Walked in at 7:55 pm after searching on Google which said they close at 9pm. A worker walks up to me asking me to be quick because they close in 5 mins. I told him on Google you guys are closing at 9, he said no, that must be the other store. I tried to show it to him but he walked away. The young ladies behind the desk kept yelling at the guy "why are you letting people in, it's closing time" they had very bad attitude. Only an old African American lady was nice, trying to help another gentleman. Never again I am going to such a place who do not appreciate and value their customers. I love Express clothing's but this location needs major improvement as far as employees are concerned. I have noticed I am not the only one complaining about the employees of this location.

I love this store. I had a particularly great experience today, Reese was helpful and friendly and just overall super professional. Personally I think it's silly to leave a review and complain about the prices, or the clothes not being made with the materials you want The review should be based on the experience you had, no one who's working here can change the cost of an item for you. If you don't like it there are a million other places to shop but I've loved Express for a long time, it's my go-to place for quality pieces.

I go in to an empty store, asked if anyone was around and the two guys there gave me the stink eye as if I was demanding help immediately. Manager there (I presume?) eventually shows up, gives me the least information (I went to the express in Chicago and got questions answered) and left before I could burden him any more than he liked. I'll take my money elsewhere.

Okay let me tell you I literally came in for a coat told every single worker there that I wanted a coat on sale no one helped me at all I don’t know if it was because I was black or what had to find a coat on my own with no help from an employee but when a white women came In they helped her without no problems it’s crazy lived in Indy my whole wow

On quite possibly the craziest day of the year, the service I revived here at this Express was awesome. From dressing room assistance to clothing selection (sizing help), I was very satisfied! While the high turnover of these types of stores may affect your experience, as of 12/20/15 this place has great staff.

Customer service was not there at all. At the register had a young lady who made it very clear she did not want to be there. Very rude, and basically threw the bag at us when we finished paying. Won't waste my time on those trash employees anymore. Drive another 10 minutes and go to the nicer one.

Pretty standard express. Always seems to be clean and organized. The lines do tend to get long and sometimes the check out staff don't know how to do simple things like execute an online order return in store. This is probably why the lines get backed up. Overall the clothes and store are nice.

Great experience at this express! Big selection and staff was very helpful, Brian especially! He suggested some pieces that I may have not found on my own but loved! Love the one eleven stuff, cute basic pieces that are soooo comfortable!!

It's a very well organized store. The staff is really helpful. And they always have good sales going on. The checkout counter is a little slow and there is usually a line. But other than that the experience is good.

Every time I go to express don't know one ever speak to you act like they don't even see you. Castleton square express doesn't have any good customer service. I would not ever buy anything out of there.

I love this store I am glad the got rid of their “good” employee Nikki she made the environment horrible but Charyah,Michelle, & Lilly are such good workers they make the store atmosphere bright!!

David has been great. He took care of me even though the model I was looking for was not being made. His care made me feel comfortable to continue to be a express customer.

They fired a great employee in Nikkie. She was so friendly and helpful every time I stopped in. They're loss will be someone else's gain. I'll never return there.

Great place to shop for men & women. I got a faux fur jacket and it is as soft as real fur. I get complaints on it a lot. Nice quality mens clothes for a man too.

Its OK, I guess.... No one has the all cotton clothing I need. Cant do polyester, rayon & synthetics. Ew. Otherwise, fairly good merchandise.
