This place has a few chain stores and well most probably world wide.. yet could not locate my clothing items... as if it was my negligence ... You guys are absolutely Disgusting in how you "handled" the mysterious disappearance of my clothes... waited almost 3 weeks to get my stuff back of which not all of it was returned and when offered a free load of laundry for the 3 WEEK wait .. was it thrown in my face .. Are you serious ? COMPLETELY unacceptable !! so this is a warning for the rest ... If all of your laundry is not returned ... wish it Goodbye ... does not matter if it's a Dior, Pep or your most valued piece of clothing... they'll ignore you, throw their Good gesture back in your face and continue Ripping People Off .. also your stuff won't be Clean Clean do a pre-wash prior to taking it to them..

Absolutely amazing service to say the least! Our laundry was done in no time and packaged neatly. Definitely will be going nowhere else for all my laundry needs.
