Terrible I joined in December just before lockdown and they took half a payment which is understandable because I joined halfway through the month. However when we were in lockdown in January they took a £25 payment which doesn’t even say the gym name but the company they use for direct debit. I as a member wasn’t made aware of this information so I went to the bank and asked for a refund because I was unsure of who was taking my money or if it was fraud. It is now April when lockdown ended and gyms opened up I have been back for a week and a bit they are now telling me I cancelled and have to pay extra and start a new membership because I apparently cancelled, knowing very well I haven’t since it is a non cancellation contract. They expect me to know all the details of who takes out my money but never made me aware of the details neither did they send me a text or email telling me money was accidentally taken out so matters was taken into my own hands. On top of that the staff member I spoke to was not being helpful at all and was also being patronising talking about how he’ll pay the difference if I want as if I mentioned money was the problem it’s just principals. He also didn’t try to help me in anyway and offer me professional help. I am also not the first person this has happened to so don’t waste your time.

As a somewhat skinny, shy guy, I always felt a bit intimidated with gym environments even though I enjoy lifting. I've been in countless other gyms and they tend to range between cold and cliquey. This is not the case with Evolve Fitness. The environment is friendly and attitude free and makes you feel welcome. Both members and staff are friendly and polite and they're always willing to help. This gym accommodates to any sort of goals from hypertrophy to strength to cardio to functional training, and it's populated by members of all kinds, from serious bodybuilders to beginners and everything in between. The equipment is superb, new, well thought and diverse. There's also a bar for healthy after work-out snacks. In my case, incidents regarding payments during the lockdown mayhem were solved swiftly and with excellent customer care. The staff understood the situation and did their best to come up with a solution. I have zero complaints about how they managed the situation. I think this is probably the best gym in the Waltham Forest area and most certainly one of the best in London. There's clearly passion put in and it shows. I feel motivated to train every day even if I end up exhausted lol If you're looking for a gym in Waltham Forest look no further. This is it.

A superb and well managed gym. EQUIPMENT The gym boasts a range of unique equipment and attachments. Everything is really well spaced out and maintained well. Machines are regularly quality assured to ensure they are fit for purpose and there is a variety of everything to ensure your not waiting for a machine. If there is something special which you require, the management are more than happy to order it in. ATMOSPHERE The gym has really positive vibes. Everybody is friendly from the moment you enter. The front desk is full of healthy treats and drink as well as being decked out with a seating area whilst you wait for your friends. Whilst working out you can definitely feel a 'work hard' ethic and PTs are on hand should you need any guidance or help. CLEANLINESS It is always super clean; things are in the right place and machines are wiped down after being used. This extends to all areas of the gym and in particular, the changing area. Tissues and wipes are readily accessible. MANAGEMENT A solid, hard working and personable team that ensure the gym is run efficiently daily. They are quick to listen to their customers and action their need accordingly. Communication of events, extended hours, closures etc. is clear and they are easily accessible.

Been at the gym for about a year since I reached 50 to change my life, but honestly, £40 quid for what you get, is just a rip off. The gym is small so when you get better at lifting, you will eventually outgrow the gym (no ego) and when machines break, it takes two weeks for them to get fixed. There are a few influencers that go to this gym, but when you go on their page you see their main gym is bigger and different, so clearly they're getting paid to promote this place, so looking at these reviews, there's no telling what else these lot spend on. Sauna and Steam room always wreak and smell terrible with horrific hygiene. Gym memberships are very competitive, so when The Gym in Walthamstow central charges £25 and some gyms even offer £15 a month, while open for 24 hours. In my humble opinion, this is a rip off, so give people what they're paying for.

Had an opportunity to visit the gym today. Had a walk through with one of their staff. Really friendly and welcoming service. Firstly, let me draw your attention to their canteen/cafe, which is open to all and available on Uber eats for order. Food smelt amazing. I was able to walk through the core parts of the gym where there were so many free weights and machines. To my surprise, some very unique machines are one of a kind and ordered in from the US. Dont be deceived by the size. Walk through to the rear, and there are more machine weights and a cardio area on a mazenine above. Seperate male and female changing facilities and toilets. In the men's section, there's a sauna/steam room, too. Amazing place and really well decorated. Highly recommended.

The GYM is designed to feel like you can do independent workout. I limit myself with use of all equipemnts but the t-mill I use is working well. It's a bit of 'workout' to use the screen though. The rowing machine is my favourite and if you carefull select timings, afternoon or early morning, you can use it for a good half an hour. The staff is welcoming. I can't say that they really have a very engaging rapport with the memebers - except the male memebers - they do not check on you and offer new advice! Overall, the GYM has potential. They could definetely expand more; the machines are too close to each other. I would recommend this GYM for those who live close by ; to those who want to get fit and price wise an affordably training.

