I would give this store a zero if I could. I went into buy an iPhone charger. The guy said there was none. I saw some on the wall. Whatever checked, it was the right one asked him if he could get it down for me and he was asking me for some kind of ID. Worst customer service ever if you’re gonna work in the customer service apartment, you need to be friendly not not help me just because I am not from Brazil.

I'm only giving it 4 stars because they everyone in the store is as friendly, as the lovely lady that helped me chooses a good laptop/keyboard. Katrina should have got a promo the process was faster and easy out of any store I've been. The rest well... Was a bit cold and could use more working in protecting against vandalism.

Good eletronic store..just pay attention as they are sell devices , with a lower price, from the shelf too.. However the logistic is fantastic service and delivers on time.

Good to examine products in person, but only the most expensive lines are available at physical stores. Entry or white lines are only available over the internet.
