If I could go into negative I would. Had my car in service since April 2023 now December 2023 still not fixed. Replaced leather seats with Vinyl, one didn't fit *because wrong seats were used so got the car back with cable ties and staples though the material. They refuse to take responsibility, car was given a roadworthy with stapled seat, faulty steering and faulty locking system. My dog was trapped inside the car on a high heat day. When delivering the car to the front for collection the driver scratched the whole side of car! Car has been returned 3 times, now the blinkers aren't working nor is lane assist. The service manager told me he is wiping his hands of it and not to return to the premises with the car. Apparently he has had enough, well, if your crew and yourself did your job correctly there wouldn't be a problem.. when leaving the service centre yesterday there was the Service Manager and 3 employees laughing at the situation and at me. Poor service, poor people skills, this will go further. Was also accused of poor service record, as it had not been serviced entirely by Holden, the law states it does not need to be serviced by the licensing dealer. They ordered the wrong seats for the model car, shoved them in have left anchor points sticking 2 inches out if the seats so unless you have car seats in the back no one can use it. Do not go there, they are not only unprofessional they have unqualified people putting cars back together. The car was in their service centre for 8 months. Was excited to purchased my new ride from Ferntree Gully Automotive, October 2022. Much to my surprise, the car within a week failed to turn on, I even purchased a new battery as instructed from the dealership ($690) this wasn't the issue and resulted in the car getting towed multiple times. When the company said the car was ready to be picked up again, within 3 days the car didn't start. Then I was told to purchase AD BLUE and put it in the car. Car still not starting. This resulted in my car being Towed again, scrapping the vehicle underneath while being towed on to the truck then have it sent to the original makers of the car for it to be fixed. Not once did I raise my voice, not once did I crack it for it's not in my nature, I was so patient but how I got left from this experience is really terrible. I'm mostly disappointed from the company's lack of assistance during this period. For I had to purchase 12months rego for the car within the first week, Insurance, New Battery, Ad Blue and left with no car for 2 Months during my busiest time of year. The company failed to respond to my email as well as a follow up phone call asking compensation for lost expenses during those two months. Very disappointing.

Time wasters, dodgey and ghosted with no communication after signing papers. I ‘sold’ my car to them on the 3rd of May Wednesday and signed papers with them on a agreed price. Transfer paper done, got all my personal details. Both party have signed and agreed on the price. I was told that the payment will be processed that day verbally and via email. And waited patiently for it. Did not receive payment and did not hear back from them at all. Called them after several days of waiting regarding this because they didn’t bother getting back to me and they tried to take $1000 off instead. While making excuses that the car needed 2 tyres. What 2 tyres cost $1000 for a Suzuki swift? I asked for managers number and they said ‘so you’re unhappy that we changed our mind’. Why make me sign everything and wait! No sense of care at all. Wasted my time, collected my personal details and ghosted me. We cancelled all our other car inspections because we thought it was sold since all paperwork was done and ‘payment’ was processing according to them. Have all these in writing on emails and messages. Disgusting way of doing business.

Simple transaction, bought a brand new Xtrail from FTG Nissan 2-1/2 years ago, but, my daughter has given us 3x grand kids so really needed something bigger. The Pathfinder pretty much perfect, albeit a more expensive vehicle, the one sitting on the forecourt pretty much perfect. Met Jason on Tuesday, liked the sound of a potential deal, test drove, and did the deal on Saturday. The end. LoL. The whole experience was stress free, friendly, informative, professional and easy. Jason is a top guy who handles himself with confidence and sincerity, nothing fake about the man and we found it easy to put our faith in him. Never a doubt. Not rocket science but, sometimes it's just nice to deal with someone who plays with a straight bat !!! Everyone we've dealt with at FTG Nissan have been great. Hope this helps ......

I had the best experience, buying my new car from here. The help I got from Tran was next level. He wasn’t pushy, he was professional but also relatable, in the sense that he was just a normal guy wanting to help. He helped me understand everything I needed to know and was just a really excellent bloke in general. If anyone is considering buying from here, please ask for Tran. You will walk (or drive) out of there feeling like you are in good hands buying or having bought your new car. If I could give more than five stars, I would . Go see the team at ferntree gully automotive. Oh! They also helped me out with a great insurance rate on top of the finance option they offered too. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After my last, well actually second to last visit to (I had to take it back for unresolved issues) at Ferntree Gully Holden, I no longer trust their service department. All that went on is more than this post can handle. Suffice to say - they charged me an additional &300 and an extra day without the car (hello PTV & myki) issues unresolved or self mitigated. Lacking communication, fabrications and paying for issues a) they didn't resolve, needing a return of the vehicle to go through the same said tests or b) that they in fact caused ( I'd elucidate, but there's insufficient character length available here). Short and (NOT) sweet - Do Not Trust Them With Your Precious Vehicle!!!

I cannot recommend Ferntree Gully Automotive enough! I had the pleasure of buying my car from Jason with assistance from Alex and from start to finish the guys were nothing but informative, helpful, friendly and just great all round. Both Jason and Alex made my experience fantastic and super easy, nothing was too hard and all questions were answered honestly. The guys are very down to earth and very personable which makes the whole experience so much better. Thanks Jason and Alex for all your assistance, I’ll be recommending you to everyone I know and even to some I don’t. I’ll definitely be back one day to purchase another car .. just not yet as I’m loving this one

From the moment we stepped onto the car lot, James and Jason were super professional and made us feel comfortable. None of that cheesy and pushy car salesman from the movie stuff. They knew their product even though the Chery Tiggo had only been in the country for a week. The whole process of enquiry through James, arranging the test drive and signing the dotted line with Jason was seamless. The ribbon and unveiling on pick up was the icing on the cake. Highly recommend this f your in the market for a new car.

Fantastic experience from the start. Very quick to ask if we needed help when we were having a look and then provide the car for a test drive. No pressure after the drive but quickly ran through the options and it was all very professional and friendly. Jason and Alex are very good and kept me informed throughout the whole process. It only took a few days for the car to be checked over and for Jason to confirm the pick-up and the finance went very smoothly - we even got a great deal on insurance, thanks Alex.

If I could give 6 stars I would! I was in a pretty dire situation when it came to getting a new car, which I hadn't divulged to Jason. Without knowing my situation Jason dropped everything and made himself available to help me out with test drive and purchase and picked up all in the same day, HE LITERALLY DROVE TO ME. He doesn't know how much that meant!! An hour later I was driving home (instead of ubering) THANKS JASON YA LEGEND!!
