Recent went there for a couples massage. The facilities look great and the staff was friendly. Although when they led us to the room for our massage, we weren't led into the locker room to change and get a robe (which has been my experience 100% of the time in a spa environment). We were left to change and put our clothes and such on the chairs in the room. I think this was an over sight of the staff and I hope this isn't their usual treatment of guests. The room where the massage is, is very nice and relaxing though. Unfortunately, they only have on RT on staff, which means you can only claim one massage on your benefits if you have them. I had the girl who just did a relaxing massage but I wish I had had the RT. My husband had a tight shoulder and other problem areas but wasn't asked by the RT if there was any spot he would like worked on. Which has been my experience in 100% of all spa massages. My husband, who is not a spa guy, agreed that he would have liked to have been asked that. I think perhaps since we were the last of the day, thats why we got some of these oversights...? At the end of the massage I was wondering how i was going to clean some of the extra oil off of me since I didn't have a robe but the staff did come in with one for us each. I still think the locker room was an oversight and they tried to accommodate us. On the whole, the place looks great inside and staff is friendly. But just not sure if our experience was an individual one or something that happens alot.

My mother, sister and I went for pedicures for Mother’s Day today. We used our Spa pedicure gift certificates my father had bought us for Christmas. Unfortunately, we did not receive a spa pedicure as that would’ve included a paraffin treatment, which was not done. When we went to use our gift certificates to pay, the receptionist informed us that we had a $15 credit as we did not receive the paraffin treatment that was supposed to be included in our spa pedicure. Unfortunately there is nothing available for $15 there. We ended up leaving the rest for a tip as the staff were very nice and did a good job. Afterwords we looked at the website and realized the spa pedicure is $120!! We were shocked! The pedicure we received was DEFINITELY NOT worth $120 even if we had received the paraffin treatment! Not that the staff didn’t do a good job, they did but this place is OVERPRICED by a LONG shot! We received a BASIC pedicure with polish!! Save your money, it’s not worth what they charge!

I went to esthetica for a manicure and an eyebrow clean up and I had the worst experience. I asked for just a clean up, I really loved my thick eyebrows and the shape I had, (I ussually do my eyebrows myself), and she took almost my whole eye brow off, it looked so bad, they were a tiny tiny thin lines, like 90’s eyebrows. Looked so bad and was so painful. Then we went for the pedicure, they dont have any polish that you can preview what it will look like when it drys, and it took way too long, I was in there for 2.5 hours for an eyebrow clean up and a pedicure. That is unacceptable and I missed my appointment afterward. It’s also been a week and a half and the shalac polish is pretty much gone. Ussually shalac lasts about 3 months with me on my feet. I heard their massages are good, but don’t go there for pedicure or eyebrow shaping. I cried after my appointment because of it :( horrible experience

Estheticia is the best! I have been there a few times to visit RMT Samantha H, and she is absolutely amazing. I’ve suffered with back pain my whole life, and been to multiple massage therapists, but she has worked magic like no other. If you are going to get any kind of massage, I’d definitely recommend you book in with her. I’m always looking forward to my next visit! Update: I’ve expanded my horizons and I had my eyebrows waxed by Rachel M! I’ve never had them done before, so she walked me through the process and made it a very pleasant and personable experience. I guess you could also say... my eyebrows are on fleek! I would definitely recommend booking in with her.

I have had 2 of the best massages ever , from Collin, a massage therapist at Esthetica Salon and Spa on Acadia Drive. What makes a massage from Collin such a special experience is his ability to combine the best techniques of massage therapy with physio therapy, for a unique muscle relaxation experience, that removes pain and loosens all your stiff muscle points. He also shares specific exercises to help if you have a recurring muscle concern that helps long after the massage is over . Collin is working on building his customer base through referrals and returning happy customers at Esthetica, he is really worth a try. Greg L

I had my hair and makeup done here for my wedding, as well as mothers and bridesmaids. My hair was perfect, exactly how I imagined it, and the makeup made me the most beautiful version of myself. I wish I could remember the names of my stylists, but I will just say that I did not worry about my hair or makeup (except to reapply lipstick) for the rest of the day. I felt confident and beautiful, which is so important when cameras are aimed at you for 8 hours. The only drawback was the price, which was definitely more than I have ever paid for hair or makeup, but worth it for my wedding day.

I've been going to Marnie for years for facials and even before that to others, so a very long time. I love the no-tipping policy, and even when I go in feeling really tense, I come out feeling relaxed and refreshed. Very friendly professionals! The person who greets you is always really pleasant, smiling and engaging. I used to go every month, now every two, so lots of experience to draw on to say that if you are looking for this kind of service, you could not pick a better place!

I have been going to Esthetica for over 25 years and have always felt the esthetician are very well training and above average. However I’ve been seeing a new gal over the last 6 months that really stands out. Her skill, attention to detail and over all a beautiful human will keep me going back for many more years to come. I am reluctant to share her name as I don’t want to share…. But do yourself a favour and book an appointment with Surinder. So grateful to have found her.

I have been coming to esthetica for 10 years now and I always leave feeling incredibly refreshed and happy with what Taylor does with my hair. The atmosphere is southing, which makes for an all round great experience. I am an extremely difficult client with wanting to change my hair constantly and Taylor has never let me down. Giving me brilliant bright blonds to warm chocolate browns. Thank you Taylor!

The staff member I deal with is amazing. However, the owner leaves little to be desired. Her “10 Commandments” list outside are in very poor taste, if this is her sense humour, it is offensive. No LAUGHING, are you kidding? And quoting Justine Trudeau “speaking mostly” also says much about her character. I wouldn’t spend a dime in this salon, but the staff member I see is outstanding.

Self-care is important and for me, having regular massage is high on my list of things I do for self care! Esthetica Salon takes pampering very seriously! You are ALWAYS treated with the utmost respect and receive exceptional service. The decor is warm, welcoming and tasteful! I highly recommend this spa!
