For starters, I really wish I didn’t need to write this review. I have been here so many times and they do such a good job, but every person who brings their car here has a right to know what has happened to mine so they understand the potential risks they face. My Subaru was parked at the top waiting for other cars to get washed. One of the workers got into the car to move it to the bottom of the property to the wash station. Now, I’m still not sure if this person knew how to drive manual or she was too proud to admit that she couldn’t, but she managed to roll it straight down the hill, didn’t bother pulling the handbrake up and the car hit a tree on the right hand side and the business display car on the left. I exchanged details with the manager but to make things worse, I had to deal with their public liability insurance and the time it took to assess the car and authorise the repair took so much longer than it should have. To put things into perspective, the accident occurred in late October, and I just got the car back in early February. I’m happy to remove this review if they can demonstrate to me what they have put in place to make sure this never happens again. This could have been a more serious accident if the tree and the display car didn't stop my car from rolling down to the wash station and either hitting another car or killing someone. I wouldn’t wish the same heartache on any other car owner and that’s why I have written this review.

I rarely put any comments on google map, but I really have to say this car wash shop really deserves its name FIVE STAR! My hit my car on a pillar last months and got lots of damage on the surface. I thought I must had to spend at least hundreds to paint it but surprisingly this shop helped me washed all the crashes out! And it just costed me 65! I never have any disappointments in this shop, they really wash my car by hand very well every time both inside and outside. My car looks like a brand new car now. I must say thank you to them and I enjoy their free coffee and gift as well. The BEST car wash I can have in Sydney, all hills people should definitely choose their perfect service.

My car was not in good shape paint wise, 7 years of neglect was showing and fine scratches everywhere. After driving past Michael’s car wash, I decided to pay him a visit, well I am glad I did. He said getting the paint back to looking like new wasn’t a problem, firstly with a paint correction and a ceramic coating. I was unsure if the scratches would come out, but to my amazement, 99% of the scratches were removed, and a brilliant deep shine. Will definately recommend Michael and his team for the real 5 star treatment for my car.

I used their service for the first time, it was quite good. Work was neat. Cant really comment abour the price, full detailing was done inside and out, polish and waxing, carpets cleaned and steamed, leather seats polished, costed me 330$ for a xtrail 7 seater. I also got my other i30 hatch back done as well for another 300$. Owner was quite friendly and we had a good conversation. I recently moved to Kellyville and this place is at a walking distance from my place. So looking for a long term engagement with this business.

Extremely happy with the service provided today at five star car wash Kellyville. My ute looks brand new! as shown photos below I have been going here for a few years now I'm never disappointed, so thank you Michael for a great job you did on my car especially with the ceramic coating so impressed with your work recommend you for a great job. -The jobs that been done on my Ute are: - Wash and polish it from in and out. - Ceramic paint protection. Brilliant service! Made my old car look like new. The car had scratches down the drivers side from being driven against shrubs- Michael managed to get them all out when other providers told me they did not think they could. My car is shiny and looks like new! He even cleaned the engine! Michael also dropped me home after I dropped my car off, then he returned to collect me once the car was finished. He really went above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Amazing car wash and amazing service. This was my first car wash since last 2 years. I tried the full detail cleaning service here, and the end result was unbelievable. Sparking clean exteriors, interiors with all cushion stains removed, along with engine washed and polished, just like the car out of the showroom. Michael offers great service & value for the price. This is definitely a 5 star place. Highly recommend this car wash service.

This car wash deserves 5 stars ! From the first contact until doing the car wash interior and exterior to biding fair well , they have been fantastic! Great customer service through and through. This was my first car wash for my SUV and although they knew they will be working past 5 pm I was not sent back home to come another day. I have found my go to place and shall be visiting them again for my next car wash. Highly recommended!

We called ahead to enquire about time for an inside and outside clean in order to plan our day and the gentlemen who answered the phone was warm and lovely. When we arrived, the team were finishing off two cars and the wait was not long at all. The Five Star Team are experts - friendly, hospitable and efficient. The customer waiting area is cosy - could not fault their amazing service. 5 stars indeed !!

No doubt hand wash is good and people do spend good time to clean your car but there is lot more can be improved for eg they should do Air Dry after wash or else you can see water marks after leaving the wash bay in 20-25 min all water marks were coming all around the car from hidden spot where water was still there.

Confirmed price following detailed email to them. Asked for full detail of a RAV4 and confirmed price, however, when arrived was told he thought it was a Getz (despite very clear email) and wanted to charge a further $150 above quoted price. I have no problem paying a fair price but this is a scam. Be careful.

We have been travelling with my Dalmatian in our car for the last 12 months, with predictable consequences. Dalmatian hair has barbs on it and it’s incredibly hard to get out. The team here did an absolutely incredible job on the car, inside and out for only $180. I can’t recommend five star car wash enough.

Been going to Michael (owner) on and off for a couple of years now. Very happy with car washes I've had at this place including the attention to detail - where else do you find a car wash where you find the owner washing cars himself. Waiting lounge with coffee is an added bonus.

Michael provided great service and I had the interior detailed. Looks like a brand new car inside and out. I had a coolant leak internally and the carpet looks brand new with all the smell gone!! Will come back again and highly recommend! Thanks again for an outstanding job!

Tesla Ceramic Coating!! Michael at 5 star car wash did at excellent job with ceramic coating of my car. The car did not have the best factory paint job but Michael was able to painstakingly coat it to ensure it will last for a very long time.
