Overall 3 stars for the following reasons: Things I like: - the gym goers in the morning are friendly/professional/courteous and patient - staff are usually on rounds/re racking weights / cleaning equipment - less crowded before 1300 - the locker room is spacious - pretty large gym with lots of space to stretch/workout - I love the TRX bands in the functional room - can be a form of birth control if you’re there after 2200 Objectives I observed tonight around 2300-0000: - I was met at the door by someone smoking a joint and asking if I come here often… - while completing my workout, a staff member had his friends in the functional room screwing around with the fitness equipment, dropping weights on the ground/overall just f***ery. -I left the area because I guess I can’t tell a staff member to leave? … and yet, made eye contact, nodded at me and continued to engage in foolery in all areas of the gym with his not-so bright comrades - soooo many weights displaced everywhere that you have to hunt for things since the staff are very busy … - the whole world is short staffed so they hired anyone that was willing to work even if they’re annoying Overall: TLDR; - you get what you pay for - you’ll experience Scarborough stereotypes - subpar staff to operate at the bare minimum level - lots of space to do what you need to do and get out - early sesh > late night if you’re able to.

Came in the morning to workout don’t even know if there’s staff working, front desk has been empty, the staff office door closed, witnessed people waiting to get in and waited a few mins while staff sat in the office behind the closed door. The gym itself for what it is as a whole is amazing, spacious, lots of equipment and the equipment is super nice and has everything you need except the fact that they’re all coated in dust and dirt and have yet to seen any staff members clean the gym or equipment, the staff that I have encountered (in the morning, including the manager) are not the nicest and don’t even greet or speak to any members. I walk in and they all just sit in the office staring at you walking in. I feel this gym itself is amazing but it could be better and do better if there was better staff or staff had better training in customer service and maintaining the gym. I have also never seen morning staff or management in uniform.

If I could give a zero star, I most definitely would. Extremely dirty gym area and a water fountain that looked like it was last washed when Jesus left for heaven. I am an early morning person and I am usually at the gym at at early as 4 am. I love being clean right after a workout but unfortunately the gym isn’t staffed during those times which I have no problem with. I am currently sitting in the locker on a Saturday at 12:01pm and they is absolutely not a single drop coming out of the showers and not a single soul at the front desk. It is so dead you could hear Casper the friendly ghost whispers. All jokes aside, the club truly needs to step up big time.

The gym is clean in the day, it's big and decent for money. But only water sink for drinking is not justified. I would've given 5 stars what made me give 1 is despite the staff I had to sign up at kiosk and type error from kiosk due to which error in my banking details which led to me getting charged 25$ for not able to make payment. When I sent an email clarifying what happened and telling my situation I've been refused a refund as it's a policy which isn't mendable seeing the situation due the kiosk from fit4less. This isn't the way to do business. It's not at all customer friendly.

Recently i had a medical condition that prevent me from exercising so i requested to cancel it immediately. They incited to apply their regular rule of the 30 days notice payment which is a contravention of the human rights. Client shouldnt not treated infairly due to a disability as a result fit4less is breaching the human right code by creating discrimination. I asked talked to the manager but now they are ignoring me. I will have to file a human right complaint against them to apply the legislation. Please dont think whatever they said is correct and legal...

I've been to a lot of Fit4Less' but the Fit4Less at Kingston and Morningside has an incredible amount of equipment in it! Electric stair climbers, big TRX station, freestanding squat rack, cable towers and a huge free weights section - it also has a refillable water station. There's normally a regular water fountain and showers but they're closed because of COVID. The staff are friendly, good about making sure members are wearing masks, and always working hard to keep everything clean and in good working order. Keep up the good work!

I've been to many fit4less gyms and this is by far the best and cleanest location I have been to. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I received excellent customer service from Julian who was very genuine and professional. There is a huge variety of equipment and the gym is well-kept. This is not a convenient location for me but I am more than willing to travel the extra distance to go to this gym because I enjoy working out here. Thank you so much, you guys are really making a positive difference in the community!

This location is amazing. Very clean, VERY. From the shower curtains in the change rooms to the machines. When they aren’t cleaning the machines they are cleaning the floors or restocking the supplies. All the staff is friendly and approachable. You can always find someone working and or willing to help. Everything is in like new, working condition and if any issue arise I’ve seen them be taken care of in a quick fashion. Recommend to many friends. Location, facilities and staff are above average. Way to go fit4less

This gym has friendly staff, and the gym itself is great. I used to go there a while back when it just opened up as Fit4less, it was great not too busy, and it was excellent place for working out. But now it gets so busy and crowed it not enjoyable as it once was. I can see the lure because it's nice big gym and you can't beat the membership price. So now I have to alter my time frame and not go when it's busy.

I must admit that this place is spotless and organized most of the time. Staffs are amicable, kind, and compassionate. The one and only thing that they lack in is punctuality. I have work at 8 in the morning, and showers are on at staffed hours and they do not show up on time most of the days except one lady. whenever she got scheduled for morning, She always shows up before 7 am, she deserves a raise

Great gym for the price. The 3 stars are for location price and equipment. The dumbbells could go higher than 75lbs but it will do. The big complaint is on how the gym is not swept, vacuumed or wiped down. They have had a year to clean it due to Covid. If you look around the dumbbells or benches it is dirty with dust and this is dust that has accumulated over a year. These are just a couple of photos.

