Sam seemed knowledgeable and friendly on the day, and he told me he would need to order a part if I asked him too. Well I did, but then he stopped replying to me. THE WORST BUSIBESS! Tried several times to get hold of them for appliance service then charged $220 and a couple of weeks had issues again, called called and texted and never got a reply.
