I just returned from a 7-week trip to the USA which was booked partially through Casey and partially through Berwick. The contrast in support received from these two branches couldn't have been more glaring. Berwick answered phone calls, helped us change a flight last minute due to a COVID diagnosis and offered the kind of support you would expect from a travel agent. Casey on the other hand..we called and called day after day for no answer. We left voicemails and eventually resorted to calling Berwick (who actually answered their phones) and asking them to put us in touch with someone at Casey. They sent an email and tried calling the branch with no success and we were told Casey would be in touch asap. It's now five days later and in that time I have travelled from San Francisco, to Yosemite NP to Los Angeles and back to Melbourne and still haven't received any contact back. I would personally recommend Berwick over Casey to any locals considering going through Flight Centre

Came here to help us out planning our holiday. The customer assistant was great and really helpful, however the flight center website was terrible to use and extremely frustrating. Booking hotels was extremely difficult, the website kept freezing, flights wouldn't book, getting transfers could not be done. We ended up a few times. What's worse is that one of our tours that we booked, was actually earlier than on flight center paperwork, so we would have missed it if the hotel staff didn't flag this as a potential issue with us. The only reason for two stars is the super friendly and helpful customer assistant, however the experience as a whole sucked. We won't be using flight center in the future, since it's slow, buggy and results in mistakes.

Booking flights has always been daunting and stressful, but as soon as we walked into the store Rigel Bennett was so friendly and welcoming from the get go! He made the whole booking process so seamless and easy to go through from the start, and he was so informative and answered any questions we had. We visited the store just before closing time, and Rigel was so gracious and patient with us and even stayed back after the store had closed just to ensure we got everything sorted. My family and I are so grateful for your help and guidance - we've found our new go-to travel agent! Thank you so much Rigel! You're the best!!

I entered the store to pic up a brochure on Africa being keen to go next year but was promptly told by the female attendant they dont allow public to peruse at leisure. So my question is how do I book a trip unless Im allowed to read one of the ample brochures on display. Youve lost me flight centre, your opposition across the walkway, gave me 3 different Africa brochures and their business card without being rude.
