Well I'm officially blown away and Extremely comforted at the same time, after my visit to fishtopia. I had a huge problem with my goldfish dying and my local pets tore were not being very helpful at all, explaining to me that goldfish just die, it's no big deal. But to my husband and I it was a big deal. We researched online and found fishtopia. We bought in water samples for testing and met Dillon and Jack. What can I say about these two guys. They are Extremely knowledgeable about all things fish. They tested our water and gave us the appropriate products to solve our goldfish dilemma. They never judged or criticised me for my mistakes So if your a novice or an expert fishkeeper , I would only recommend fishtopia , starring Dillonn and Jack. I highly recommend this store for all your fish keeping needs

Nice fish, but TERRIBLE customer service. Was in before Xmas to buy a fish tank set-up and spend a bit of money. I walked out after 15mins as not one person came to ask if I needed anything. I spent my money at Campbelltown Pet & Aquarium. I thought i'd give them another go on 7th January at 3.35pm. Again, walked out after 17mins.!!!!! It was busy, but again not one person said " we're busy ATM, be with you soon' I was even standing next to the counter.!!!! Never will I shop at this place again. Macarthur Pets and C'Town Pet and Aquarium have much better customer service.

Great aquarium supply store I haven't had any issues with fish purchased here before, and they often have a great range of healthy plants. Aquascaping supplies like rocks, substrate and driftwood available at pretty standard prices. There are a few display tanks set up showing you how much better a live planted tank looks, and I've heard them encouraging these for tropical fish health– which I really respect, not just pushing the generic ornamental items (plastic trash). Always found staff helpful and will continue to shop here.

Lovely shop filled with so many amazing things and such great staff. I first went there to buy a beautiful Betta and I went back a few days later to buy a larger set up with live plants, gravel etc. I want to give my Betta the best life possible. The kind man was so helpful, providing clear responses to my questions - I’ve not had fish for quite a few years. Prices are great and I love how my aquarium looks.

I have an outdoor pond and very new to anything fish related, Jack was a very polite, helpful and extremely knowledgeable with the fish, fish related products and troubleshooting. Jack advised me of what can and should not be done for outdoor ponds, so glad I went there and would highly recommend them. More

Under new management if that matters. What ever you are after will probably be here. Good advise from owner and clarification on questions,even when always under the pump from lots of customers. I came from wollongong yesterday to look and came today to spend. Worth the trip..

Dylan, Simon and Jack, great staff and a great store. Always extremely helpful. I had a water issue and the team asked heaps of questions to work out what the problem was. Not only found the problem but helped in a plan to make sure it didn’t happen again.

Very knowledgeable, reasonably priced compared to others. Don't try and sell you unnecessary items. Have been very patient and understanding with helping to get my tank water acidity down and HP levels all correct.
