Please be wary giving this business your personal data! I booked in a lash lift for 10am on a Monday. When I woke up in the morning I had a sniffly nose and itchy eyes (not the best condition to get a lash lift). I called Feeling Smooth at 9am and was told that a 50% fee will be charged for cancellation within 24 hours. I asked them if there was anything they could do given the circumstances and the girl said she would speak to management. After 5 minutes, she called and said a cancellation fee will be charged. I told her I would come in and get the treatment if this was the case (I'm not in a position to throw away $60 and doing the lash lift was supposed to be a treat before having my second baby, due in 3 weeks time). However, the girl explicitly told me NOT to come in due to being unwell. She asked me to send an email to management and something will be sorted out. At 5pm I got an email saying the cancellation fee was going to be charged. It just felt that there was nothing I could say or do, they had decided they wanted to charge the fee and gave me no other alternative. What makes matters worse is that they never asked me for my credit card details, instead they charged the card "on file". I then realised the card they were referring to was my friends, as she had paid for spray tans for all her bridesmaids back in November. I told them the card was not mine and not to charge it, but they still did! My friend then called and said that she didn't authorise for her credit card to be retained for future appointments for all her bridesmaids! The credit card was given to pay for spray tans only but after several conversations, they refused to refund her the money. My friend has since contacted her bank to dispute the transaction and thankfully the money is going to be refunded by the bank. Very disappointing customer experience!

I went to the feeling smooth salon in moonee ponds for a spray tan. The service was so lovely from the start to finish. I have never had a spray tan before but Kymberley explained everything to me and even helped me out with what to do before my appointment at home to prepare my skin and what to wear to the appointment. They really go above and beyond to make sure you have a relaxing and amazing experience at the salon. Kymberley even made sure i get back to my car without getting my tan wet by holding a towel over me, it doesn’t get better than that.

I have been seeing the girls at Feeling Smooth for over a year now for my acne related scarring and rosacea. All professionals at Feeling Smooth are extremely thorough and efficient and will walk you through each step of their treatment plans. In my case, I received a combination of peels and skin needling/the dermapen which made a huge difference in a short period of time. Would recommend Feeling Smooth and the dermapen to anyone who is experiencing skin concerns and is wanting to feel supported and well treated through their healing procwss :) x

I booked in for all of my wedding prep and was so happy I did. I had a practice spray tan and then a tan just before my wedding with Petra which was fantastic. I was super nervous about the colour because I do t usually do any tanning but she nailed it. I also had waxing done with Kimberley and she was amazing as well. The salon itself is clean and beautiful. It’s easy to find street parking or they have a few spaces out the back. Overall I have nothing but positive things to say and can’t wait to visit again.

After being a fan of Feeling Smooth Port Melbourne for many years I’ve just treated myself to a visit at the new Moonee Ponds salon—so beautiful and an awesome experience. I’m several sessions in to my IPL hair removal with Kymberley and I’m super stoked with the results. Barely shave my legs anymore. Absolute professionals and a truly blissful salon. Love this place! I use to live around the corner from the Port Melbourne branch and could not be happier they have opened up in Moonee Ponds. The space has such a calm engery and expect expertise balance with zen pampering. I recommend the facials with Kymberley! I get regular facial and eyebrow waxing/tinting at Feeling Smooth in Moonee Ponds after having gone to Port Melbourne for years. I love this location as it’s modern, clean, quiet and has a very relaxing atmosphere. They use O Cosmedics (the best in the biz!) and always do the most amazing job on my brows which lasts ages - I wouldn’t trust anywhere else!

I have been seeing Kymberley at the Port Melbourne and Moonee Ponds clinics for a couple of years now and she is fantastically warm, friendly and very knowledgeable.
