Hi everyone. I went to the store to order shoes for my brother in Australia. I definitely took a lot of the sales person time (Kensing) . (Sorry Kensing )While he was showing me shoes , this short African American lady comes and interrupt us telling him he needs to clean, this was in the middle of his sale. I wanted to go to Journeys next door and it’s because of him I bought the pair of shoes. I know it’s Sunday and you had an hour to go but she dint have to tell him that in front of the customer at that time . He was helping 2 customers at the time . What do u want him to do ? Sell shoes or clean. I dint get the ladies name but she continued with this comment at the register and I told her she could wait. Kensing did a great job . Am african and my brother is in Australia and I needed to send him shoes from Finish Line. It was an hour to closing and there were at least 10 customers waiting for assistance. You have to decide what’s important.. Do you want your employees to sell shoes or clean? He is the only one that came to greet me in 10 minutes otherwise I would have gone to Journeys and bought the same shoes with better service care .Coming from someone in service industry... greeting people goes a long way, probably double your sales. The first time someone dint greet me at your store I walked right to Journeys (2doors down )and bought the exact same pair of shoes I saw at Finish Line but better customer service . FYI Get someone to clean let the sales people Sale .

I entered into a raffle at this specific location and asked about how it works and what were the rules in the case of winning. I was told if your ticket is drawn then they’ll call and you’ll have until the end of the day to pick up your shoes. I’m a active store manager so my phone stays on ringer. The location must’ve dialed and hung up because the phone didn’t even ring. I called right back to have the young lady hang up on me so I had to call again to have the store manager answer who was extremely rude and argued with me over the fact that I know how my phone works. This location has been known to do “backdoor” shoes to resale shops. You’ll ask for a certain shoe that you’re looking at behind the counter in a stack but tell you to your face they don’t have any. The manager is extremely rude and was proud to give me the customer service number recited it like it was the pledge of allegiance sounded like he was used to giving this number out. But don’t put kids in charge of these raffles if the intention isn’t to help the customer if y’all want to backdoor don’t even announce the shoe release.

I had to visit this store twice, once to do an exchange for a bigger size and then again to return the shoe and purchase a completely different type of tennis shoe. The first time I came in to make an exchange the gentleman working wasn't very helpful, he was unapproachable and had an attitude. I took the bigger size and left. I attempted to let my daughter wear her new shoes and again she kept telling me they hurt her feet, so I made a second trip. I walked in, went straight to the kids section and received excellent customer service from Patrick. He was polite, didn't make me feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase and he had significant knowledge about the shoes and what would be the best fit for my daughters foot. I appreciated his patience and professional attitude. We went with a different style and my daughter is currently pleased with her new adidas. Thank You Patrick!

Ordered shoes in the store to be delivered to my house shoes never showed. I paid cash & the store would not give me cash back i am now waiting on a check from corporate. I won't be shopping here usually good service but the new crew they have i don't know when i went to the store to see about a refund because my shoes were sent back due to their associate not putting in my complete address the girl was rude & told me to call corporate they can't give me my cash back without permission from corporate when corporate called the store to ask them if they could give me my money back the same girl told them no they had no cash even though they had a packed store & i saw at least 3 transactions go on.

My first ever visit with this store was to buy a pair of shoes I really wanted. They told me they only had it in a specific size and another store out of town had it and offered to order it to be shipped to my home. Come to find out the order was cancelled because it was "sold out". A pair should have been reserved at the time of sale. I spoke with their Customer support line with no resolution outside of a refund being processed. Why sell shoes that should have been reserved just to give excited people the heartbreak of not getting what they paid for? This is the first and last time I shop there.

Staff is lying, and Manager is lying if he really is the manager I arrived at 6:18pm and was turned away after the store hours say 11am to 7pm. After presented the posted hours to so-called manager I was still turned away. They sold me a defective shoe which creased after one wear on Christmas. Worst organization ever. Never again will I buy a pair inferior quality shoes from this place. I recommend going to Footlocker at least they treat you like a person there. Expected a lot more from this place. Horrible customer service.

I called the store inside Lakeline mall yesterday 11200 Lakeline mall dr, and the guy told me they were out of a certain shoe, I then went into the store and see them sitting behind the counter, I ask again and the same guy tells me no again, his coworker then steps in and says yes we do have the shoe, this store is allowing friends/family to buy all the shoes and make multiple trips to buy the shoes, they lied about their inventory so that it can benefit them, this is not the first time

Great place to visit looking for Shoes such as nike Airs, walking or running shoes. Also checked out the nike shirts and some swimwear. Socks/ Sandals were also here, store was laid out nice, and was very clean. Also had some orthopedic inserts as well, and plenty of basketball shorts and shirts. Plenty of womens shoes as well for walking or running.

I had a great time shopping at this store. I wasn’t sure of the size to get and the manager who helped me was extremely friendly and helpful. He made the process easy and enjoyable. Also I am conscious of my foot size and he made it no big deal (which probably isn’t but I appreciate anyway)

They back door shoes and lie about there inventory when you blantonly see it behind the register, the store manager ANTON has an attitude and does not follow release shoe guidelines and does anything to get extra $ off reselling release shoes.

Employees are always courteous and helpful. I usually go when my kid needs new shoes and they help him feel like his shoe needs are important which is really thoughtful when dealing with an 8yr old.

Just purchased some new sneakers, staff was really friendly. The manager Julian went to the back to make sure if they had my size when I got there, and the transaction was really smooth.

The employees are very helpful and I was able to get what I needed. Will definitely be back! Updated review: 8/8/23: Came back and caught some sneakers on sale for $50

Love the different pick of shoes and my husband got some shoes and he loves them fit great feel great and we even seen some for kids that we will definitely be back for

The employees are the best part of this store. Not that they don't have an awesome selection of new styles. Jeremiah was extremely helpful and the nicest salesman ever.

Rudest jerks I have ever come across at a shoe store. James and whoever was working with him today at 10:30 do not need to be in customer service.

This finish line is always great, people are helpful! They do run out of certain shoes quick! Over all good experience!
