I didn't like the place, it was shady. You literally know what I mean. The food was smelling oily, guess it was frozen food. The chairs were so uncomfortable that you can engage in a conversation with the other person. Like the owners pointed out in their response, this place is great for embracing misery. No where in the world you will see such a sadistic response to a poorly managed place. I am going to forward this place to council for compliance checks. I doubt if they have all the licenses in place. Most importantly read the owners response to all one star reviews. It shows how horrible the owners run this place without apologies. Highly immature just like their business acumen, can't deal with criticism.

Majestic lounge an awesome place to hang out and chill with friends and family. Ambience here is very soothing and eye-catching ❤. Here they serve fresh, refreshing Mocktails, drinks ❤⚡ . Sitting arrangements are also well arranged. Staffs are really good , humble and nice to talk. Check-IN and covid vaccine is more important to enter, Staffs more care about covid things they sanitise every thing after use. Staffs helped a lot to get me my perfect meal ❤ . FOOD-very tasty and awesome HOSPITALITY-Tremendous staff. Friendly and good in serving . In addition to these ,they have good sound system(MUSIC with 2 big screens) in the Lounge. One of the best shisha places around. I have been to heaps of places but Majestic definitely comes at the top. I hosted a birthday party for a friend and it was such an easy process to get everything organised. I didn’t have to worry about anything. Everyone loved it! The staff was really very good and the employees who are serving drinks and food. Such a gorgeous lounge, we were shocked by how beautiful it was! The lounges are stunning and the strobe lights make it a really fun experience. Chocolate Lava- First of all i wouldn't call this a Lava cake as Lava is referred to have chocolate oozing out of the cake once you crack it with the spoon. This 1 was however a chocolate sponge cake with little melted chocolate on to of it served with a MINI cup of melted milky ice cream - Not worth the price. Hot chips - They were warm crisp, nice served with a spicy sauce.

Biggest & Sexiest Shisha place in the Western Suburbs or maybe in whole of Melbourne. Liquor served only on Fridays & Saturdays, the closing time is 1 am and only worth going there before 9, to make the most of it. The music, the vibe, the entrees, the pool tables, the owner - top notch quality, u can’t be disappointed.

I would not go to this place again. I saw a dog inside their kitchen which is a serious food safety violation. Not only can animals spread diseases via unprepared food, their hair can go inside the shisha. I kindly request the owners to take food safety seriously.
