I booked in for a wash cut and blow dry. I decide to go somewhere local and made an appointment online to have it cancelled because the salon did not reply. I called and made an appointment. When I turned up the hairdresser was eating behind the desk and there was one other client having a colour. The salon has no atmosphere, no music no chat and the loud ticking of a clock. I was lead to a chair, the books on then ledge in front of it was covered with someone else’s hair. The hairdresser put a cape on me with no towel around my neck and lead me over the basin. She started to wash my hair with freezing water as she did not wait for it to warm up. She then proceeded to wet and wash only my crown and then condition my hair. I questioned if she was going to wash the back of my head and she said she had. I know she didn’t and she only applied shampoo once. I always wash my hair twice and always have it washed twice at a salon. She then lifted my head to wet the back of my head and completely soaked the back of my top and pretended to wash the back of my hair, no conditioner was applied after the shampoo. We went back to the chair and she started to dry my hair with a blow dryer. I questioned if she was going to cut my hair wet and was told she was going to half dry it first. I decided not to proceed. At no time was there a consultation about how I wear my hair or how I wanted it cut. I believe she has no idea how to cut fine Caucasian hair! I paid $10 for the worse hair wash i have ever had and left. I will not be going back.

This girl is so good in what she does ..I was referred by my friend and believe me I have never had a haircut this good with anyone in Melbourne in past 14 years .. that I booked a hair colour appointment with her in two weeks time .I was someone who has never coloured my hair before and she was Soo good in explaining to me what process in involved and guess what the end product was awesome ..I have never had so many people ask me about my hair cut and hair colour ..I will never go anywhere else again ..You are awesome in what you do Keep up the work ❤️

The first time I went to flawless beauty after being recommended by a friend. I was welcomed warmly. The owner is such a professional and talented lady ! I had my eye lash extensions done and it was pure perfection. Second time I get eye lash extensions and another success. She is truly gifted. And when i went back for a refill she actually did went out of her way to make sure both lashes look awesome. “A little deed goes a long way” . Amina is so good at understanding the requirements and offering her expertise too. Loved getting eyelashes done by her! This was my second visit and she got me forever. Thank you! And her colleague is amazing too. In general, who cares about you getting wet in rain when you enter any business store? But she offered me tissues as soon as I entered the Salon, noticing my glasses were wet! That’s the customer service and the little things that matter! Thank you both of you. It was my first time trying Flawess Beauty & Hair Salon, and I would highly recommend! I got a keratin treatment done on my hair, and I am super in love with my hair looks after the treatment. Aamna was very helpful explaining which treatment would suit my hair type the best, and was also very experienced and friendly. The prices are also extremely reasonable. Would not trust anyone else with my threading or beauty care! Armna is the best of the best, I have been going to her for almost 2 years, beforehand I had horrible experiences with threading and had barely any eyebrows left as a result. Since, Armna took over they have never looked thicker and more perfect and I get constant compliments on them now, I can not recommend her enough!

I went in to get an ombré colour done with Amina. She completed the look as to exactly how I was hoping. I am satisfied with the service, she is so super friendly. She even gave me few tips on how to maintain colour, and toners she would recommend- something that I feel not too many other hairdressers would go out of their way to do. Thankyou Amina!

She offers advise on how to maintain the hairdo, clearly is very good at her job. The place is clean and the ambiance is good. Strongly recommend this salon.
