Just received a mattress and box spring. Transaction was smooth and the owner was very friendly and accommodating. The sales rep, however seemed too busy for his own good. The owner asked him to support with my transaction and he attempted to serve someone else in front of me. Now to delivery. The delivery guys were not helpful. It took them 15 minutes to set up the rails. After the were complete they left the plastic on the frames as well as left the trash in the middle of my floor! To make matters worse, they didn’t even bother to close my doors—- HUGE SAFETY ISSUE. Clearly I’m expecting as they saw me struggling to get up the steps, but I more than likely will NOT purchase here again.

The service in store was great and sales associate was very attentive. I got a good deal on the furniture. My challenges were the bed set I paid for was not available and had to be switch at the last min. The owner did a good job of offering me an alternative but I wanted what I originally selected. When the substitute came it was OK but having to encounter that process should not happen. There were three people on the delivery the main guy was wonderful the other two guys were extremely young in clearly not trained in moving. I would get some better assistance but other than that everything went well I would shop with them again.

I would gladly recommend every home furniture to my friends and family they had very reasonable prices and the associates were Very helpful as well the only problem I had is that they didn’t have our fireplace that doesn’t take away from the team and there great service! Great experience all around. Alex and Bobbi will see me repeatedly and I promised to share my good experience. Already plan to return for a coffee table I fell in love with. Would have gotten it but, my dining room table was an urgent need that I needed to fill immediately. The only issue I had was, I will never allow any business to withdrawal automatic payments out of my account, that's to much control, for a "robot". I have had my share of disaster with this method of financing before. Other than that, nice furniture and great customer service!

The furniture store was nice and clean. There were really nice pieces of merchandise. I did make a purchase, although I couldn't really customize it , but I will somehow make it work when I receive the merchandise. The colors match the decor in my home, I couldn't pass it up.