One of the best gyms I have been to in East London. Brand new equipment and a wide range too! You can really work/target specific muscle groups with the varied equipment. They have clean facilities too which is something I like to look out for in gyms. Evolve has a spacious changing room, lockers, sauna and steam room too. I feel like I'm in a different world when I am in Evolve and I can really concentrate on my workout! The staff are amazing, especially T, he is very knowledgeable on the different machines and gave me an educated tour of the gym when I first signed up. The owners are friendly and very helpful and I think this is one of the key factors which makes a gym!

I work-from-home on desk 9-5pm mon-fri. fortunately this gym is 15min walk away which gives me an ideal warm-up The gym itself delivers a great relaxed atmosphere. Whilst there are some there some members training to high level, this did not make me feel uncomfortable at all being fairly slim-to-skinny build. Freshly cooked clean healthy food is available at reception which often saves time, so very convenient indeed. The staff are friendly and courteous and the selection of equipment is unparalleled. All in all a top-spot to get in a great workout to help take care of ones personal health. I don't normally do reviews though in this particular case, 5stars from me !

I have been fortunate enough to train at a variety of gyms throughout my time, however Evolve Fitness outshines them all. From the management down to the staff everyone is very welcoming, assisting and a great vibe about the place. As for the equipment the new introduction of "Arsenal Strength" has just changed the game. After each workout you leave the gym feeling pumped like the "Michelin Man" They have a fantastic range of preworkouts to try from "mild, medium and strong". If you are unsure the staff are well informed to give you a breakdown of what is tailored for you ahead of your workout. Best gym in London!!

Evolve's equipment selection is second to none, however this isn't the most impressive thing about this gym. As a women I felt completely at ease walking into the gym for the first time alone. I was greeted by a friendly helpful member of staff who genuinely wanted to help. The friendly atmosphere defiantly carries over onto the gym floor. Other users were courteous and the vibe over all was amazing. I would defiantly recommend the gym to both the experienced and the most novice of members.

The staff are always friendly and welcoming. After my exercise I can always watch sports while enjoying a healthy meal which I really appreciate. The membership is £50/month and the food is about £10. I would say the opening and closing times should be made longer, especially on weekends, and the lighting could be made brighter around the treadmills and at the entrance, but perhaps that’s just my personal preference. All in all, I love this gym and would definitely recommend it

Before I went to the gym my confidence was at a all time low however the guys at evolve fitness really helped me settle in well. The equipment is like no other, the people and the staff are friendly and i didnt feel like I was being judged. The price is also fantastic with local gyms being pricer than this one. Big shout out to a guy named T who works or owns the gym and who helped me settle in and gave me the motivation to go. 5 star rating and a must go.

Best gym I have been to, to date. This puts pure-gym and the gym group to shame, smaller than both yet they have such amazing equipment I was there just over 2 hours and the time flew by, great staff who are friendly and helpful and amazing atmosphere with great music too. My only critique is that it was a little too dark and when trying to read gym weights it was a little tricky but nevertheless I will be coming back here soon

Excellent Gym with a good environment. Owners very friendly and always on hand to help! All equipment is new, clean and of the best quality which makes it very nice place to workout. Members are also helpful and without an ego which makes it a perfect environment to work out. They also have clean showering and sauna/steam facilities which makes this all round the best gym in the area. Would definitely recommend. 5*

If you are a serious bodybuilding maniac like myself then this is the gym to go to. It has all the top of the range machines for all muscle groups. They also have a well maintained sauna steam room. The staff are really professional and everyone of them has in-depth knowledge on fitness. Lastly, the food they make is by far the best i've tasted from a gym. All the foods are nutritious but very tasty. A hidden gem!

Evolve Fitness London is hads down the best gym I've had the pleasure of using. From the excellent staff to supportive personal trainers and world class equipment, Evolve has it all. Everytime I go to the gym, I always have a fantastic and life affirming workout. Everyone who attends is dedicated to fitness and it really feels like you're part of a community. Trialing a bunch of gyms. Best gym I’ve ever been to and most likely my new home for good. Easy to use brand new equipment. Staff showed me round straight away and was super friendly. Encouraged to ask for help or ask questions. Helped me with a piece of equipment I wasn’t sure about. Visited around 5pm and quiet. Did leg day and was a whole floor of equipment to use. Highly recommend.

Good little gym- I bought a day pass while visiting the area which was affordable at about £12. However the reviews are inflated as I was offered a free protein shake if I left a review after visiting- that’s why the reviews are so high. The equipment is a bit run down and the place is small, but it did the job for a one-off visit.

Terrible gym, terrible customer service, they do not cover for customer safety, a fight had occurred 16th march 2023, cctv was not functional and customer safety is not accounted for, therefore causing the customer to be hospitalised. Be weary before joining. They pay for promotion and reviews, do not let the aesthetics fool you.

Lost count of how many gyms I’ve been to over the years but this place is easily the best. Brilliant space, top quality/quantity of equipment. This is a very well thought out, planned gym that will easily give you everything you need plus so much more. Also the owner T is very knowledgeable and a lovely guy.

Such a great gym! Perfect for a newbie like me as there are plenty of very helpful members of staff around. I particularly enjoy the cafe - the carrot cake is not to be missed! The overall vibe is very welcoming and I look forward to my sessions here.
