Not sure about the other reviews but I recently had a great experience here. The Venue: The lounge is big, the biggest one I've seen so far in the area. Theres couches and those traditional matresses + pillows where you can lie down, for those that want the traditional experience. They play mostly RnB and Hip-Hop music here. The crowd is a younger one, a rough range would be 18-35 yo. The Shisha: Probably the best I've had in the area. Our shisha (fresh head) lasted over 2 hours without getting harsh and we were still pulling large amounts of smoke from it. Plenty of flavour too. The pricing: Cannot remember exactly but the prices are your standard prices you'd expect to find, around $25 dollars. The service: Had no problems with the service like other reviewers did. The staff were friendly and helped us accordingly.

Beware if you go there as a couple or girls only group. This place is mostly for guys. I went there a few times with some girls and the workers and stuff were given numbers to them or chat them up with some desperate pick up lines. It's so nasty and disgusting considering it is how the people who work there are, I may expect that from a customer but the people who work there and the guys begind the counter!

Been here a couple of times. Sheesha is a hit or miss. The guys running the place are good. If you don't like something ask nicely and you'll be surprised. The place is usually packed on Friday and Saturday nights. Get there early for seats. They accommodate mid to large groups provided you inform them early. Coffee and tea isn't served on Friday and Saturday (kind of a turnoff).

Not the best experience overall. The shisha pipe was harsh when we first got it, the man helped us out then the pipe had no flavour, so another guy fixed it and it was too harsh again. Hookah is meant to be smooth, also they didn't have staff coming round to change or remove ashy coals. Worst customer service ever, the staff don't respect the people who go there.

You will be lucky to get eye contact from the waiters here. The service is non existent. Shisha is good. Patrons are usually underage and are not the most polite bunch. The couches are torn and not maintained. The rest of the seating area is better. A good crowd hangs around here on the weekends. Good place to chill with friends if you have nowhere else to go.

It’s a friendly environment which connects many young people from various cultures ethnicity, and backgrounds together. Worse shisha lounge ever. It takes them 30 mintues to make shisha if you ask them about it they will get angry. Very poor customer service and they're employee handing out numbers to the girls if u go with them. I strongly recommond people to avoid going Flame. Best shisha lounge in the area is marina. Its located in thomas street.

Extremely bad service!!! Just ridiculous. Nobody is bothered to even change charcoal. I asked for tap water, nope! And that too when it’s not at all busy. It was my first and last time here. The don’t care about the customers, staff is lazy. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Awesome place! Nice setting, huge venue, beautifully decorated, always busy and vibrant. Nice Arabian lounges, great shisha, lovely staff. I just wish they would stay open till later because once we are there, nobody wants to leave!

Dud environment, no vibe, untidy and barely any customer service. Also no food available (no finger food either), no drinks!! Not a place I would recommend.

The perfect place for shisha. Been a loyal customer to Flames for nearly 3 years now and gotta say, they're one of the best in the business. Nice vibe, amazing music and spectacular service!

Decent place. Good decor and interior, exterior is not so welcoming. Also not a fan of the business model that this and other shisha places run in terms of minimum shisha per person ratio.

Awesome place to hang out and centrally located on Princes Highway. Great place to catch up with friends at a low cost, service is great the staff are very accommodating and friendly.
