The staff were positive and inside the store was clean. The workers deserve 5 stars for their positive attitude and cleanliness of the store. My issue is being charged $1 to receive a receipt for my gasoline purchase. No, it was not a temporary charge. Pump station (#15) did not dispense my receipt. It exhibited a crunching sound and nothing came out of the receipt slot. I assumed it was out of paper. I went inside and informed the cashier about the lack of receipt. I was told it didn't work because of the weather. I asked for my receipt of purchase. When I arrived home, I realized that I'd been charged $1 extra for the receipt. I don't understand why I was charged for the malfunctioning machine. Why not place a sign on it indicating it was malfunctioning? This review is not intended to disparage the workers, they can do as instructed. Patrons of this establishment, please be aware of this unexpected charge before making a purchase.

Would give them 0 stars if I could. The GM was very unprofessional kicking us out of the store because she thought I was someone else. Just starts yelling at me while I’m trying to explain that I’m not who she thinks I am. Tells me I need to remove my car in 30 minutes before a tow truck comes for it. Meanwhile I had a whole tow truck already on the way for my vehicle to get it removed off their lot. Lady needs to brush her teeth before she speaks to people the way she spoke to me. Just saying. Plus she had the wrong person. They didn’t even know what a tow truck company was. Very unfriendly they have an unprofessional general manager. 10/10 would recommend avoiding this place.

It's an easy accessible in/out by the interstate. Has all your needs available. I think the hired help could be more friendly. I witnessed two girls that worked at the register make fun of an old man who couldn't stand up straight. He had a hump on his back. He was very elderly. Why they chose to poke fun at him and laugh at him was very unnerving. I don't get it. She even disrespetced him and asked him why he couldn't stand up straight and quit leaning over her counter. Sad but, true. Very uncool. If you can't be nice to people... find another job. I'll never go back. Restrooms were dirty also

I stopped in for a snack after work. My total was 2.19, I placed 5.25 on the counter and was shocked to see two dollar bills and change returned. I stated "I paid you with a five and a quarter" to which the response was "No, that was a nickel". The cashier would not even check the drawer to see if there was a quarter in her nickel spot. With the economy the way it is. I sure hope this store finds better employees, not rude thieves. They lost a regular customer over 20 cents. I'll stop at one of the other convenience stores on my way home from now on.

I got gas at this location yesterday (July 7th 2020) and I woke up to a $125 dollar transaction on my card. It wasn't a hold. It was an outright charge that cleared my account. Now I'm having to close the card I've had for years, wait for a new one to show up in the mail, and spend 14 days disputing this transaction. I will never stop at this location ever again and I suggest you don't either.

I'll never come here again. There is an employee that I have encountered on a regular basis that is ridiculously slow at doing everything. On several occassions I've had to wait for them to finish having a personal conversation, making a cup of coffee,and just standing there staring into space. Five minutes is too long to stand at the register before being recognized or rung up.

We pulled off here after having a flat tire. Not sure of the employees name but we went inside to ask if there were any local places that could help. This kind employee came out to help with the tire. There was also a kind samaritan who saw us struggling and stopped to help as well! Make us believe in good people again! Thankful for them!

This is the closest convenience store to my office, and I consistently wait at the stoplight, cross traffic and drive farther to avoid it. The store is dirty, the staff only acknowledges your existence of you force them to. Prices are high, as well.

Don't try to get coffee here. Frequently out of coffee, creamer, cups. Usually only one employee on per shift, so they won't be able to help replenish anything. Employees are blase, but slow (5 minutes per customer at the counter).

The Old Lady at the counter was racist. Also when when my husband asked to use the bathroom at 3:50 AM today the lady said no to him after I had just went in there to use it with my son. VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE.

Worst gas station in Nashville when it comes to employees. Always on the cell... cursing...cutting up with friends instead of helping customers. I will never stop again. This was my everyday stop .. never again.

Its 6..I need gas,2 cashiers are just sitter their yapping...I ask are they close,she said yeah until she put up her truck...the truck pulled off and she said well I'm still closed lol....1-15-2022 6:05am

It's a crunched in gas station with little driveway space but better than some. Always homeless here asking for something. Could be more parking friendly for pumps and parking.

Wide selection of items. They’re always a spot open at the pump. Employees are quick but have a “don’t-care” attitude. But do not give you disrespect. So that’s fine by me!

I haven't traded at Exxon since the Valdese slipped on its own oil slick. There's not a n Exxon station near me (I get my gas at Kroger....they give out discounts).

I stopped at this Exxon/7-11 to use the bathroom. The bathroom wasn't clean and neat with toilet tissue and paper towels and soap. BRAVO …

I was on a trip from Florida to Wisconsin and needed fuel. Exon is a quality fuel that has never let me down. The staton was clean and staff very friendly.

Several pumps were not functioning or the credit card machine wasn't working so you had to go inside to prepay. It's close to the airport for quick refill.

I came here to get gas and to use the bathroom and the girl said it’s closed and I’m pregnant couldn’t hold it glad I’m not spending my money here

This one on harding place no good I go to the one on murfreesboro pike the new store it has everything at that 7 eleven this is my store.

Does not change trash or refill windshield washing stations on any of the pumps. Noone inside the store knows who is supposed to do it.

If you are in a hurry and you need a in and out store to go to. This is my go to store.... They are fast and friendly great survice.

A regular almost everyday after work for 2 years. 2 Days without Pepsi fountain drinks. Slow service, high turnover with staffing.

This place is crazy busy, watchout when you back out or pull in. The staff are nice and attentive.
