Paying to have your house on the market with these guys? Get your money back now! They falsely claim to have shown people through your house when they haven't. My name, phone number and email address details along with 30 other people's details were freely given to one of their vendors who had suspicions that their house was not being marketed properly. Their client contacted me to enquire if I'd ever been through their property.. I hadnt. This realestate had given their client my personal contact information yet I had never enquired about this property let alone viewed it and they are flat out lying that I had! Martin seems to be a realtor with no integrity! Stay away!

Really caring agents. They provided a very honest explanation to the unfortunate incident that occured at the agency with no fault of their own. They went beyond their duties to resolve issues in which they have been a victom of as well. The reviews ive read on google arent considering the agency unfortunetely was a victim of a scam and theft of all their records, computers, files hence theyre trying to resolve so many complaints. Probably Another agent trying to tarnish them. Once they explained everything and gave me the relevant contact details for the authorities i really felt the difficult position they face. Geniunly helpful and honest.

Stay away from these people, absolutely waste of time. All you hear is bunch of lies and stories. Took money out of my account even after I moved out and finally got it back after 8 months and 2 court orders. Tried to claim $540 out of the bond. Call them for any maintenance is a joke,My 4 year old can work better than the receptionist Kristy. All you will hear from her would be lame excuses that someone been unwell or she's been sick, Funerals etc. Shameless people with no dignity. Living luxury lifestyle taking money Off others. Begging on the street has more self respect.

Unprofessional, have an ability to find some of the worst renters and yet don't what to hear about issues they cause to neighboring properties. Also had a chance to talk to one of their tenants who told me they had indirectly threatened him and told him not to complain further about sub standard condition of the property he was renting.

Very disappointed, sold a property for us 6 years ago after 3 months with another agent, so we went straight to them for our latest sale last year.... but this time around they could not sell our property or convince us that they were genuinely trying. We felt we were being lied to and their communication was less than adequate.

These people are incompetent. I had to take them to Fair Trading to get back money they took without authority. No inspections were done, and they never return emails. They promise to fix things then do nothing. I lost a lot of money. Fair Trading saved me. Stay away from these people.

I contacted them in regards to a property that I was interested in and they did not remove that properties showing times or email to inform that it was no longer available. I only found out when I arrived at the advertised viewing times to a sign displaying under contract

Absolutely terrible realestate. Needed work done, never got a repsonse, waited months on end to got a new hot water system when the old one was 25 years old and produced dirty water. I DO NOT recommend at all

They don't have very good communication skills, between them and their customers they seem to ignore you. And don't return messages or calls

Stay away from these people. Collecting money from the tenets and not paying the landlords. Tenets will lose their bond money.
