We are currently leasing a space from this facility. The store manager is very punctual and friendly. After signing our agreement the manager took time out to show us exactly where our storage was. This was very much appreciated as other storage facilities would have simply marked an X on the destination and let you figure out the route. To further elaborate on their customer service and friendliness, as we came in a week later with our child the manager greeted us and stopped to converse with us even though I’m sure he was backed up with work from having just getting done with their storage auction. So over all a great experience.

I've been renting there for a long time. Almost 7 years... The rates were decent back then. Now they increase the amount every 9 months. It's not worth it anymore. They have a rodent problem... droppings everywhere. They tear into everything! It smells like human urine. It's gotten bad. Their dock doors seem to be broken every month. It gives people a chance to get in and do what ever. The only reason why I gave them 3 stars instead of 0 is because it's close to home.

This place has all of the amenities, like washroom, 24 hour access, a very good security service, camera systems, Dumpster by one of the loading docks, very nice push-carts for the polished cement floor, heated, big bay doors for the main dock, wheelchair accessible, heated in the winter, well insulated in the summer, a tall barbed-wire fence for the large parking lot, lots of commerce nearby, and a very professional management team.

I stored my items here for 4 months while in between housing. The workers are great and I never had a problem with getting supplies/accessing my unit. I will note that I paid for a climate controlled unit, but I ended up encountering two roaches in my time there. They were dead, but it was extremely worrying to see them. Thankfully my things are okay. Definitely something to note if you plan on storing your items here.

If you like RAT FECES in your belongings. This is the place. Buyer beware. They will make you jump through hoops to file a claim. But God forbid you miss one payment and they’re on you like the IRS. More than happy to speak to ABC7, CBS, and Telemundo to spread the word. This is far beyond a disservice, it’s a HEALTH HAZARD. Note: unit was being rented less than one year and items inside were 2-3 months old.

I needed to do a large cross country move that took multiple days to coordinate, and Carly, the store manager, was so helpful, flexible, understanding and really just KIND. Real kindness goes such a long way; I really appreciate her contributing to making the whole ordeal less stressful. About the facility- I’ve used this location twice and have always felt that my things were safe.

BEWARE OF INSURANCE SCAM - The staff is great to deal with, but you better walk in the door with an insurance certificate otherwise, they will refuse to lease to you or make you buy their insurance. I went in on a Sunday, and they wouldn't even give me until Monday to supply a certificate. They don't notify you of this in advance, and will NOT give you a refund of the insurance.

Absolute breeze to rent a unit here with Carly Matuszak! I reserved a unit online just kind of thinking it is the first step to getting the ball rolling with getting a unit. Expecting there to be headaches and paperwork, but absolutely took no effort and had my unit set up and rented in minutes. Would highly recommend place for its location but also for its awesome management!

Been storing here for 10 years. Good place to store. Jose and Dante making this place better. It's me again talking about what a great experience I had with assistant manager Willie Hawkins on getting me a storage next to the one I have already at a discount online price and being knowledgeable of the discounts that was available .

José was amazing ! Guided us through the premises, showed us how to get to our space, showed us the entrance doors and docks. Also gave us the times we could enter our storage and told us about the carts we could use to bring in our things. He was very professional, and friendly ! Great service! Thank you!

I had such a great experience at ExtraSpace Storage today. I was inquiring about Storage needs and the young man in the store answered all of my questions. He was so polite and well-mannered, and the facility was in great condition. This was the best storage facility I've ever seen in the area.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service, this place is a rip off. They most definitely need to invest in a better method of rodent repellent. Too many rats, I was absolutely disgusted by the amount of feces found in boxes I had stored there.

There is a Shortage of carts. Only 2 available for the entire Place. It is an inconvenience to have to walk to the office leave your state ID in order to use a cart bring the cart back in order to get back your ID that is too much walking for my sciatica nerve. ☹️ …

Had such an easy and enjoyable experience with Willie and Carly! They were informative, easy-going, and made the storing process simple and understandable. As this was my first time ever storing items and getting ready for a big move, they really eased my nerves!

They don’t shovel the drive way to get to the loading dock. I don’t understand how that’s not a priority. I’ve had my unit for 2 days and every time I go I get stuck in the snow. It’s ridiculous. That’s my only issue but it’s a big issue.
