First off, support your locals! This fish shop has better prices, good variety of fish (sometimes some rare ones depending the time of year) I have bought plenty of fish here and only very few casualties from my own mistakes, I see some bad reviews about white spot but it is quite easy to fix. If use have problems, call them and they will exchange fish, there ornaments & food variety is good, they are the only carrier in gympie to have sinking pellets in all sizes Ps. Petstock is in some cases 2x as expensive and carry limited fish(all mass bred and unhealthy) plus there food and ornaments are way too expensive

We loved that you gave us time to look before approaching us and then took the time with us without us feeling like we were holding you up. went to the shop a week ago with my daughter to have a look and the whole experience in this shop is sad really from the workers disappearing,then not really knowing anything about the fish, then to the fish being kept in filthy conditions and those poor huge pleco fish being kept in tanks way too small for them they are the size of the tank so not able to move at all its so cruel . definitley wont be returning .my daughter has autism and left distressed after seeing those poor fish .definitely need to clean up their act

I bought a few fish and rocks from here, workers were friendly and helped me out but not even 4 hours after purchase all but one fish had died, I called and they were very apologetic and replaced the fish when I got home I cleaned the tank and replaced the water within an hour 5 had died , thank god I didn't place any of my other fish with them as I would have lost all, I rang again and he said nothing's wrong with my fish although when I was there he had dead fish in one of the tanks

By far the best fish shop I have been to really cheap on prices they don't mind helping u out on prices they give u correct knowledge I set my first saltwater tank 3 months ago after 3 days of running I added fish against the gentlemen advice but are still alive thanks to the knowledge about how to set it up And mixtures of salt to water I done the inevitable thanks to advice from this place

Very helpful staff im always calling into this store and wether I'm buying anything or not they always always spend time discussing and giving helpful advice no matter which staff member u talk to when I drop in they are always giving me the right advice just about ready to move on to discuss keeping and with the help and advice I receive I feel confident it will go well.

Don't ever buy from this place!!!! I bought a few rummy noses on the weekend and all of them have white spots...one dead already and another looking like its going to die any moment!!!! Now, I am desperately trying to cure them and save others in the tank!!I can't believe,the guy didn't even warn me about it. That's it, never ever going to buy from this place!!!!

Walked in, no greetings, no customer service, didn’t bother to ask what we wanted. Shop was empty. Poor variety of fish food. Not much variety of live fish just mainly chiclids in sort of below standard quality water conditions. Needless to say, left without buying anything. The guy was too lazy to speak and didn’t want a sale that day so he didn’t get one.

Every fish I have ever Brough from there has died. I have spent over $80 in fish in the last 2 weeks constantly replacing the fish for my extremely upset son. The water is dirty and yellow and the service is terrible. I will never go there again considering every fish we have brought from there has died. Found fish somewhere else and they are going great!

All fish are in filthy water, doesn't look like it's been cleaned in months, and they are clearly sick and unhealthy, staff clearly have no idea about fish whatsoever and have absolutely no customer service skills. The Bettas (fighter fish) are always sick and listless, today they all had Dropsy and they were trying to sell them as a "special breed".

good and friendly staft great price love it there i have never seen dropsy there but still if i have i woudnt buy them because i aint idiot because i prefer to take my owned responsibility of my action i have lost some but i killed them myself as for carelesss actions and they were still helpful and knowledgeable

Shop team is friendly, helpful with good advice. Fish are healthy and there's a good range of choice. Good and fair prices. A very good place to shop for aquarium passionate.

I asked the Owner Lamb a Year ago could he Make some Tanks for me he said Yes & Now after a Year I'm Still Waiting & Now he said He can't Make them for me They're too Hard …
