The initial service was very good. They came within a few hours of my call. Saeed was very pleasant and professional. I had purchased a replacement fob from Amazon thinking I could use it. He made two replacement fobs from his stock and then even made a third from my fob at no extra charge. Before leaving, he got me to try the fobs locking and unlocking the doors and made sure the key worked properly. Tipped him well for good service. The next day, I tried using the remote start, but it would not function. He agreed to come back to check on the problem. He had used the wrong key fob for my car model. That fob had an extra button. So, on the fob he had provided for me, the remote start button did not function, but the "open the back hatch" button, which was unnecessary because my car did not have that option, did function---to remote start the car. He didn't offer to give me a correct fob. Just showed me his error and how to overcome it. Called him a few days later to let him know that the key did not flip out correctly, it would often stick. He said he would come by when he was next in the area. It has been five days and I've not heard from him.

My key broke on me in the park. I called my insurance and this company made a new one after Progressive Insurance left us stranded in our vehicle overnight in the dark in back of a secluded park with wild animals. Progressive insurance and this cities locksmiths gave us the runaround for 5 hours leaving us stranded in a dark desolate place. I would not recommend Progressive Ins, this city, any business here, the people here, nor anything about this place. Stopping through this place is not recommend. The road conditions are deplorable, we had a milk jug thrown at our vehicle in a road rage incident, we stumbled upon 3 murder scenes (1 with the body still on the ground), it is expensive here, the air sucks, there was nothing to do here, a public creek where people fish had a sign stating "Beware Raw Sewage on Ground", pot holes on every street & parking lot (some big enough to swim on), road rage & rudeness and so much more negativity about this place.

My husband has a 2010 Ford Transit Connect, and the key was really weird - a Tibbi style key. It stopped working on the ignition but perfectly worked on the doors! We thought the ignition was the problem and we went straight to the Ford dealer on hwy 281 to get a new key. They said they had never seen one before! No one knew how to get one and they quoted us upwards of $1,200 to get all the locks replaced, etc. etc. So basically we felt like idiots and we were pretty sure we'd never be able to get a new key. So we decided to call a locksmith. The first guy left us hanging and never called us back, so we called someone else. This guy Sam from Expert Locksmith gave us a call back and was super nice. He said he could help us and suggested before changing the ignition let's try something cheaper like making a new key. Guess what it did work and saved us $$$!! Thank you Expert Locksmith you're really experts!! :)

The experience started well with dispatcher Tracy. She was really nice and courteous. Then I got a call from tech and it all went downhill. I did not catch the gentlemen’s name but he was rude and short. I explained the issue with dead bolt at my home and he immediately said I need a new lock. Didn’t ask to come look at the door or anything. So after a quick search on YouTube learned how to fix lock on door myself. Yes I did have to take the whole lock assembly apart but it only took 20 minutes for me to fix a non expert. The name of the company is Expert Locksmith but obviously doesn’t fit the tech on the phone. Oh well they lost out on money. But still very bad business practice to not even come look at problem.

The dispatcher qouted me 50 dollars to pop a lock for one door. I asked for the price before the tech came. The tech came and then qouted me 85 to pick the lock and a 19 dollar service fee. Im a single mom of a two year old i needed to get into my house so i just paid it. But you shouldnt qoute someone and have them wait 30 mins for a tech. For them to charge 112. Because there was tax also. I expected what i was quoted and then the tech got here and qouted me completely different. Im upset because i didnt have the extra money for all of that. But ofcourse i had already wasted 30 mins for the tech to get here. -Maricella Plante

My wife"s 2008 KIA AMANTI key fob transmitter was working less and less to unlock the doors. Called Expert Locksmith and they set up a next day appointment. Sam came out the next day and I gave him the new key fob transmitter to be programmed. It turned out to be a real challenge for him but he didn't give up. He succeeded in the programing that other companies didn't want to tackle. He was very friendly, very professional and wore a face shield the whole time (this is all taking place during the covid-19 pandemic)!! Their prices, service and results were excellent. Sam was godsent! After calling around all day and either getting outrageous prices or companies telling me they were unable to do it due to the type of car it was (Lexus ls430) Sam arrived at my resident in 30 min, he made a key for my car and the price was just unbeatable, Sam was extremely nice and professional, he helped me jump start my car and took his time with my car he even gave me an extra key! I cannot thank him enough because even though he didn’t know I have had the worst week of my life, so thank you Sam for brightening my day.

I called Expert Locksmith today and they came out in less than 2 hours. I was helped by Guy, who was very professional, amiable, and competent. After rekeying the locks, he told us that several of the pins were broken, confirming our suspicions that someone had broken in. He tried out all the keys before leaving, and when one didn't perfectly fit, he grinded out a new one for us on the spot. He puts a great deal of care and attention in his work, which left us confident in the security of our home. Can't recommend him enough, thanks again!

