Based on my recent experience, I strongly advise against considering their services. Upon initially contacting this company, I was quoted an initial visit fee of $29 and informed that the job itself would start at $25. However, I was also told that the technician would provide a quote before commencing any services. Subsequently, I received a call from the technician assigned to the task, namely Cristin B., with whom I discussed the job details. The task involved unlocking a house door equipped with a digital keypad code and a Yale key. We agreed on the approach and scheduled an appointment. The property manager was present at the location, waiting for the technician, who called to report a delay and arrived even later than the revised time provided. To my dismay, the technician proved incapable of picking the lock and expressed uncertainty about drilling through it. In a sudden change of plan, she proposed drilling through the sliding glass door instead. Regrettably, she proceeded with this course of action, gaining entry to the property but consequently voiding the warranty on the sliding door. Her solution to this self-inflicted damage was to suggest patching the hole with putty. After completing less than 15 minutes of work and spending a total of around 30 minutes on the job, the technician left, leaving me with an invoice amounting to $165. Upon receiving the bill, I promptly inquired about the exorbitant charges and the reasons behind the technician's deviation from our initial agreement. Disappointingly, she deflected responsibility and shifted blame onto the property manager, alleging that he insisted on preserving the lock. Moreover, she claimed to be unaware of my requirement for a price quote prior to commencing the service—a policy outlined on their website. Additionally, she asserted that she had given me a discount from their usual rate. Disturbingly, the property manager's account of the events at the job site did not align with the technician's version. Such conflicting narratives only further exemplify the lack of professionalism exhibited by this company. Based on this unfortunate experience, I can confidently declare that I will never engage the services of this company again. The absence of accountability, unprofessional conduct, and disregard for agreed-upon terms are substantial factors that compel me to discourage others from considering this service provider.

I called Immediate Response Locksmith at 6:30 this morning after I realized my keys were in my car. I was told it would be $25 for the trip and $25/hour and key. I asked for more clarification on other charges and nothing was given, so I turned down an $86 locksmith through Progressive. The tech showed up after 7:30 (despite claims on the website that they arrive in 30 minutes) in an unmarked van wearing regular clothes, also contrary to the website's stated policy (both of these things are notorious for locksmith fraud) After paperwork, the locksmith had my car open on the first try in literally thirty seconds. I was charged $139 ($74 for "unlock car", $20 for the trip charge, and $45 for "tools"). They claim to be a "professional service" but there is no way to escalate complaints beyond the "dispatcher" because there is apparently no manager or possibly any other person in the company than "Colby" or "Peter" who I cannot say anything about because the dispatcher also doesn't know any of the names of any technicians they are in contact with. The dispatcher didn't even ask me for my information to pass on to the manager, even though he said he would escalate my issue. When my boyfriend called and asked the dispatcher to repeat his name to make sure they had our correct information, he was hung up on and his number was blocked. They have now blocked my phone number as well. I read the reviews for this company before I called and feel as though many of them are paid or fraudulent, or that the person who attended my situation this morning was not a part of this company at all. I've reported them to the BBB as well as informed anyone on my social media platforms that this is an incredibly deceitful, dishonest, and irresponsible company to do business with. I am less concerned about paying $50-100 more than I expected than I am with the complete refusal to explain, escalate, or resolve the situation. Again, it's completely insane to me that this company has blocked my calls after a polite inquiry about unanticipated charges -- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DISHONEST COMPANY.

I will inform everyone not to use this company! They are very non-professional, liars, and crooks. Call them out to get estimate, which they said $20 to come out and lied about quote to do service and when issued estimate he was told to hold on. I was gone to make call to see if I could get the $150 and he popped the lock at his own will. When I came down it wasn't but a few minutes he lied and stated it to the sorry office help it was 20 minutes. So, he drove off with my key, which was my property. The office tech didn't care and was like whatever and when asked for corporate office she hung phone up in my son face and blocked his number. When someone say hold on it's not Ebonics or another language it means don't proceed in action. The police when my mother called them stated she should had called them out, because he can't take the property and was to take as civil matter in court if they never received their money. When he arrived and was questioned about the lie and his actions he started studdering and my friends got into it with him, because you can tell his lies and that he was trying to be crooked. He apologized, but that sorry and disrespectful office help needs business etiquette education Never again!

