As we were back in Cape Town for a short time and always having had great service on our previous car valets here, we decided to come early and see what the prices for a full valet was as it was a couple of years ago that we were last here. Wow, were we taken aback by the manager / owners rudeness and it was only 10h30 in the morning. We must have got him on a bad day! Being in the service industry ourselves, this is not the way you treat existing or potential clients. My husband was reading the prices on the door and going through all the options when he pushed past him and into the office without even excusing himself or acknowledging my husband. He left the door open so we could no longer see the menu! Needless to say we did not use Flamingo car wash, taking our cars to another very helpful friendly outlet in the area, less than a 1km away and half the price!. Such a shame that during this festive time we encountered such a rude person. Hopefully he does not have this persona everyday.

I recently visited flamingo car wash and was very impressed with the level of service I received and the owners hands on approach. The staff as well was friendly and attentive, and they did an excellent job cleaning my car inside and out. I was especially impressed with the attention to detail that the staff showed, as they made sure to clean even the hard-to-reach areas of my car. Overall, I would highly recommend flamingo car wash to anyone looking for a high-quality, thorough cleaning for their vehicle. The experience was well worth the price, and I will definitely be returning in the future.

Best car wash business in Cape Town. Fast and efficient making use of their own water sources and not relying or using any of the City's water. They seem to be busy all the time, a good sign of a well run business so get there early if you can. They went the extra mile of polishing out some marks that were on my car and were done in good time. The services offered are great value for money and I would highly recommend them. A well run business indeed. Will be back regularly!

Shocking service after agreeing on an hour and thirty min to wash the car I find it moved to another place the inside Unstarted and the guy who is Ment to be working on it eating chips in the front seat. The guy who moved the car managed to break the parking break. So after an hour and thirty min I had a car that was far from finished and a group of very unprofessional manager and staff not really bothered if I was taken car of. Horrible experience

Not a good experience. The guy on duty didn't come across as very interested. I had to come back after 1.5 hours. He then was caught by surprise that there was load shedding and the wash could only be done by hand. Then I was told that they don't accept card payments. It seems the market is wide open here for car wash businesses as every place seemed to have excessive queues.

Motorcycle was properly cleaned and well worth the money. Would've been 5-stars if I didn't have so much trouble getting hold of them on the phone, and didn't have to wait 10 minutes for the person who collected thee key to get back from the shops. Key management is a bit worrisome. I strongly recommend they look into a more secure way of storing and keeping track of keys!

Well with the money. Steamed everything nice and clean! Was in for a full valet but unfortunately the next day the car stank so much of the wet carpets. I did drop the car at 8 and only received it at 5. Feel like the carpets should have been sorted prior. I now have to clean the carpets and let the car air again. Would have been 5starts otherwise.

took my 10 year old car in for full valet and I am very happy with the results. Very good work for a good price, only noticed last night that my headlights were polished as well, barring the old scratches and little dents the old car looks new! Engine showroom clean. very dirty seats almost like new. thank you for the good work.

Excellent attention to detail, such friendly staff and owner. I’ve taken my car a few times and when they are nice and busy they keep the standard of service, even if the owner has to be hands on with he’s staff. Situated in a centre which is great to have a cup of coffee while you wait. Would highly recommend!

Needed a place that will clean my suv and get it baby ready, I could not clean my car out and my toddler left the car super dirty. They cleaned my car to the point where I thought it was a show room clean. So impressive and so well priced. I will definitely keep coming back to get all family cars clean. Superb!

I used Flamingo Car Wash for years and was always happy with them. Tom took pride in his business. Since it has undergone achange in ownership, it has gone down. The management is extremely rude to customers and staff. Won't be going back there again!
