Got gas here on my way into Vancouver and it was open quite late and I was able to get inside the store too which was really good as some places nearby were not open, location was good too, I didn't have to detour to find this, and it's prices were not above other stores, as I've noticed some stores run higher prices that competitors here. Wasn't able to use my points to get discount at the pump for some reason

Most of the time including today, out of paper on receipt print out. I have to fall in line for just to have the receipt (for reimbursement). Sales lady clerk argued that they always put small roll of paper and seems want me to believe her and everything will be ok. To much hassle if you are in a hurry.

Friendly staff, particularly the evening staff. Gas is always priced below other stations in this area .This is a great stop before getting onto the freeway. I like the fact I can use my seven rewards card/app along with my pc plus card so double points every time I stop here. It adds up.

Used to be good but not anymore. Employees turnover is high almost every 15 days don't know how to use registers or Esso products like Price Privileges, etc. Reported to Esso HO but no action on this store, nor store manager contacts the customers just because it is now 7-11?.

Convenient and no hustle, it is the last gas station on the east bound side of Grandview before one hits Highway 1. I don't expert exceptional service - it is a gas station - but the guys are polite enough. Gas price is average Vancouver. They do have Tim Horton's coffee.

It has a self-serve Tim Hortons. After the acquisition of the Esso gas station convenience store by 7-Eleven, they are now selling 7-Eleven fare: donuts, sandwiches, Slurpees, taquitos and pizza. There is no car wash at this location.

Fuel was priced fairly, the store was clean, and the attendant was courteous and efficient. Yes, they have a washroom, (still open even with Covid-19 going on...) and their coffee corner is supplied with Timmy's

February 2022 and I am giving 5 stars because 2 reasons. The place is clean and it has a lot of outdoor lumination. In 5-6 months from now, I might have more information to put in this review.

Seems like a well run, clean establishment. Site was clean and free of hazzards. The convenience store was well stocked. All in all a great place to stop and refill the tank and your belly.

The new 7-11 have no training on how to work there. Does not know how to check/use the ESSO e-gift card, discount card. poor customer service and no respect at all. Do not go there.

Lol the pump has no number and qr code is unrecognized that I can't use speedpass+ app. The printer is down as well so I got no receipt anyways its not big deal.

This is a great esso I go all the time to get my gas and coffee the staff are super nice and welcoming. There is never a long line up. Great prices !

Went in for gas paid and they said system went down. So basically stole my money. Never going here again. Would give negative stars if possible.

A little bit anoyed by a customer service team member, maybe I was tiredfor been on the line waiting, other than that is was good.

Worst customer service ever, would not recommend filling up there, thinkin 7 eleven does not give customer service training

They are awful. The attendance is rude and doesn’t allow their customers to use washroom. Go pump your gas somewhere else

Stopped to get a snack. There is a 7 Eleven at this ESSO station. Well stocked and the sraff was friendly and efficient.

Store is clean. I get my lotto tickets here 90% of the time, and I get winners from this location. Staff are nice, too.

Friendly and helpful. We got a flat near there and couldnt get the spare tire loose. The loaned me a pair of pliers.

Good staff. Needed a question answered. Answered with politeness and courtesy. Easy in and out with lots of pumps.

Slowest pumps just like every other Esso. However there never seems to be a lineup for gas here which is nice.

Just came here to pump my tires. It's a very convenient and busy area. $1.50 to operate the air pump.

Awesome! Has a Tim Hortons in it but sadly only a 7/11 slurpee machine. No fountain drinks available

It has fixed the broken sensor it has on its fuel pumps. Its clean and well lit especually at night.

Love coming here in the morning to grav breakfast and lunch for work ,always fresh good selection

Has a good touchless carwash, for which you get a couple of bucks off if you fill up with gas.
