We had trouble at one of the atm’s outside the branch and went in to get it sorted out. The service we got was quite bad, we got the job done but the woman first wanted to know whether the lady I was with had her ID and Passport on her ( which is irrelevant because we did a ewallet transaction where you only need your phone number, not an ID and not even an account at FNB ) She kept asking until I told her everything is at home and we just need quick assistance since it was the first time doing this sort of withdrawing for both of us… She gave me a side eye and helped against her will. At the end of the day we got the job done but the attitude of the helping staff was rude, condescending and quite frankly racist. Would not go there again, would recommend going to the one at tygervally. Its further and busier but the service is top notch and the staff is friendly and informative.

Slowest of slowest services just for a stamp to prove I dont bank here. A ticket that says I will be helped in 6 minutes - sitting here for 25min already at 10 in the morning. This is why I would never bank with FNB

Had to wait until the staff member was finished on her cell phone before i was afforded "service". Needless to say i decided to decline any sort of "service".

No tellers inside the branch and only one ATM for lots of people to do their banking. At least add another ATM machine for better service.

Nomzamo at FNB's Durbanville branch was extremely helpful and really knew her stuff. Highly recommended. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.
