I purchased a property and the communication from the Agent was poor. The Agent would not return phone calls or emails if they were sent directly. I needed to include Fall email addresses within the chain to get a response from the agent. When the agent responded they did not complete what they stated they would. Even to the point where I placed an offer on a property and the Agent did not reply to my messages. Four weeks passed and I presumed the offer was rejected and then one day I was contacted to say it was accepted. If it wasn’t for other parties in the offer I would have run. I now own the property and the Agent still has the property online for sale. I’ve asked to get the add modified to state sold as I continue have people drive up my driveway and one neighbour drove in asking what I was doing. Because it still states for sale and its been three months. The Agent stated they would change this online however nothing has changed.

Tried to rent out a property in the absolute worst state that I've ever seen. Place wasn't clean, had a significant mould issue in the bathroom, and smelled throughout like it had been smoked in. Detected significant moisture readings in the walls surrounding the bathroom, even the adjoining bedroom. Indicating severe moisture damage. ".. moisture readings in excess of 15% indicate the need for further inspection. Levels between 25-30% indicate that there may be water ingress, meaning that remedial work could be required."

I have had a very poor experience renting through Fall Moonah. I felt like the property managers only represented the interests of the landlords and showed little respect for tenants. Overall it was a very stressful and bad experience and I would not recommend renting through them if it can be avoided.