My daughters vehicle was locked out at another location after her purse was stolen with only set of keys. I almost towed to dealership but as last resort, googled locksmiths and noticed very good reviews for Exper Locksmith SA. And were they right. Sam was responsive, fair, and explained every step of the way. He was far cheaper than dealership and went out to vehicle vs having to tow. I recommend adding him to your contact list for any future emergencies when you need something like this handled quickly, professionally, and affordably.

Let me start off by saying this was the best experience that I've ever had with a locksmith company. Before I called Expert Locksmith San Antonio I was having no luck finding a company that could come right away let a lone would touch my bmw, but Sam gave me a price on the phone and didn't go back on his word. He was able to get the job done and made sure it was done by his standards. He was very friendly and over had a great experience with this company and would highly recommend to anybody look for a credible locksmith.

BEWARE!! I called this place earlier today to get a quote because I locked my keys in my Mercedes. The first quote I got over the phone was 85 dollars which I agreed to then the “technician” called me back to tell me he’d have to manually pick the lock on my car for some reason and it would be 150 dollars. I ended up calling pop a lock and they were able to open my car without manually picking the lock for 55 dollars. Call pop a lock ! These people will try to take advantage of you if you have a nice car.

Had a problem with my 2003 Tundra ignition, wasn't sure who to call to fix it. I look up on line and found S.A. Locksmith & Security, best choice I made. They called me a hour before my appointment to confirm, then the technician call to confirm. When the technician got to the house, he analyze the situation, told me in writing what he will be doing and how much it would cost. Bamb, he was done in no time. Thats the way companys should operate. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Lost car rental key fob @Fiesta Texas. After several calls and some really over price quotes .Sam was very professional and offered an over the phone quote that was far below the local compitition, he also was able to meet us within half an hour wich was an hour less than the comp and roadside service.The price he quoted was the price we paid! DO NOT CALL THIS LOCKSMITH! The woman that was dispatched to my call was rude and obnoxious. Couldn’t get a word in edgewise and she spoke to me in a sarcastic and belittling tone. Company said she was from New York. This isn’t the Big Apple...this is Texas. That kind of behavior won’t fly in the Lone Star State. Plus, I asked for a locksmith that had access to military base. Dispatcher said yes, but when locksmith called she said she didn’t. Just avoid this company altogether.

Sam Baruh was awesome. Our Toyota Sienna had multiple, fairly complicated locking problems - the van was not recognizing the key fob signal and the key wouldn't go into either of the door locks. Sam took the time to fully diagnose the problem and he seemed to be genuinely excited when he figured it out. So the customer service was amazing. The price was great too. Sam charged about 25% of what the dealer wanted to fix the problem. We can't recommend Sam enough. Thanks again!

Completely unprofessional and rude customer service. It was fine that they couldn't help me, however they led me to believe someone was on their way to help me. Three hours later, and nothing. I called the company back and the receptionist was very rude and condescending and as I spoke to her voicing my concerns, she hung up the phone. I am not a confrontational person, but this is truly upsetting. I absolutely refuse to ever work with this establishment again.

I was locked out of my apartment on New Years Day. Samuel was extremely professional and polite. He communicated each step of the process and was at my apartment 20 minutes after I made the call. He even gave me his jacket since it was very cold outside. I couldn't have asked for a better locksmith experience. I would recommend Expert Locksmith to anyone! Quote was 3 times the amount that I was quoted over the phone. I completely understand the sur-charge because of the holiday but to add additional fees after being quoted is ridiculously unfair. Complete ripoff! Took the guy all of five minutes to open the door and was then charged a ridiculous amount. I suggest providing ALL the fees up from so customers can make the decision on whether or not to use your services.

Sam is awesome!!! He is the only person in San Antonio that could get a key for my bmw. The computer had to be removed and sautered to be programmed to my key, No one in San Antonio would even touch my bmw. Sam said he could program a key for my bmw and he did, showing me every step along the way. omg!! My Honda accord key ignition got stuck and the car did not start. I change the all steering inclouding the ignition and called a locksmith to come program the new key. I called 3 difffrent locksmith that they came and couldnt do it. But when SAM come he was able to program the key in minitues and to explaine me why all the others could not. I was having problems with my BMW and I needed a key made. I went to my local dealership and they wanted $450 dollars and it was going to take 5 days to get it shipped. I bought my smart key off amazon and they were able to program it to my vehicle in just a few minutes! Important to say that before them I went to another locksmith and they werent able to program it to my car. The service was excellent and the locksmith gave me a price before working on it.
