Visited UK last year and due to unfortunate circumstances had to change our return home flight a couple of times. Daniel, who we had booked original trip through, could not have been more helpful and reassuring at this stressful time. He did his utmost best to arrange and organize the return trip and was always available to talk to, nothing being too much trouble. We have booked another flight back to the UK for next year and have again booked through Daniel who again has looked after us expertly.

After having lost over $400 in tours booked through Helloworld in Rosebud due to total lack of communication on their part, I have had my faith restored in travel agents after dealing with Olivia at the Flight Centre in Mornington. She was polite, helpful and kept me informed on everything from what was needed to enter Bali, late checkout for the hotel and possible Jetstar delays without having to ask. Great Customer service, well done.

Chloe helped me plan my whole trip to Europe! She was especially helpful when I needed help over there when one of my flights was cancelled, which was such a relief. If you are looking to book I highly recommend doing so with Chloe, she is really friendly and professional and made any daunting parts feel so relaxed and exciting! I’ll definitely be using her for future travel endeavours.

Olivia & management went above and beyond to help rectify a stressful situation only 2 days out from our first family holiday. They exhausted all options, called back multiple times and we ended up with a positive outcome. Sarah has been absolutely marvellous in sorting out my flight to the UK. She went way above and beyond, looking up multiple options and updating the changes that I made promptly and cheerfully. She helped me with transfers and offered advice in multiple areas to make my trip as effortless as possible. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Mitch Evers, a newer staff member at Benton’s square Flight centre, was the best. He did a cancellation and re-booking for us which was a difficult process due to the origins of the original booking. Olivia Williamson was fantastic. She was so knowledgeable about our river cruise in Europe. We had so many questions which she handled well and she was very patient and kind. It might be the way Flight Centre operate, I have had the same experience with other stores - consultant is always on a day off or with another client when you call, always send through key information / late in the afternoon asking for confirmation before CoB. It always feels a bit "car sales man" like.

The team here at Flight Centre Benton’s Square is amazing always so helpful and help me with whatever queries I have. The manager Mallory is always just a message away with any queries I have, she goes above and beyond with her customer service. Would highly recommend them for any of your travel needs!
