Dominque was a great help with my move out. They were very accommodating. The 3 years I was there the staff was always there to help and explain changes. -5 stars for the staff at Extra Space. The business is very clean. Lots of flat bed dollys always available. 24 hour access. Elevators have never been down when I needed them. Never saw a rat anywhere near their property. Was surprised how clean the staff kept the place. -5 stars on maintenance. One thing I would love extra space to do. Is properly let us know when our rates are going up. By phone call or email. Not by snail mail. Also the rate in which they raise the rent is kind of absurd. Started out paying $50, a year later it moved up to $110. This was the second time they did this. First time I had a larger unit. Started out paying $70, by the end I was paying $200+. So I downsized units. That’s the reason I moved out. I would suggest doing a fixed rate increase. So we can budget for it. These rate hikes come out of nowhere. Without warning. -3 stars for the company

As soon as I walked in, staff was very attendant. Dominique who was the store manager was very respectful, very sweet and caring. Not only did she meet my needs but she surpassed them. I got to talk to the other guy too who works there and he too was very friendly, communicative, and loved his job. I’ve been doing many storage auctions and let me tell you I’ve been to 50+ locations and this by hands down has been the best experience. I’d definitely do business with them. I hope to come back in the future.

I love renting my storage unit here. Dominique has been so helpful and thoughtful. I especially appreciate the package acceptance service, no more missing deliveries while at work! Parking is easy and the building is clean. This is my second unit here, and Dominique made sure I had everything I needed when I moved everything over. There are daily security checks, all the staff have been very friendly and they have reasonable prices and a large variety of unit sizes.

I had the pleasure of being helped by this young lady named Maggie. She was patient, and she explained everything to me in detail. She has a very pleasant personality and I'm glad she was my customer service agent. Because of her elite service skills, she secured an account with me. I moved out today after 4+ years using this facility to store furniture and household and personal items and I have to say I was perfectly satisfied with my experience with this Extra Space Storage location. The management and staff were friendly, polite, professional, and willing to help with anything I needed. The facility itself is very clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this facility for storage needs.

This storage facility has a great location, elevators always working and ample carts to move things in and out. Free parking on-site and 2 loading docks--one for a truck, and one for a car. Very easy to access unit. Facility was immaculate. Passageways are wide. The property in my unit was always climate controlled and left in the same condition it entered. Excellent facility run by very professional and nice people.

The person at Extra Space that I spoke to a couple of times was so friendly, nice, and helpful! She went the extra mile to put a lock on the second door of my unit that I didn’t even know was there. The rental and move out processes were so easy and quick due to the online system. I loved my experience here and will definitely use Extra Space for any future storage needs.

It was Saturday and my son studying at SAIC university in Chicago needed a storage unit urgently for a move the next day. I was in Brazil and was being blocked to access the site and complete the rental. A call into the manager of the site was rapidly returned and within minutes all was in place. Convenient storage space location. Karl was great and took time to show me where my unit was when the main elevator was out of service and even wrote the directions down for me afterward. Their previous managers have been very helpful as well here. They are my go-to.

Dominique made our storage unit process incredibly easy. She showed us our unit when we first visited. Once seeing it, we realized it was way too big for us so Dominique allowed us to downsize the same day and was super helpful with the process.
