We are so disappointed. The salesman was very kind when we went to view the car and even gave us a lift home (he lives nearby). The car was due for an MOT so he kindly offered to get that done the next day. That also seemed very nice of him. However, when I happened to look up the MOT history of the car on gov.uk that evening and noticed that the car had failed the MOT (2 illegal tyres, another 2 major defects to do with brakes and 1 minor defect concerning a windscreen wiper, also 2 advisories to do with the other 2 tyres). When I texted him to ask how it went, he sent "the car has a new MOT and 2 new tyres". So I asked him what the problems were with the tyres and if anything else had come up during the MOT. To which his response was "the tyres although not illegal, were a bit low so I decided to replace them with 2 new ones. No other advisories on the MOT". First of all, the tyres he replaced were indeed illegal, and there were advisories for the other 2 tyres. Secondly, he chose not to mention any of the other reasons why the MOT failed. I kindly pointed out to him that we were not going to buy this car and that we were disappointed about him not being completely honest about the MOT. After that text, he went on a tirade, accusing me of being rude, telling me I don't know the meaning of the word 'dishonest' and wishing us "good luck finding a car as good as this one at that price". I've never written a google review before, but the fact that he was indeed dishonest, perhaps not lying per se but certainly trying to cover up the truth, made me want to warn others who are considering buying a car here. His utter rudeness on top of that, being unwilling to apologize or admit he'd not been straight with us, definitely made me decide to write this review. We're so disappointed and luckily we have indeed found a better car for less money.

Purchased my car and could not rate the whole process high enough! Joe was fantastic from beginning to end and friendly, it was a real pleasure meeting him and purchasing my car. It wasn't the usual pushy sales feel at all, it was all in our own time looking at the car, not being "watched" over. Was able to pick the car up on a Sunday, plus as I was not part exchanging, had to take public transport which he then picked me up from the nearest tube station. Exceeded customer service on all levels. Car was described on the website exactly as it looks. Would highly recommend and would definitely purchase from again. Thank you so much!!!!!

No pushy car salesmen, they were patient with all my questions, and we went on an extended test drive so I could really get the feel of the car. I couldn't recommend this service highly enough.
