following health mandates. Great service. Gas is a little pricey right now in the city at $1.5x

Typical Esso Station. Same food etc that you would expect the drive through car wash is usually fairly fast to get through.

Esso-7/1 will always be there for you whenever you need it. The basic essentials in snacking, meals and stationary.

not worth any star to be honest, very rude, poor service and the people working there are racist. Not recommended.

No squeegees to clean your windows and you have to pay for air twice if you are topping up all four tires. Boo

The staff here are polite and friendly every time. Has ice, Tim Hortons coffee & hot chocolate, snacks.