This gym is less busy than compared to other fit4less I went in Scarborough. The. Only issue and it's major machines used in here have alignment issues, like the person who assembled or welded it never made an accurate measurement and since it was 16 I've been to slot fitness centers and I could say for sure this is locally assembled machines. With no accuracy in machine measures.

It’s just ok. It’s really clean which is nice and the weights are almost always properly racked but there’s very few leg machines and many are broken pretty often. They take quite a while to repair broken equipment. It’s not too busy as long as you don’t go between 4 and 9. The change rooms are also pretty nice. They’ve even got showers. Overall though mid experiences when I go.

Very objectively, it's no LA Fitness with its pools and basketball courts haha, but for what it is/ this location and others 24 hour Open availability? I would rate it a 5 star (in the sense that everything that IS there is in great condition/ working order. The staff is very friendly and accommodating [even appreciative when you bring something to their attention]).

I am happy that this is the closest fit4less to me, cause I’ve been to the other ones in the surrounding area and they don’t compare. This one definitely has the best layout. It has a men’s and women’s locker room, a virtual training room, a TRX thingy, and a water fountain (a rare fit4less sighting). The staff are really nice and always keep the place nice and tidy.

Does not look like the water fountain has been cleaned in ages. Cleaning needs to improve. The rest of the GYM is filthy as well. This place needs a thorough cleaning. And the staff is closing off the washrooms. It is now permanently closed off saying it's in maintenance. Nice changed the locks so it doesn't close. At the bicycle rack you look at a blank wall.

I've complained twice now about people NOT cleaning before or after using the gym equipment. I was told by staff that no one is listening. So why not cancel their membership?. If this doesn't make everyone that does clean and follow the rules. Closing it will. Please complain if you see this too. I went to two locations and both were the same.

Gym is very clean, staff is super friendly and accommodating. And it has a big space for working out. It has clean showers and two big changing rooms as well as lockers for storage. It also has amenities such as massage chairs, hydromassage chairs and tanning stations. Also has a no judgement room if you wanna workout in private.

My brother and I came in to get a tour of this gym and a young man named Thomas made the experience seamless, professional and thorough. I was fascinated by the equipments and size of the gym. Respectful staff, clean and organized equipments. Definitely am thinking of switching my club to this location. Thank you, Thomas! :)

My son signed up in March 2022 and paid the annual $44 fee plus bi-weekly fees. We were advised that we could freeze his membership anytime. So 2 months later we asked to freeze his membership for the summer and they won't do it. We are going to cancel his membership as it's not worth it for us. Won't be going back.

nothing is ever cleaned. Weights are never re-racked. Not a very friendly environment. Machines take too long to be fixed when broken. Very poor ventilation. Changeroom lockers are never cleaned, lucky if you find a decent one. Used to like coming here but lately its been a mess & not a great environment

I have been going to this gym for over 2 years. I have to say that the staff at this location are the most helpful I have ever seen in any gym I have worked out at or worked for. They are always there to help, constantly cleaning up and doing a great job of the overall management of the club.

I love that the Fit4less Team is very friendly and they demonstrate that by greeting the clients when they arrive at the gym and when they are leaving the gym. Also it's the constant cleansiness for me. If you haven't already registered as a member please do so. Health is Wealth❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

My Puffer jacket got stolen and when I reported it one of the employees told me that it was my responsibility to take care of my jacket and did nothing about it which made me think that it was probably them who stole it because they knew where the cameras were.

management is HORRIBLE, very rude she acts like your below her. She doesnt want to help you with anything (joining the gym) and she keeps the employee door closed so you stand at the front desk for 15 mins and no one comes to help. Other then that, nice gym.

Would be alot better if the showers worked, or turned on every morning at a regular time. Not the best, if your heading the work in the morning. Staffed hours seem variable anywhere from 7:10 to 7:30. So forget showering prior to work.

I canceled my membership but still they are deducting money on my account I’m even having a cancellation email and called them alot of times but still can’t figure out why are they doing this they are not even refunding my money !

Clean your tanning beds properly. There is always caked on smudge and oil marks all over the stand up walls and floor inside. If they won't do it properly every time. At least clean the plastic walls once a day.

Good equipments but extremely weak maintenance and service. Many times, it has happened to me that I left the gym without washing my hands cause of washrooms were in really bad condition or no soap.

Recently moved into the area and will not allow me to move my membership to this gym. They said I will need to cancel, re-register and pay the initial fees again to be able to visit this gym.

I love this gym, it’s like a second home to me now lol. Everything you need to get started and continue going to the gym is here. Always a good environment too I’ve never felt uncomfortable.

Good gym and clean mostly in day time, but not that great in the evening as it's crowded and air circulation isn't good when crowded. Only one water sink is a let down for such a big gym.

I visit this location only on weekends mostly. It is very clean, has friendly gymgoers, and love the machine options. I think its a previous gym turned to fit4less.

Gym don’t have sanitizers and tissues installed.And Moreover dumbells have been broken and still kept on side which may create serious injury while working out.

Every other fit4less has no water fountains! This one does. Also it's always clean and well lit even at 4 am on a Sunday. Best gym I've been a member of.

Pretty well maintained gym, wheel chair accessible, friendly staff, and has a water fountain.

Good place to work out. Very spacious and has different types of equipment.
