According to my receipt, the girl who served me is named Theresa (could be her coworker) but I'm not 100% sure of the name. Tall, dyed hair. Anyway, store is great. BUT, customer service attitude from that one that served me is trash. I was browsing a rack and she takes her hand and starts searching for something in the exact spot without excusing herself. Was done in a rude manner. Like a privileged manner. Also, when at the counter, passing judgment on my cotton on perks in a underhand passive aggressive manner. Then swiping on my phone abruptly without asking my permission to touch my phone. Seems like she's some kind of manager position whose throwing her weight around even on customers. I prefer the other staff who are more chill. Anyway, hopefully that particular staff member gets retrained

LOVEEE JAMIE LOPEZ!!!! that lovely tall filipino boy with the standard f boy perm, he had amaziiiiing customer service and was vry helpful with my shopping, they should definitely consider giving him a raise, he deserves it! Would definitely shop at factorie btown again :))
