I have been utilising Fit and healthy chef's meals for 3.5 years. I am an elite athlete who needed added nutrition during a rehabilitation after a major surgery. While eating their meals I not only found myself feeling more energized, but also less stressed. Now, no longer rehabilitating but I still choose their meals, I'm hooked. I used to do my meal preparation on a Sunday (my only day off work) and the convenience of their meals gave me my time back, now with the opportunity of some down time and some quality time with loved ones. Their meals are gushing with flavour, they are fresh and their portions fall in line with the Australian Guide to healthy eating (Yes, I teach about nutrition as a PDHPE high school teacher). Some of my favourite meals has been the Burrito, the Cranberry and feta salad and the Lentil bolognaise. They have a range of meals including vegetarian and various sizes depending on your nutritional needs. To top it off, it's easy online ordering that only takes me a couple of minutes to place my weekly order. I also love that their menu is cyclical and their menu changes seasonally. Their delivery is well structured in that I receive a text when it's on its way as well as when it has been delivered. But wait for it..... The absolute best is that these meals can suit anyone from family's, the Bachelor to an athlete and more. I've tried various food companies and I'm happy to say, I'm home. I'm always excited for my meals.

I've had nothing but awesome experience with Fit & Healthy Chef. Competing in a weight class sport like Thaiboxing at a professional level requires a calculated approach to nutrition management and regimented preparation. After a couple of years of dedicating my only (and increasingly limited) free time to meal prep it started to feel like managing hitting my targets with maximising my performance and recovery was an impossible balancing act. I was always sceptical of meal purchasing meal preps as most I had tried seemed to be of questionable quality and were generally bland, boring meals. Fit & Healthy Chef not only helped me cut out stress and take time back but has let me get back to enjoying my meals and trying new things rather than eating the same pre-prepared meals over and over. Having a much easier time with the weight cutting process now while still feeling like I get to enjoy great meals, and the team are always a joy to deal with, I'll keep using F&HC for the foreseeable future.

5 Stars for flavour, convenience and variety! After trying four other meal prep companies over the years, I have found that FH&C ticks all of my boxes. I've now been fueled by FH&C for almost 4 years and their options cater for my lifestyle, where I work 6 days a week and on the 7th I would much prefer spending quality time with my loved ones instead of food prepping for the week. Their meals cater for my nutritional needs and my love for clean, but flavoured food, which is a tough combination to achieve. With so many options to select from, including Vegetarian, Vegan and healthier snacks. There is a great deal of flavour in each meal and these meals are for people of all walks of life, and not simply for Athletes. I've been eating fit and healthy chef for around 8 months now. I've always had a hard time finding a meal prep brand to stick to as I like a lot of variety and fit and healthy chef has plenty of options to choose from I'm in a weight category sport and I've spent this year trying to gain weight in a healthy way and these meals have played a big part in my success of getting closer to my goal weight and giving me the fuel I need for training!

Fit and Healthy chef is by far the best meal Prep plan in circulation. I have tried many other different ones and they don’t compare in taste or quality. I couldn’t be happier on this meal Plan and am Achieving my physical goals as well as still Being able To enjoy my eating. Highly recommend !!! can’t recommend these guys enough. the meals are macro friendly and calorie deficit but they actually taste so good and are not restrictive at all. they also add new meals to their menu regularly with heaps of options. if you are looking for pre made meals you have to try these guys!! super professional and committed to providing the best quality.

I love the meals! They are well balanced and nutritionally adequate. I ordered the korma chicken curry, and my mother likes it, even though she normally does not like Indian cuisine. I like the butter chicken too, it is not too oily. The chicken is very lean, and I love mixing a little bit of the sauce with basmati rice, so tasty and hearty.

Fresh, flavoursome and a fantastic way to flatten the belly. I’ve lost 14kgs since signing up (combined with lots of Muay Thai training) and highly recommend it. Tried loads of other suppliers first and they just left me hungry and disappointed. Not these bad boys!
