Please read this before you enter into a rental (or any sort of) agreement with these guys. Might save you a a lot of trouble and money. I was a tenant through them for 4 years. Always paid my rent on time etc but the problems started once I notified them of my intention to vacate the property. Most amazing thing through the whole process was their utter indifference and lack of understanding for my situation. I felt like I was a nuisance to them as soon as I sent them the vacating email. There were 3 major points which caused some friction. 1) Cleaning - I organized end of tenancy cleaning with a company of my own choosing. They did a shoddy job and charged me a lot of money. I did everything in my power to get them to attend again but there were issues with rescheduling (due to COVID). I was hoping that the RE agents will understand and be flexible enough to allow the cleaners to re attend but NO. Instead they found it easier to give me an unreasonabe deadline, get their own cleaners and then charge me double for the cleaning. That in itself would have been fine but every following request of mine was met with a big fat NO.....Can you provide an itemised list of cleaning, NO (go ask the cleaners yourself)....Can you provide pictures?, NO....Can I take pictures myself? Absolutely NOT.....I would have had more success asking a brick wall honestly. I even had them and my cleaners on conf call once to come to an agreement but this specific agent completely shrugged me aside and disconnected the call because "another customer is here". Also, for some strange reason, they held back on informing me about carpet cleaning charges until I called them about something else. Their atitude about this was the same robotic indifferent one though. To this day, I havent recieved an invoice for that so its anyone's guess as to where that money ended up. In the end, the RE agents had muliple oppurtunities to save me hundreds of dollars for the cleaning but they just didnt care. 2) Damages - Just like the first matter, there was not much disagreement in regards to WHAT the damage was but more the dismissive attitude of any request to save money. If there were a few patches of paint on a door or window sill that didnt match, paint the entire house. Even a water tap fastener that was missing was charged for and multiple requests of mine to go to the property and fix this was either ignored or turned down. You would think that this was not in the agents hand but rather the handyman, but when you consider the fact that same attitude was shown for carpet cleaning (they charged for the whole house even though there was a single spot in one bedroom), you would think this was not an isolated event. 3) I made the mistake of overpaying some rent so had a few hundred dollars in deposit with the agent. As you would expect by now, their response was not of understanding and appreciation of the fact that I just moved houses which is an expensive exercise, instead they said they will hold onto that amount until everything else was settled :o ? WHAT???Isnt that what the bond money is for??? As far as I am concerned, the only reason they held onto it was because it was more convenient for them instead of chasing after me for any extra amount. Should give you a pretty good idea of how much they care. In the end, I had to email and call multiple times and once they finally agreed, they talked to me as if I had asked them for their kidney and not my own money. Sorry for the long post but I provided the specifics so other people can benefit and avoid these specific situations because you sure as hell are not gonna get any support from these people but, if you can, avoid like the plague. Edit: I would b all ears Rex if ur attitude was any different to all ur employees but instead of addressing the 10 different things that I listed, you chose one nd deflected it to me *Sheesh* btw I spent 1000s of dollars on cleaning bcz I wanted to return the house in the best condition instead of what u think but I guess that happens when ur blinded by self interest.

I have recently finished up my tenancy at a property managed by First National Penrith. All in all I had a wonderful experience with these guys and would absolutely recommend them to any prospective tenant or landlord. From the first point of contact, I met with the lovely and personable Lachlan, who showed me through the property and helped me with any hiccups I had in the process of moving in, eg. locking myself out, struggling to open the garage door, he dropped by and helped me out without hesitation. Aaron was such a wonderful and friendly face to see at each of my inspections, imagine actually looking forward to a rental inspection? Not a common experience I’d bet. Ashley was not one I often saw as she works more on the back end stuff, but we spoke plenty over the phone when I had any questions and queries relating to my lease. Ashley was always willing to help with kindness and patience and I am very grateful for her being such a welcoming point of contact. In summary, the world would be a better place with more REAs & property managers like these guys. Can’t sing their praises highly enough! Thanks so much for everything Ps. I thought the little gift I was left with at the start of my lease was so sweet. My little succulent has grown up beautifully and is even flowering now!

A very very poorly handled real estate team. My gas meter & water tank is not on my property (nor were I informed about this) when I called & asked, I was told to go into another persons property to find it. The first day I moved in, there was dust everywhere, grout in the tiles, marks everywhere, cockroaches on window seals, out door area had spider webs everywhere, very poorly cleaned but was told it had been professionally cleaned. They have a rent system called “simple rent” any problems you have with this system you are told to call simple rent instead of a landlord doing their job & fixing the issues through a system they have set up for their tenants to pay rent through; the fee’s are ridiculous & you are not told about this rent system until after you sign the lease.

Thank you to Aaron Richards and the team at FNREP. We cannot recommend this team enough for any and all your property needs. Rex -we met a few times and had conversations with and he was always very polite a courteous! Unfortunately I only ever got to speak to Ashley over the phone but each time I did, the phone call always ended on a positive note and it never felt rushed or like I was a hindrance! Aaron the whole way through our tenancy you showed genuine kindness, respect and support to myself and my family. We won’t ever forget everything you’ve done for us! 5 stars is simply not enough for Aaron’s level of professionalism! We hope to cross paths with you all in the future because honestly this separation is like losing family members!

Lachlan McDougall got my property on the market and rented out within a week of our initial conversation. He went above and beyond my expectations of a real estate agent to provide me with all the details of leasing out my property for the first time and to prepare the unit for inspections as well as tenants. He was professional and amicable in all his interactions with me, was happy to take my calls and questions, and made sure that I understood every part of the process. Lachlan is a first class real estate agent who maintains his integrity and service to his landlords and tenants without fail. Rex was the real estate agent handling the sale of my unit in Penrith. Upon hearing my decision to sell my unit he assured me the sale would be smooth and he would be able to handle all aspects of sale including advertising, managing current tenant expectations, showcasing the unit to the prospective buyers and helping with the sale contract. Rex handled the sale quite efficiently. The whole process of sale went quite smooth. Rex kept me updated during this whole process. I would highly recommend Rex as a sales agent for your property!
