After a long search for the particular car model I was seeking, thru several dealers, I finally found the perfect example at Watson’s Motorworld. Photos never tell the true condition of a car until you see it in the flesh. Not so with Watson’s - the car was so much better than I’d expected: photos didn’t do it justice - exterior and interior, as is I imagine true for all of their vehicles stock. Clearly John Watson is very discerning about the quality of cars he’s prepared to offer. John also didn’t hesitate to immediately identify a couple of tiny little imperfections that my eye missed. My experience with John was an absolute pleasure. He was patient, professional and very thorough - no hard sell, no haggling, nothing left to chance, arranged everything with the trade-in and purchase including a finance broker and extended warranty peace of mind. John went out of his way to be available for me and to ensure I was happy with the deal. I recently bought a vehicle from Watsons Motorworld and experienced excellent customer service. Shortly after getting my vehicle from the garage it suffered a pretty major mechanical failure which is unfortunate, but consider the vehicle is older than 10 years old and therefore outside of the statutory laws, then it really is unfortunate (potentially). John assured me as soon as the breakdown occurred that the vehicle would be fully repaired at the cost of Watsons Motorworld. I can confirm the vehicle was fixed and that I was back on the road again pretty quickly. Communication was excellent as this was happening and I was kept informed of what was happening every step of the way. When buying a vehicle that isn't brand new, you really want to go with a garage that looks after their customers & I can confirm through personal experience that Watsons Motorworld, they certainly do that. I can confidently say that if you're not 100% sure about a vehicle, you can count on John and his team to look after you should anything go wrong, which is a huge plus point when considering where to purchase your vehicle from. I'd also highlight that I bought this vehicle from WA, the shipping element was very smooth, and pick up was v easy, with the cost being quite reasonable too. Watsons organised this too. Overall, I'm very happy with this buying experience and am happy to recommend this garage primarily because I feel they can be trusted which is a big plus point when I'm buying a vehicle.

Fantastic Dealership - Great Deals I met John Watson of Watson’s Motorworld after a bad experience with a different dealer. John was very down to earth and didn’t try any hard sell tactics, he just presented his cars with honesty and integrity. He went out of his way to stay late on a Friday night to show the vehicle, and again on the Saturday to let me do my own inspection prior to purchase. John assisted in arranging permits and insurance to allow me to drive back home interstate. I have now purchased the car and am so impressed with John’s service and the quality of his vehicles that I have asked him to source a second car for me. I recently bought my Jaguar F Pace from this place. I am based in Perth WA and so buying this vehicle without seeing it was a big decision for me. After having done this purchase and based on all of my interactions with John, I must say that John is a very nice and reliable person. He was patient enough to get every aspect cleared for me including arranging for the transportation of my Jag. I received the vehicle pretty much how I thought it is based on photos. He responded timely when I had questions or concerns. All in all I would recommend buying from Watson’s Motorworld is hastle free and that John is really good to deal with.

Highly recommend! We had to travel quite a distance to look at the car, and it was just as John described. Immaculate! Very happy with the service (and the car) We arrived at the car yard and 1pm and drove away in the new car at 4pm ! There is literally a caryard on every corner in this area, so make sure you pull in and see what John has on his lot!

Bought a car couple of weeks ago from Watsons motors. I could not physically go for inspection as I live in Adelaide. John was very honest about the car details. Doesn’t understand the concept of good customer service ! Very aggressive and trying to pressure a fast sale - even became agitated when asked for an RACV test . Would not recommend ( buyer beware ) .

This man has the most appalling customer service I have ever seen. Refused to sell a car and basically got told to piss off because our mechanic looked over the car and found defects.

Make sure to save the add, got sold a car with warrenty and rego, fine print it didnt count and 2 months rego not the 12 promised. Now a $900 fix on a 3 month old car …

Spotted a ute at this place driving past for a mate. He ended up buying it, he got a ripper deal and the guys were the best to deal with. Utes been spot on too, thanks guys
