Michael Lanyon and his team are absolute legends. They recently replaced our tired old roof, with a new colorbond roof, gutters and downpipes. The workmanship is excellent. Michael came on the first day, to introduce himself, and then left the job in the hands of Shaun, who worked with an apprentice. There were a few rain delays, and Shaun was working alone for the first few days because the other guy was stuck in Mallacoota due to the fires. Also, the roof required a fair few replacement battens and additional battens, which Shaun fixed with no fuss at all. There were also a few quirks in the original roof design, which Shaun was able to deal with on the run, as he's a very practical and commonsense tradesman. They got the job done within a week, and cleaned up everything perfectly. I cannot recommend this business highly enough. Finally, I note that their quote was considerably cheaper than some of the others out there. Most of my friends are renters, but if and when they take the property plunge and need new roofs, I'll be telling them where to go!

We are extremely happy with the service, price and end result we achieved on our roof replacement of our federation house. We struggled to find a roofing company who could do both the roof tiling that we needed on the front half of the house (to stay compliant with the heritage overlay) and the colourbond for the rest of the job. First Class Roofing came in significantly cheaper than the competing quote, and were able to do other things we sorely needed done for a very reasonable price at the same time including replacing perishing skylights with new double glazing. Would happily recommend this company for jobs large and small.

We had the best experience with the Lisa, Jarrod and the boys from the First Class Roofing. From day one they were transparent with pricing and impeccable with service! They were extremely honest, and although they could not commit to the work (due to my roof type and nature of the issue), they have provided me with so much information which was true testament to their knowledge and experience. I have had a couple of jobs done by First Class Roofing. The work has been done on time and to a high standard and they tidy-up thoroughly afterwards. We just had our roof replaced by the Roof Specialists, using colorbond roofing and guttering. The guys did an amazing job not only on workmanship, but also very professional, great communicators and left the house as clean as when they arrived. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending for great value, quality work and responsiveness.

Used the company for one small job, terribly overpriced in hindsight, and quite unprofessional leaving garbage all through the site. Non responsive once paid, also asked for a quote on a second site, chased them for 2 months, to find out price was 3x higher than the other 2 quotes. Horrible customer service

The team installed our new roof quickly and with a minimum of fuss. They kept the site clean and free of mess, and were understanding when we changed our mind about part of the job too! I found FristClass Roofing staff were very professional and friendly. my roof was a bit tricky, it took a few days for them to repair the roof and fix the gutter. now my roof is waterproofed ( tested by a big storm after the roof was repaired)