Called to get someone to my business to take a lock off one door where the glass had been shattered to then add that lock to the new door. I was told they could do that and that a tech would be calling me when they were on their way to switch the lock. A tech called and asked me to send photos of the door to make sure he had the right tools. He called me to thank me for the photos and that he would call when he was on his way out here. I did not receive a call for hours so I called them to let them ask if they were still coming and that I close at 5. He said he needed to verify with the company that he could do the job. He called back a little over 5 minutes later to say he was "not allowed" to switch the lock from the one door to the new door. It is not almost 3 in the afternoon and I close at 5. This is a business that needs to be secured. This was very poor customer service on their behalf. If the person who answers the company phone says they can do it, they should be able to do it. If they are not sure then do not say you can. It's that simple. I explained in great detail what I needed. This is infuriating.

I called Immediate Response to reprogram a key an fob that I already had for my truck. The dispatch operator told me a technician would arrive in 20 minutes and new keys start at $120 plus a trip fee. She assured me our cost would be less because I already had a key and that the tech would confirm the price on his way. I called back an hour later because I had not heard back from the tech. Twenty minutes after that, he called me and said he would arrive in another 20 minutes and could not give me a price over the phone. When he arrived on site, he took my credit card prior to completing work and billed me $140 for less than 2 minutes of work, I asked if I could purchase an additional key at that time and he said it would be an additional $140. Slow, aggravating, poor communication, and expensive.

Absolutely embarrassing customer service. When I called, I spoke to the office I was quoted $20 service fee and $25 for the lockout. This was a LIE. The technician arrived, and said $150 for the lockout without even looking at the lock. I locked my keys in my car and didn’t have a spare so I had to pay it. I was then charged $170. I called back the office, they said “sorry about that, it must have been the type of lock.” The technician took 30 seconds to get into my car, put an airbag in the door and used a wire to pull the handle. If you call Triple A they will do it for $90. Do not believe what you are quoted, the people at this company will SCAM you and LIE to you! Take note of the other bad reviews for this joke of a company.

My two year old daughter locked us out of our townhome earlier this evening. My phone was inside but thankfully one of my neighbor’s called around for me and was able to get a hold of this company. I didn’t want to have to get a locksmith but we were being eaten alive by mosquitoes outside! The lady they sent came in a timely manner and was able to give me a quote for both the front and back door locks. I wasn’t thrilled about spending $100 but it was preferable to us being locked outside with no shoes or socks on! Locksmith had the door opened quickly and payment was easy to make. I thought the price was fair considering the situation I was in. I think all the negative reviews must be from people that are just grouchy.

This company is rediculous , charging $130 for a 15 min drive and a car that took them less then a minute to unlock . This is them taking advantage and scamming people. They say $20 drive fee and $25 starting so why the hell did a simple quick job cost that much? And why do they wait until after to tell you and hit you with the major price jump and then don’t even disclose anything before. This company should be shut down. DO NOT HIRE. Worst customer service, and classic bait and switch. Told me rate was $30 for service fee, plus $25. After the technician cut the lock, they tell me it’s $120. Call the front office, and the receptionist immediately has an attitude, calls me a liar, and hangs up on me in front of the technician. Even the technician felt bad and lowered my rate for the horrible customer service experienced. If you know what is good for you, look elsewhere. No idea how hey have 4 stars, probably purchased the reviews with the money they steal from customers.

I could not find my keys and asked the technician if he could make a new key for my car… He said he could and I was willing to play premium for that… He could not fix the problem but I have him $100 deposit agreeing he would come back in the morning and solve it! Then, I found my key last night which was lucky but I was fine paying the deposit… Now the transmission has problems my car has never had transmission problems! I would avoid this company like the plague if I were you!!!

Be careful, first of all the person that comes out does not work for the company you called, and second when they get there the price to do the work is astronomical. They won't give you a straight answer on the price. They just say it will be 29 on up, but when they get there it is way more than 29?? It is cheaper to get a whole new lock and put it in!!!! Be very careful with this company. I noticed that I am not the only one that this has happened to. Did not have them do the work.

I needed a key/fob replacement for a 2008 Nissan Rogue. The tech who came out had to go back and get the parts. He said to pay in cash or be charged $29 fee. I had to get someone to take me to get cash from an atm. I was disappointed when the tech said he couldn't program the fob and i ended up with just a key. I still paid quite a bit and had to ask for a receipt. Now I have to find somewhere else to obtain a fob and get them to program it.

I regret calling this company unfortunately I was desperate so i wasn’t left with many options. I was told when I had initially called that the price would be $25 to send out and labor starts at $20 which was the cheapest at the time so I was okay with it. The technician comes only takes two to three minutes to pick the lock and charges me a total of 220. Outrageous price for a total of maybe 10 minutes of him being at my property

Fast response but technician was trying to charge $300 a key for a basic key with no keyless entry remote. Their office stated it would be $130 for 1 key and a second key would be less. Technician charged $150 a key x2 and hidden service fees. This company needs to be more sure in their prices or why even ask for year make and model and location.
