I am very disappointed. I’ve used them before and it’s been amazing I have no complaints about the wash and vacuum itself but today I’m annoyed. I asked the lady prior to paying how long it will take, she said maximum 1.5 hours. However, upon returning to collect my car it wasn’t done. I had to sit and watch them START to vacuum my car after 1 hour 15 mins. I received my car after +- 2.5 hours. If I had known that’s how long it would take I would have taken my car elsewhere as I had a family gathering to get to.

Really disappointed in the quality of cleaning for the price paid. I will never take my car there again. It was my first time using them because my local car wash was closed due to the public holiday. My husband collected the car but because it's quite dark in their basement he only checked the vehicle when he got home. They were closed by then. I have a long list of things that were not done adequately according to what was advertised. Needless to say they won't see me again.

Nightmare valet! Got the car back with wet seats (because of loadshedding)and radiator fan switches on by itself. I had to disconnect battery to stop it. Took car back the next day, reported the problem with the fan. Got the car back with flat battery. Seats still soaking wet. Foamo refunded full amount of valet. I eventually spent 5x as much to fix the radiator fan problem and the stench of the wet seats.

My car was scratched severely after being washed here. Fine spongey scratches on the back of the roof of my car. It is dark where you pick it up so I did not notice this upon picking up the car. I miss the old carwash that was here - they were great. I’ve been helped by Foamo twice and I have a few complaints already. Sorry, but I will never come back again.
